So apparently it doesn't work. Not even the HP cube work with her max HP increase "heal" among. It only interact with her Normal HP bar before cube.

You could do the math yourself. The later 2 showed that the HP heal doesn't overtake the Max HP increase either. Still 20.79% if you just math. And -10 dmg retained.

Is the burst speed of your team. 3rl is good and the common speed. 4 RL is bad and only for niche use. 2rl is hard to get to.

Noah wall? Just 1RL faster than it or Blanc solo.

Blanc wall? Just 1RL faster wipe or 0.3RL slower Blanc.

Rossana shot? Just Rev it with XAnne. Likely won't even work at higher level.

That's why Scarlet is T1 in Arena and not Cindy.

The concern is if Scarlet dies and XAnne resurrects her, Scar burst hits like a wet noodle because she loses her stacks
