No, a noise or Moran alone, not even noah is necessary to shrug off an unbuffed scarlet burst. Scarlet dies to delayed aoe or dps aoe or a blanc Scarlet setup. The noah and jackal both proc invuln for 5s then die. This ain't a hard comp to beat at all
