I can't really give team building advise at the moment but you typically pair Biscuit with a Defender in P1 to act as a tank e.g. Blanc-Scarlet-Liter-Biscuit-Jackal.

from what I've seen from your current teams, going forward you need to identify your B3 dps options (e.g. most people will use RH as a buffer) and team speeds (e.g. Cindy has poor burst-gen, I don't think that current comp really bursts)

you should probably focus on building 2 strong teams and then have your 3rd team as a leftover and/or cp gap team

It doesn’t make sense to me. I find it more complicated seeing it shoot 121% faster. I find it easier to calculate it in rl.

For example

RL Charge Time - CS since its 1 second. And multiply by RL shots.

(1 - CS) x number of shots =

1 - 0.21 = 0.79
0.79 x 3 = 2.37 RL

This way I don’t think we gotta include rl delays. i think

scarlet centi rh emi jackal - if cent in p1 isn't linked to jackal (this is very likely as both scarlet and RH present) you won't get feed on p1, this is less punishing on enemy attacks

noah noise biscuit s.anis rapu - depending on your intent with this team, noah in p1 can maximize usage of biscuit buffs to tank better (a total of 5s+5s+3s), while getting noise only vulnerable to splash dmg

blanc sbs pepper alice laplace+ - pepper in p2 is exposed to splash dmg, while SBS isn't. Odds are increased that blanc indom goes to pepper instead of SBS, the latter could exponetially use it better (keep in mind SBS is hard countered by enemy biscuit + defender, as shared dmg hitting an invulnerable target deals 0 dmg)
