do your 2 attacks, win them by not running random crap and secure spots you can hold on defense (e.g. attacking a whale will likely result in you losing that spot)

once you got a comfy spot you can defend, you can still try to hit players you won't likely get a defense, because it works both aggresively and defensively (the higher you are, the less ppl can attack you)
