U can use SR Anis, just that CP would drop. I personally avoid using her. Rapunzel is abit more situational. I dont really use/know how to use her

also she will burst 1 instead of RH (no RH buff)

also don't put Cindy p1 either in your 2nd team, P1 cindy gives more burst gen to the opponent

Well, they were from the early days of doll system. I'm doing R15 > SR5 for everyone in Arena now.

Only got back to SR5 Noise amongst the 4 Arena units I put SR0 on...

If you aren't too focus on Arena you could SR0 and keep it like that forever.
