So I was messing around with Deck for like the first time and using units I have decently invested in/some fully invested into already to make two 2RL teams and this is what I ended up on for now.

I'm late to this one, but Sirening their Noah is now the defacto standard counter unless their Noah isn't Siren's attack target or if the enemy proves that their Noah is Siren-proof (it's not common).

Because if you can Siren their Noah, they're wide open for a straightforward AoE nuke or other lethal moves.

Uh.. the hard way is to use a spreadsheet and borrow data from Nikke Deck to get better information. Like adding/removing a single character to an empty team to note details about their burst gen/shots/feed.

For easy way, which you can only use for 2.5RL and 2RL feed info, see that your 2.5RL is 92.22% and your 2RL is 92.22%? Each needs 7.78% fed to your Jackal link to promote from 3RL to 2RL (skipping 2.RL because it's the same % as 2RL).

And how do you know what feed enemy team would do? First guarantee that your jackal team will always have 2 linked in p1 and p2, then build another team (different party) representing enemy team. Let's say Cindy nuke team with Noah, 2RL. If you check its feed, you'll see something like 5 bullets for 3.55-7.1% feed, the latter half represents hitting 2+ linked units with rocket AoE everytime.

So your attempt to promote to 2RL falls short. 7.1% + 92.22% = 99.32%.

I'm just saying. Because, obviously, you only used 3 units and have 2 empty slots.

More advanced case takes into consideration the shots taken by a non-RL after 2RL elapsed, like Scarlet would be doing assault rifle shots which generates a tiny bit of burst gen. If it takes 1 additional Scarlet swing, enemy Scarlet also swings 1 more time feeding you.

Which is why some fights erupt at 2.1, 2.2, or 2.3 RL mark instead of simply only 2RL or 2.5RL

Little Mermaid (aka Siren), has been proven to stun most players' Noahs that are in p1, right before that Noah can burst, even if Noah's team is 2RL speed.

It's a little more complicated than that, and it's possible to make Noah safe or unsafe from being stunned by Siren through various techs. But unless you discover that the enemy took such measures which can't be visually noticed just from their comp, it's usually a safe tech.

Your enemy's Noah is vulnerable to Siren stun. Use it properly, and you have an easy win because Siren's stun is a longass 3 seconds

You can even say Siren is p1 Noah's natural counter.
