the things that i found about whiff are all related to 1 lower tier of cs

there could be more factors like animation, target change, reload speed, and travel speed, but i think if you have 1 cs line less, you can try to get a dodge with adv cube, maybe you get in the rage or just doesn't work but all the time the slower units is who can dodge the initial hit
