T3: you're talking about a specific scenario to counter via sacc a scarlet, then it's fine

assuming you're talking about an attack scenario, then those teams are fine

T1 will survive single buffed nuke as long as moran hits B1 before opponent is on B3

2RL nuke won't beat it since Mermaid bursts before the nuke and Biscuit keeps Noah and Cindy alive to burst.

2RL Noah Cindy won't beat it either (unless you can beat mirror) because Cindy is slow enough that Noah will already have activated by the time she deals damage.

what do you mean? those are units, in particular rumani is a battery (clip RL burst gen tier), xmaiden can be a nuker, offburst, battery or placeholder defender for biscuit stalling
