i'd say you were for the most part on point, a bit of nitpicking and personal preference:

-exchange RRH with SBS, better B3 option (unbuffed RRH is generally underwhelming, especially against sustain) and mostly due to feed not advisable on def
-noise in p5 to split tank with noah in p1, rather than noise in p4 to avoid accidental taunt and get enemy to splash on 3 nikke instead of 2 on slower teams
-padding on T3 may aswell place RRH instead of SBS which we took for T1

T1 and T2 are general purpose enough, adapting with either SBS or RRH based on whether you want to feed or not

i'd avoid SBS against any p1 taunter and biscuit

avoid using scarlet on 2.5RL-2RL enemy noah

that said:

-scarlet against any feed or slow team, can be used even in slight CP deficit (16-18%)
-other team against any weaker leftovers that do not have def taunter + biscuit

RRH can bypass taunter + biscuit so adapt as needed (aoe DPS)
