in pvp, we have the problem of double OL effects after revive
in pve tests, when mana revive a unit - revived unit loses their OL stats

Can anyone please spare some time and ELI5 me why is S.Anis considered so amazing in pvp? No matter from what angle I'm looking at her, even having built her reasonably well (lvl9 burst, but only one OL item rn), I just don't see anything amazing about her... Neither have I ever seen her perform well in enemy defense, or my attack teams.

s.anis has the advantage over other B3 of having a self buff and the priority to attack the 2 highest atk%, essentially working like an assassin for the backline

if you combine that with a stall team, she'll kill the damage dealers while you soak the dmg

Most dps like scalter rh get countered by noah biscuit. As long as there is no double taunt. She’s one of few nikkes that can deal damage to a dps whilst also being taunted by noah that’s invul’d by biscuit

the only team you should watch out for is T2, where you'd like to run a 2.5RL or faster noah team, while T1 and T3 can be nuked with 3RL or scar-jack

since you don't have noah, i'd say aim for the second option

Ok. Is she worth building for defence only? I got good teams w/o her for attack, but I'm really struggling with defence.
Maybe someone has a link to best defensive teams? Consider I have all characters (in all honesty, I only miss Moran from any more or less notable units. Oh and limited units, like Emilie or whatsherface).
