Well PvP is based on “RL speed” which is a user-made definition, not Nikke’s, it’s measured based on how many shots a regular classical rocket launcher unit fires. So 2RL means it fired two shots.

2RL is considered the fastest possible, 2.5RL next fastest, 3RL the next.. and so on.

They represent the time when your team’s B1 bursts. Shortly after that the B2 bursts. Then the B3…

Usually the fastest team beats the other team to executing the B3 burst. Which can be fatal (like if you have a unit that nukes whole team for lethal damage).

So power deficit is a real problem, pvp kicks your ass if you’re weaker than opponent by 15.4% or more power (unless it’s Challenger Arena but that’s a different arena)

After a point defense is impossible when knowledgeable pvpers go at each other and have similar power

it means they're no longer 3rl bc when high feed units hit jackal-linked units, you're giving them burst gen

haven't put in deck but wouldn't be surprised if they're faster than you now

Jackal triggers a small burst gen every time her link is triggered, and it triggers per bullet hitting linked characters. So unloading a lot of bullets on linked units feeds a lot of burst gen % and may accidentally promote Jackal’s team RL speed to faster RLs

Bullet = pellets, too, so SGs are notorious for feeding Jackal.. but also SMGs.

Mainly Jackal. Scarlet also can counterattack when hit (including when link procs for Scarlet). Is why Scarlet + Jackal is a popular combo, their synergy with one another is high.

Yes, Scarlet counterattack also burst gens % a small amount, it’s more RNGy though since she has a 30% chance to counter per hit, not 100%
