Everyone in Rookie arena seems to be ~1k ID newer up to 7k ID older than me.
I can't see the lower ranks in SP arena, but the top ranks are up to 30k IDs older than me. (Edit: Seems only 33 people claimed their points so far - and they're all at least 5k IDs older than me. No newer accounts.)
And the shuffles happened quite close to each other, so I'm not sure what causes the disparity...
