Hey people i'm still pretty new to how 3v3 arena works but i'm hoping you guys can help me. What skill does regular Scarlet have that allows her to heal? I'm going crazy here keep fighting the same guy in the arena and he has Scarlet on his 2nd team that scarlet alone manages to counter my team that has Jackal Biscuit and Cinderella.

It does not matter that i burst first or that my team has more CP i wipe his team for a second then Scarlet comes back and kills the rest of my team

The counter against Emilia is just simply Makima

Whatever team you go, just have Have a Makima at P4. Kill everyone while Emilia still charging. When nuke hits it becomes an indomed Emi vs indomed Makima but Makima has longer indom time coz Emi indom wasted already by the time her nuke hits.. so it is always Makima win

Oh if its just an RH Noah Emi, the stall team on the vid can still win, just tweak it with Nero on P1 tho. Coz no Blanc to cancel the damage reduction

Your current team could work if you replace Noah with Blanc.

Otherwise, try one PvE fight, like union trial, then quit, jump back into use this team:

Noah+Crown+RH+Biscuit+Jackal. Or any Blanc+RH 3RL team, but RH need to be P3-4-5.

Also, an overinvested 3-5 SG team could make quick work of Biscuit+RH and prevent them to burst. Lol doubt any one having those built.
