FYI this is deficit:

if opponent CP is 15% less than your team, they get hit with a massive stat debuff

that's how whale and people who've progressed a lot can defend themselves from lower opponents

in your case, since your great starting account, you could potentially defend yourself out of CP agaisnt opponents who're progressing more slowly and with lesser income than you would on higher outpost level

yeah agree with others you can push campaign mostly, though some units do benefit both

and if you have a weaker team you can bulk it up a bit between things if you get the chance, by doing basic OL's on the pvp units

I tend to prioritise OL to main team, my main issue is I haven't taken the gear to +5 OL on the campaign teams yet - I've been putting gear xp to my pvp units instead
