While she is Iron to counter Electric, Scarlet is squishy nature so she doesn't need more dmg to be killed. Cindy is a tanky that could use Ele on, but Decoy completely block Eve sequence Nuke so it's useless. Her only ELE advance use is to kill Moran+ASS comp. Which Scarlet already done just fine....

We might see more Eve in CA if ASS+Moran+Biscuit comp ever surpass Nero+Moran to be come meta in SpA.

But, long story short, it means the Rosanna and BSoda successfully dismantled the Biscuit-protected Moran-defended SAnis team. I also thought Moran could survive and kill enemies even in that case (because BSoda would be badly hurt, etc).

I've seen Moran survive 15 seconds killing everyone.

This one... didn't. With no replay, we can't tell what happened, but enemy team is all alive. Possibly BSoda died so fast, that she was resurrected by Anne.

And this makes sense - by BSoda dying early, SGs team bursts first ahead of SAnis's Moran

In that team, unless something weird was going on, only Biscuit, Pepper, or SAnis could have highest ATK

here's another version with top (attacker's) cubes/investment, not sure if it helps to have this though since we don't know bottom's investments, but bottom is heavily invested (more than top)... actually i think bottom is the #1 most invested in our entire champion arena group by far lol... over 700 sync all c7 only 1 year in :x

2 - I think Scarlet just swipes them, if they don't kill themselves into her before
3 - Depends if bottom has enough charge speed to Noah before Siren hits. I'd say it's less than 50% likely.
4 - Again, I think Scarlet just swipes. Maybe Blanc is fast enough?
5 - Biscuit should protect Moran for a while, and I think SAnis can deal more damage after bursts (they also burst earlier)
