you can check who she links with but you need to either just watch it play out, or put them into a mock battle against an AI boss to see

you can then inspect the link buff if you pause during combat

beyond that biscuit skill will make your defenders immune when hp drops for a few seconds

so their SG will hit your p5 jackal link and you're just immune for a while

sacrifice mihara for dot and helmt nuke, then stall with biscuit and blanc to let cindy nuke once noah shield is down
