Is there a Skill Guide specifically for PVP?
Like for example my Trina is used with Scarlet is 4/7/4 and im not sure if its sufficient, or my 25% CS Emilia is 4/7/7. Things like that im just not sure.

You need to manipulate ATK to be able to use her. Sometimes the condition is harsh.

I think the odds favor bottom. I'm not confident in top winning. Unfortunately, top can win R1 with good luck, so you'll sweat this cheer no matter what.

There's also a small chance Scarlet kills Siren with counterattacks, but if Siren has max doll, high cores, and high power, it's unlikely.

~~Also, there's a chance the Scarlet has under 32 ammo and is immune to Siren stun due to taking cover to reload causing Siren to hit the cover with the stunning shot.

I just checked. Top's Scarlet has 57 ammo. So that rules out the under 32 ammo immunity (due to reloading behind cover) to Siren stun.

Also confirmed that bottom's Siren is MLB with SR15 doll, and 1.4k+ power. I think it's unlikely she'll prematurely die to Scarlet counterattack by 2.5RL.
