26 hits from Moran at 2RL, at 30% proc rate means ~8 procs = 0.45 * 8 = 3.6% burst gen
40 hits from Nero = ~5.4% burst gen
Scar teams are usually 2RL either way. So your "limiting shot" is still the team's slowest RL unit

aceross has reached a point where he's the perennial favorite in our CA brackets. my units are p strong with decent dolls/ol levels/cores/etc but the one thing i haven't put much of into pvp is rocks

acreross wins matchups with just that little bit of difference. my rosa has 2atk lines, his has 4. my sbs/indom reaches 2.5rl against almost all teams with feed, except min feed teams but his is always 2.5. his 2.5cindy wins match up mine doesn't etc

i was kind of thinking they were rare enough scenarios it wasn't worth the huge investment, but not realizing you run into at least one of those every CA

i fixed my noah so she won't get siren stunned and indom team so that it's always 2.5rl so getting better. 2.5 cindy would technically be the next project, but solo raid next is week

T3 this one might be your best, while still wasting helmT and blanc, as you're bursting with noah, blanc cannot B2

2. CP needs to remain high, so don't comprise CP for speed
3. aim for instant nukers and anti nuke (scarlet, cindy, noah, bayT)
4. avoid B2 or B3 in p1, as siren can stun them, beware that noah taunts p1 and p2 unless you run her with noise on slower CS% than her
