on your side, although, you need to ensure you meet the investiment requirements, example:

-can noise survive 2RL in p1? (doll + OLs + vigor)
-is your scarlet well invested? (doll + OL + burst skill)
-is your SBS well invested? (same as above)

hmm they're actually interesting teams, s.anis already has a pretty huge self buff, just like SBS, so they could both deal without it

on SBS team it would cost you just 2.5RL over 2RL, but considering you've noir feeding it might be safer to run it 2RL

the only change i'd make:

-rotate biscuit with s.anis, as you may indom biscuit by accident if she's on p2 to splash dmg
