enemy T1 is weak to noah + biscuit in p1, they've barely any splash
enemy T2 has SGS so you'll need to watch out in both p1 and p5
enemy T3 is unbuffed scarlet nuke and the lowest CP, you can work on this one

Below you can find the minimun CP needed,

if you using scarlet against either T1 or T2 you can get away with 15-18%CP deficit
if you using noah+biscuit, you can get away up to 22%CP deficit likely

My OL gear is lvl 5, but I don't have any charge speed bonuses. I could try to reroll rn and see what I can get. I could get some crystals back

How much CS does Helm need to achieve 2.5RL speed, accounting for the fact that there is no projectile delay? From what I see, projectile travels for about 8 frames (30fps in arena), so relative to 17% CS RL, Helm can "waste" up to 8 frames across three shots, which translates to 2 frames per shot (due to fps reasons, rounding down), or 6.67% CS. Is it correct that, say, 11% CS Helm will match 17% CS RL in terms of 2.5RL burst gen?
