I think they are putting a fake rate on limited units on flagged accounts like mine. It's always 1% rate up not 2%. Pilgrim would be a bit easier to get than limited unit.

indom vesti has one of the highest threat in the game and it's expensive to deal with

you should add soda or siren to one of your other teams, with scarlet it can synergize well as it's again expensive to deal with

for your 2.5RL throw away, any stall option is fine, e.g like you're already running

although avoid SGs as they can help feeding a scarlet into 1.5RL

at that point your 2.5RL moran is bypassed

additionally as you said, single B1 in p1 non 2RL is siren weak, which trivializes it

First of all, if scarlet's ammo is higher than certain value, you get stunned. If you want to use scarlet in arena, reduce ammo.

Team would be faster if you had jackal soaking the sanis bullets also, you’re only 1RL faster so it makes sense Noah’s burst would apply

Secondly, this is an advice not for arena. If you read HelmT's skill 2, she provides critical rate buff when she use up all bullet. Remove ammo option in OL.
