Rumani's kit isn't that great. She's a budget-noise, she should only be used as a battery for pvp. So depends on how invested she is so that you don't take a huge cp loss while using her on one of those teams like your T3 for instance

I assumed he was killing it with emilia actually so I slowed the burstgen down
