There really isn't a perfect def, aside from cp gapping all attackers' 3 teams with decent teams. I just go with what works for at least those below while I gave up on those who have 30-60+ sync above me.

Do you have any ideas for improvements? (I still don't have SBS, X.anne and Centi...)
