at the beginning of the season i was ch2 (the guy at ch1 claimed it right before the reset and got transported to another bracket alongside everyone from ch2 to ch6 approxximately i think) , claimed ch1 , stayed for like a day then found myself in ch2 , claimed it again found myself in ch3 , claimed ch1 again and found myself in ch5 , and everytime it was like ths , tried to change my def teams to be simmilar to them , tried making my own , etc

I have been testing Delta since the end of CA 3 and not even building new teams for CA and kind of get how she work.

1. She stops normal attack only.

2. She doesn't stop bursting or wiping.

3. She doesn't stop weapon change like RH. Even if she did stop RH for a bit before RH burst.

4. She also doesn't stop slower Emi nuke, let alone faster. But 1rl faster Emi could be stopped by her.

5. She doesn't stop the nikke that was reloading when she casting her burst and not attacking her.

6. The stopping attack effect loses its effect after she is killed. Or her 10s B2 duration is up.

7. Other taunters could erase her stop attacking effect off the ones they taunt.

8. Delta could miss the timing to stop normal attack. If the burst phase or attack motions happened when her decoy busted.

So while she is usable as a defensive option it's not very flexible and just a bit worse side grade to Blanc, considering they both have similar burst gen and 10 seconds effect.
