Side note about burst gen calculations in PvE vs PvP:
PvE runs at up to 60fps or whatever frame rate your device can handle (the actual FPS cap is higher but we don't talk about that here). PvP, however, runs at a fixed 30fps that is independent of your device because it executes server sided. So there will be slight discrepancies between PvE and PvP burst gen because there's slight discrepancies between PvE and PvP attack speed.

that's very true, there actually is a difference in burst gen for sniper/RLs at 30 fps compared to 60 fps. it's incredibly hard to notice, the diff comes from the reload attempt animation they do between each shot being marginally longer at 30 fps, framewise

the other thing i can think of is raising rosanna to be viable, 30-40 atk% OLs, 7/10/10, she'd fit in a scarlet team that focuses on pressure

there's no 100% def team, but there are those that have some increased win rate than others, the ultimate defense is stacking a ton of CP

yeah they're all also strong on atk, specifically you'll want scarlet against teams runnnig SGs/ARs/SMGs/MGs, noah against nuke oriented teams, cindy is sort of an all-rounder

depends on the position you can comfortably retain, e.g. focus on opponents you know you can win against but also can defend against, at least with a decent %

try to climb pre reset instead of early reset, as it's more likely you'll get attacked shortly after reset rather than a few hours from it, in fact you may consider saving 2 attacks pre reset and 2 attacks right after reset to win against 4 opponents in a short term, then hope to retain at least part of that progress

oh right @charred bobcat for the earlier mistakes i was pointing out for you, just FYI

-cindy in P1 gives 1.75x burst gen to the enemy, compared to cindy in P2 that gives 1.25x, hence generally you want to avoid her in any other position than p3, p4,p5 (p2 can be somewat ok, although)

-biscuit in p5 is open to sniper rifle dmg, particularly RH will likely murder her within 3RL

-jackal links: in general you want jackal to be either p1 or p5 (spots that are mostly attacked due to SGs or simply directly), your prefered linked nikke and ideally indom target (blanc 10s invulnerability) should be in p1, they need to have also the lower max HP between linked nikke to ensure indom

(scarlet is easier due to self-harm, generally kicking her in lowest max HP of the link)
