for rumani p1, you have blanc who is AR and gets reflected into biscuit more easily by scar, meaning you have better chances into scar

different variations have different nuance, cindy before mihara is better against shit pve teams/mirror where mihara doesn't die in time, p2 cindy and p5 rumani has risk of strong RL splash (lapT, emi) getting both biscuit procs used and a third person dies, cindy in p4/p5 does not get biscuit in vesti matchup and will most likely lose against noise/noah variation, while rumani in the back has chance to burst in time before vesti 2nd barrage if vesti is lower cs and your rumani is high enough cs

rumani has max hp stacking with s1 making her tankier than blanc at same investment, which is why a lot of us choose to put rumani in the back instead of p1

slow cindy is an rng team, different orientation has slightly different probabilities, it depends on what ur opponents use and what matches you face

oh, rumani p1 also gets delayed by siren stun while blanc p1 does not because by the time its her turn to burst siren will have expired, i think this may affect some matchups
