It feels like it would. T1, as long your Emi can deal a lot of damage make them on the verge of going inactive or better make them inactive, coz she'll prolly be bleeding after nuke.

While for Scarlet team, indom might not be on Scarlet, or Blanc might die coz of possible residual to P2. But outside of that, you'll most likely win of they are able to FB as planned and one tap slash them. Would be better if Scarlet is linked so those SG can die to her pre burst.

Team 3 would prolly be better if you have a Clip RL, but that Ros position is not safe from Emi. Well you can win if you are able to burst same time and kill their Emi before Noah bursts

Here is the thing lets say tempering cube reduce damage by 10% and hp cube increase hp 10%

Lets say your hp is 4M, nuke is 3M final damage
Lets not think of Noise hp buff or such, just base hp.

With tempering it becomes
4M hp against 2.7M nuke, so about 1.3M hp remaining

With vigor, it becomes 4.4M hp vs 3M nuke. Means 1.4M hp remaining.

Lets say 4M hp 4M nuke

Tempering makes it 4M vs 3.6M 400k hp remaining

Vigor makes it 4.4M hp vs 4M nuke, 400k hp remaining. So they are roughly equal in this scenario

So it means Vigor is better if damage is less than hp, while Tempering is better when damage is more than hp

Kill on B1 is pretty wild.
Throw in Mari B2 for a guaranteed kill

Both Rosanna and SSakura have 4x Atk OL lines on the high end, so close to 40% ATK. Spent 40 rocks tweaking OL lines for this setup though. Rosanna already has 4x OL atk lines so I had to reroll SSakura and Scarlet to also have 4OL atk lines but of slightly higher percentage so that they would Jackal link instead of Rosanna. Add in some Scarlet counter attack damage and this is just barely enough to kill an unbuffed attacker without Tempering cube. Speed here is 3RL vs 3RL
