here's the criteria I need:
Vs Bay: Bay team needs to be about 1rl slower, basically so that bay bursts midway through cindy nuke
Vs Biscuit: Cindy needs to deal between 50% and 99% of a defender's hp with a single hit, see if biscuit s2 procs inbetween

RH boosted autos on B3 vs cindy and RH on RH B1, you've more sustain while they've dmg share and stalling

I think I've held 1 more than I've not this season so if this guy wants to challenge it back they can't wait around too much

they may not bother as it looks like they invest hard into main team and they are super strong but their pvp units suffer

they still getting 2 just by level/cp gapping most

they fixed snapshoting on cindy, her hits will now be countered by noah once noah bursts instead of still going through if B3 went in before noah B2 was cast

i guess that's the most important bit

I guess you could aim to get:

rumani 17% CS
anis 17% CS
rosanna extra atk%, crit rate and elem atk
emi extra atk% and CS% (hit 38%), very late game
scarlet extra atk% and crit rate

that kasuga lad already gemmed 3 times

for PvP it's mostly intuitive

batteries: CS%, atk%, elem atk
damage dealers: atk%, elem atk, crit rate / crit dmg / (some very limited nikke, like SBS, CS% or charge damage)
tanks/healers: atk%, elem atk, can get def% or CS% (if RL)

there's some nikke that must absolutely not get ammo (like s.anis)

but yeah i'm not aware of a doc... at best prydwen for each specific nikke
