you could try changing approach, opponent either got used to your teams or they know what they doing, at synchro 389 it generally gets difficult defending against equal invested opponent, simply because attack is way easier than defense and an attack failure is generally opponent's mistake

that said, you can try changing approach and see if opponent takes the bait, start with this one

T1: turn into 2RL, you can run either as screenshot or add biscuit to the equation for less powerful nuke but better stalling

V1: noise rumani cindy helmt noah (non siren weak if noise has taunt priority)
V2: noah biscuit cindy helmt rumani (siren weak, adds stalling with biscuit)

**T2: **turn into essentially 2RL promotable scarlet nuke + siren linked stun (this one is aimed to counter opponent if running noah taunt priority, in any position)

T3: SG pressure with snowball, weak to biscuit locked teams

based on what you got, there's still multiple defense variations you can take
your nero moran team can be effective on SParena but it needs heavy investiment and you need to run it 2.5RL with CS%

-clip SG burst gen but doesn't feed

• nero is a tank who needs heals to make her skills work (while blanc does heal, this isn't the best option for her)
• blanc would possibly give indom onto nero (ideally you want a dps unit to have indom. common example is sbs)
• rosa prefers to work in a fast team, or needs to have her teammates kill units quick in order for her s2 to work

either way that's a no bueno team

My test shows that she died right before burst

try either of these 2, i'd start with V1, CP in general can offer slightly better results if opponent knows what they doing, as they'll need to fit teams to match the CP

V1 is 3 well distributed teams with decent pressure
V2 should work better against non-whales or ppl on same invest but less pvp knowledge than you, as

T1 and T2 introduce pressure and stun gimmicks
T3 has heavy splash offburst with stalling
