My 2B is pretty stacked but still missing 2 lines and some rerolls for higher crit rate. So I know for sure that the buffer is needed at least. Not having recordings really sucked though. I'll run it back again. Attack doesn't scale well enough to have lines in it. Better to have high crit rate/damage and elemental. Hit harder against some good wind units and she can be run in raids instead of just PVP

So the current result of my calc with 40% ATK OL is 940K for each unit in Stall comp, and 1.67M for each against other comp

And Vigor level 5, OL level 0

2.6M for each unit in non-stall with RH B1

1.16M with RH B1 against stall

Noise buffs her a lot more I can usually hit between 15-18 million in rookie against similar power. Red hoods buff doesn't really do anything for 2B since her attack power is so low.

In arena 2B is a basically Cinderella replacement
