I made the stone soup with ingredients I already had in my chests as opposed to going back to get them. The quest made me go back, but now I'm stuck with a stone soup and the quest is still telling me to make one. The craggy rocks are not respawnining for me to make another soup.

Encountered a rather frustrating glitch with Donald’s final quest ‘the Dreamlight fountain’. I’ve made and have the fountain but when i went to see Donald and he placed it, he placed it amongst loads of trees I had placed earlier in the day. Therefore, I couldn’t place the celebration ribbon next to the fountain without undoing my work and deleting my placed trees. Naturally, I moved the fountain to some place where I could place the ribbons. Placed the fountain and the ribbons right next to eachother, and the quest is still telling me to place the ribbons close to the fountain. I can’t move the fountain back to where it was and delete the trees and place the ribbon there, as I can’t remember exactly where Donald placed the damn thing. It’s not letting my progress, and I’m stuck at possibly the most frustrating part ever… right before completion. Any one else had similar issues? I’m on PS5 and I’ve tried restarting the game already.

I am another victim to Elsa's Uncaring attitude towards quest completion. I have broken all small ice piles and even went above and beyond and snuck into the top portion of the tundra to break those as well. I have reset the game, had Elsa follow me, and exited/entered the ice cavern numerous times but she will not proc the continuation of the quest. :/

I am having problems with Minnies level 10 quest where it is not giving me the option to start the level ten quest even though I have her level at level 10 and I have her final mission done or atleast I think I have all her quests done because nothing in the quests tag show up for her

For Wall-E: reached level 10 friendship and didn’t receive either a level 10 quest or the the level 10 reward. Wall-E is now also missing from the Quests list.

Moana Quest: The Ceremony: Nintendo Switch. After placing on pedestal there was a camera click sound and I cannot move Maui is frozen behind me as well as Moana. I cannot move Avatar at all but I can interact with menu and map even transport to other wells and they follow. But still cant move. When I shut down and restart game it boots up and in loading screen near end I hear click and it goes right back to being stuck at pedestal. Not outside the front door as the game usually starts.

Gathered the necessary items to complete the clock tower but because i didnt have it in my inventory i guess it didnt mark it all of and since i created the item i thought it would move onto the next stage of the task. This photo registered as a picture of the Pillar of Power on the Dazzle Beach, not the Pillar of Courage in the Forest of Valor. Not a big problem, I scooted closer and it registered the correct pillar (I am aware the pillar of power is in the distance behind me), but this isn't something I think should happen. Cheers!

Thanks, I will have to try that the next time the two are in position for the conversation (since they keep wandering off), but the conversation really should not rely on us pushing WALL-E so the characters' positioning/conversation trigger still needs some tweaking from the devs.

Xbox: been trying to do the sunstone fragment quest. I wake up early AM to find the sunlit plateau fragment and it’s nowhere to be found. I found the other two at the time only the sunlit plateau fragment was supposed to show. Been checking back at different times for two days now and has yet to show up

Having issues with the Spirits of Nature quest in the frozen realm. I made the stone soup without collecting oregano and basil as I had it in my storage. I have now made the soup but coukd no progress as I needed the basil and oregano. However, it's now prompting me to make the stone soup but unable to collect any more craggy rocks. Playing on Nintendo Switch.

Hi, I am currently having a problem with Elsas quest "break the ice". The game crashed right after I handed Elsa the potion to upgrade my axe.that part did not save. Upon reopening the game Elsa is now stuck inside her house and has been for 20 hours now. I need to give her the potion again to upgrade the axe so that she and I can enter her house. She does not move. Help would be very much appreciated! Thank you.

Ariel and WALL-E also will not chat. I've had both Eric and Wall-E as "buddies" to guide to Ariel's location while tracking each quest, respectively. Nothing will prompt a conversation.

Me too (Steam/PC), I went looking for the Dawn Shard on Sunlit Plateau at 10:30am assuming it would still be "morning" but it was gone. Found the Noon Shard in Glade instead, even though I wouldn't call 10:30am "midday." No idea when the cutoff is but I wish the devs would shift the timer so we have more time to find the Dawn Shard.

Platform: PC/ Steam Quest: Breaking The Ice. It tells me to bring the potion to Elsa but she is inside the cave and I can't get to her cause the ice blocks the entrance. Can't use the potion on pickaxe cause I'm suppose to bring it to her so I'm stuck! Resolved: I waited for her to come out and eventually I saw her walking in the Forest of Valor and was able to give her the potion.

Issue : No matter how many times I take a selfie with the Pillar of Friendship (Peaceful meadows) it doesn’t count it. It’s also the only pillar I moved. I tried taking a couple of selfies where the pillar originally was but it didn’t work eiter.

NVM, I found the exact spot where it used to be and it worked but it could be problematic for a lot of quests, moving things around is part of the game. 😅

Quest: "What Home Feels Like" for Elsa. You can bake the Fish Pie "too soon" and then she won't acknowledge it's existence and because you can't re-craft the dandelion syrup or re-catch the herring, you can't progress in the quest.

Yes, it was only this spot. Luckily I don't have houses in the way, so it might be whatever scripting is telling them where to move and stop. It eventually worked with me running behind WALL-E as he moved towards the shore, and he actually went all the way into the waterline this time, so maybe he just needs a little "bump-draft" ala Lightning McQueen.

Platform: Switch, Issue: I have one task left in The Dream Castle quest - check on Mickey at his house. Mickey is not there, but instead at various places near the well portion of the castle entrance or just off to the side where the grass and benches are. I’ve tried restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling the software with no luck. I also notice several times when I enter Mickey’s house my buttons except for A no longer work. I am forced to close the game then.

UPDATE: I closed out the game and restarted it. It then worked.

After the patch, I am now crashing more frequently than before. I crash multiple times while playing, and it can go anywhere from roaming about the land to coming out of my home, it looks totally random. It has been crashing at a average of about 5 times daily I'd say, sometimes more. My Nintendo switch hasn't had other issues with other games and is fairly new. Thank you!

Use the raft to embark and then come back the fishing spot moves slowly away from the raft each time untill you are able to finally fish in it.

Hello, Im currently in the frozen realm but, am stuck on a quest. In the spirits of nature quest, you have to combine the ingredients to make the stone soup, but, i made the stone soup before i got the quest to because, I knew I had the ingredients. Now that I have actually gotten to the quest after going back to get the oregano and basil, I can no longer past the quest because, I made the soup. I can't go back and pick up more rock and I can't just give the soup to Anna because, I need to 'make it' first, even though i already did.

I figured out my own solution! Supposedly you need to zoom in real close on the sign and it will let you edit buildings that have not been erected yet!

My game crashed right after I got the fishing rod fixed from Goofy. Due to this, I now have a broken fishing rod stuck in my inventory. I cannot drop it or give it to Goofy or put it in my storage in my house so it is just permanently taking up a spot in my inventory.

Moana's Level 8 quest

She is currently my companion. I talked to her and responded. She said to follow her but she stays next to me and the quest doesn't actually start. I have been able to talk to her multiple times to attempt to start it but it won't start at all. I have changed her not to be my companion and attempted talking again. A restart of the game is the next on my list to try as that fixed an Anna quest bug I had.

Update: apparently it did start? It was acting like it didn't and the quest said available in the menu but upon restarting the game the quest is in progress.

Anyone had an issue with the Frozen realm quest? I made the Stone Soup, with ingredients from my storage, but I had to go back to my storage to pick up the basil/oregano. Upon returning to the realm, I can't pick up anymore craggy rocks nor place the soup down. 🤷‍♂️

On Elsa's Break the Ice Quest on PC, I have collected the potion for my axe to break the ice, and I am supposed to give it to Elsa. However, she is hiding in her house (which she shouldn't be able to get to yet, since the ice is still there) and I can't get to her because the ice is there. So I am stuck until maybe she is able to come back out of her house.

For anyone who has issues with Donald’s level 10 quest ‘The Dreamlight fountain’ because they’ve moved the fountain before placing the ribbon…I have a screenshot of the exact place the fountain needs to be placed. Took me a while and a few tries to remember where it was before I moved it but here it is for anyone else who gets stuck.

The fountain has to be in the exact spot Donald places it for the quest ti complete. I have a screenshot of where it needs to be on the map, that I found by trail, error and memory lol. Hope this helps!

I'm playing on switch. I have an issue with the quest "A friendly exchange" when walle has to talk with Ariel to exchange their items. At first, walle went to the spot on the beach and Ariel has never appeared, he was standing there like this for at least 20 minutes then the game crashed. 🥲 I restarted it and now I can't do anything, walle doesn't go anywhere anymore and the quest is just there hanging, tried a dialogue with him about this quest, but nothing happens. 🥲🥲

There are no more rocks for me to pick up to make a second batch, so I can't progress.

Nintendo Switch: Ursula's quest "The Ritual". I reached the point where I placed the plant near the cave, but the second I placed it down, the game glitched out and sent me INSIDE the cave and launched photo mode. (I was not near enough the cave to enter automatically and I had the fishing rod equipped, not the camera.) I couldn't leave the cave for like 3 tries. The quest tracker is stuck on "Watch Ursula's Spell" but nothing I do prompts this scene. I talked to Ursula, entered and exited the cave (I even went to the bottom twice just in case I was supposed to be there) and closed the game. I can't pick up the plant to try and reset the cue.

During one of the early game quests, AFTER I found Goofy's fishing rod and finished his quest, I found a second broken fishing rod in the sand on the island next to skull rock. It has a nearly identical description to what I remember the Goofy rod quest item had. I can't figure out if this is a duplicate item from the first quest or if this is a quest item for a quest that has not happened yet since all the posts are about the OG fishing rod. Now she is asking me to follow her to the ice cavern to break the ice (which I have done) and the quest is saying explore the cave with Elsa. Issue: The Dusk fragment has not grown after over 24 hours of it being tended to. Its stuck in it dry / watered states. The quest itself is saying to "bring the gleaming duck fragment to mother gothel" but I cant get the fragment from the ground. No way of digging it up either

I think if we have the pie in our inventory, it needs to register it has already been made or else how are we supposed to progress?

I was doing the Elsa quest "breaking the ice" I was waiting for a single sunflower to spawn to finish the quest so I moved on to something else. I unlocked the glade of trust and proceeded to those missions however the mission locked everyone in their houses... it locked Elsa in her ice cave but I haven't finished what I needed to unlock her cave so now she is in there and I can't give her the potion needed to break the ice blocking the cave.

You need to prompt him by talking to him. When you talk to characters with an already active quest, there should be an option like "what do I do" or something of that nature with the quest tag attached. Prompt Wall-E by pressing it and he should go to Ariel on his own. Ariel should spawn near the Meadow entrance to the beach in the water.

Same thing just happened to me. I tried a reload and everything. Have you visited WALL·Es realm yet? I did remys and Moana’s but skipped WALL·E’s and went to frozen for the shovel upgrade. I also used basil and oregano from my own inventory rather than collecting it before making the stone soup. Hello. I’m having trouble with quest “A Restaurant Makeover”- I built the restaurant and Remy said to go in and speak with him inside but he won’t go inside, he went back to his house and is essentially stuck in a glitch there. When I’m in the restaurant it says to go talk to Remy but every time I speak with him he says to go checkout the inside of the restaurant, when I go back to the restaurant it says to go talk to Remy.. so on and so forth. Blocked in Ursula's level 10 quest. I had unlocked The Forgotten Land ahead of time, and picked up the dark crystal before the quest on accident. It had been living in my inventory until this time. I was able to find the ruins again and get to the next step, but because it's not on the pedestal, I can't progress.

I searched through the Discord and tried what other people have suggested: I've put in my inventory in my house and pulled it out, put in a chest near the pedestal and pulled it out, restarted the game, et cetera. Still blocked. Additionally, if anyone else encountered this issue and managed to get past it, I'd love to hear it.

Lol I did the same when I unlocked the Forgotten Lands. I immediately grabbed it. You just have to go to the site where you found the crystal, go back to your storage and put it in your bag or if it's already in your bag, go immediately to Ursula. I had a tendency to take things blindly in this game and not think of the consequences. Thankfully, it didn't bug the quest

RE: Ursula level 10 issue, I had put the crystal in a chest in hopes of fixing the quest, but then accidentally deleted the chest. When I went back to my house, it was in my house's inventory and I automatically progressed ahead. So, that's one way to fix it I suppose.

Leveled every character to 10, completed every quest (minus Elsa's and Anna's), unlocked everything. I'm real close to asking for a refund since the game is pointless without being able to move forward.

Same thing happened to me today. The rocks are still on the ground but the only way you can pick them up now is if you dig them up. Then you can make the soup again and continue.

Platform: Xbox (gamepass) I am doing the moana mission “The Search for Pua” and got up to the part of the mission in which it says “track pua near the restaurant.” I have moved the restaurant in my valley to a different area than where it initially was in the game. The paw prints appeared near where the restaurant ORIGINALLY was. I can see them, but nothing is happening. I can’t talk to Moana or proceed in the quest at all. Not if you've already picked them all up and used them. I have literally dug up every square inch of that realm. Once you've cooked with them, they don't respawn. I appreciate people saying to dig but I feel like it is taking away from those of us that that doesn't actually work for. I don't want them to think they don't need to work on this issue because SOME people can work around it. A lot of us cannot. I've completed everything else that can be done in game and am basically just stuck doing nothing until they fix it.

Having a questing issue with Moana's Fix the boat, Gave her the items in my house by mistake and went down to the beach to her boat and i can't find the "Something shiny"

So I was trying to reconnect the game back to the cloud server sometime after finishing the Dinner with a Friend quest. I was not being successful and I initially thought there is something wrong with my Internet. I checked it to see it is working but then the game didn’t return back to normal window mode size.

I force quit the game and reopened it to see that it is now small and squashed underneath a small but sizable title bar that prevents me from playing the game normally. Then I uninstall and reinstall the game to get the same result. Tried to use end task on the game and the Unity Crash Handler a couple of times and it still remains that size. Now I am losing hope over playing it again.

Yeah I dug up the entire realm. Unfortunately I made three soups before I realized the issue, and there is only one craggy rock left over after that. Not the whole three. Cannot even understand why there wouldn't be the full amount. I was so excited when I dug up so I proceeded to dig up the entire realm hoping to find the other two. Block by block. Even glitched myself into a few rocks hoping there was one "inside" a rock.

Platform: PC Quest: First part of the Frozen Quest Hi, I'm having an issue with the first part of the Frozen quest, cooking the stone soup. I made the soup in Chez Remy instead of the little cooking spot Anna had so now it’s not registering that I made the soup and I’m stuck and can’t continue the quest and no more craggy rocks will spawn so I can’t make another soup. I've heard other people having this issue as well.

Issue: Stuck in Scrooge's What's Bad for Business quest. I collected the Catfish from Ursula, but my inventory was full, so I had to choose an item to drop. I did, but the item I chose stayed in my inventory and I never got the Catfish. So now I have no way to progress. I tried to give Scrooge a regular Catfish but it didn't work. I tried talking to Ursula with a Catfish in my inventory and then talking to Scrooge, but that didn't work either.

In order to craft the Purple Pigment for Ursula’s quest I need to gather 4 purple rising penstemons and 4 purple falling penstemons. I’ve been running around the Plaza and Peace Meadow where these flowers can be found but none of the purple rising penstemons have spawned in the last 2 days. The only ones that keep spawning are the purple falling penstemons.

"A Friendly Exchange" on "Listen to WALL-E and Ariel as they exchange gifts" I think I interupted the conversation on this one too and now it won't work either.

Well at least you guys fixed the Donald Duck quest. Really expected interrupted conversation quests to be fixed too this update :\

Issue: I was tasked to pickup 10 flowers from her memory. I found out I had said flowers in my chest so I grabbed them from there, dropped them, and picked them up to finish the quest. However, upon doing so no memory was spawned to complete the next part of the quest line. Not sure if it's relevant but I was in my house when all this happened.

FIXED: I'm not sure why but the memory just spawned randomly in the valley and it was just sitting in a corner somewhere out of sight.

None of them rabbits squirrels and the turtles around the base three areas aren't taking food of any kind.

Prompt Wall-E by talking to him and clicking on the conversation bubble with the quest symbol on it. That should make him immediately seek out Ariel. If not reboot Switch and try again

Squirrels are approachable off the bat, turtles cower but stand still long enough and they will come out to approach, crocodiles and raccoons are timing where move only when they sit. As soon as they look around freeze, do this until you get closer to them and until you see the prompt to approach. Sunbird are approachable automatically, foxes and bunnies just require you to follow them a few times until the prompt occurs. Ravens are unavailable at this time. Each individual critter (2 in each biome usually) can only be fed once per day

Wall E & Ariel have the conversation on the beach. Do you have a house in the water on the beach close to where Ursula was trapped in the cave? If so move the house so they can have their conversation. After you move the house you might need to close the game & reload so they register that they can now go there.

Quest: Frozen Memories

I created the Ice Block, but instead of putting it down somewhere in the village I placed it inside my house and broke it with my pickaxe. The Ice Block turned into an ice statue of Anna. However, this did not update the quest. Once I realized I was supposed to place Ice Block outside, I picked up the Anna statue and re-placed it back outside (when I picked up the Anna statue I found it under my furniture, and not marked as a quest item). This still didn't advance the quest, and I'm stuck on the "place the Magic Ice Block somewhere in the village" objective. When I speak to Kristoff, he just tells me I should put the Ice Block down. Nothing else happens. Restarting the game also did not fix the issue.

That will have to probably be resolved by contacting support as I never heard of anyone placing the block inside their house first then breaking it and finally bringing it outside already completed.

Are you tracking the quest? If it says follow Elsa you need to just follow & it should switch to talk to Elsa when you are at the location needed. I recommend tracking the quest if you don't have it already or untracking & then tracking it again. Then save, close the game & reload. Elsa should then go the the location it wants you to follow her to.

It should show as sparkles by a pond in the Forgotten Lands. If you aren't getting any sparkles maybe just walk around the ponds & see if you get a pick up option randomly.

I've read you can dump it off in the storage chest in Wall E Realm @ocean jetty I remember doing the quest. There are parts were it will tell you to follow & then switch to talk. If it's still telling you to follow you must not be at the location needed. She keeps moving farther into the cave. I would need to see what your tracked quest is telling you to do to confirm but that's what it sounds like to me.

The rocks are still there on the ground. Although you can’t pick them up, you can use a shovel and dig right on it and the rock will be put in your inventory.

Issue: The Memory Orb from her second Memory with Maui got stuck in the counter in Scrooge's Shop. Maui was standing behind the counter while I was talking to him, and it spawned in the counter. It's been there for 3 days now, so I'm unable to progress with her quest line.

The leader shard will just look like a large shard & it won't be buried you should just find it laying on the ground. I know a lot of people said they found them by their house or by wells but they can spawn anywhere. 🍀

Why aren’t my shrooms spawning??? I haven’t been able to collect 20 // 25 for Merlin!
A maximum of 10 gatherable crops spawn in each biome. Many have been experiencing an issue where all of the gatherable mushrooms in the Glade of Trust spawn on the other side of the bridges, where they cannot be harvested.
How can I collect them for quests then?
Open the furniture menu and move the well in the Glade of Trust to the other side of the river. This will allow you to teleport to this otherwise inaccessible area from another village well. Then you can collect the shrooms!
Isn’t that cheating???
Technically, yes. However, this is the only solution we have until the spawning issue is resolved, which could take time (days, weeks, who knows..). It will not break your game, nor will you get stuck on this side.
If you have issues with cheating in any way, you can wait until a small mushroom cluster spawns however many times you need, which could again take days, weeks, who knows…Basically, the cheat is probably your best bet.

The Anna & Kristoff conversation takes place in the Forest of Valor entrance right at the top of the incline going down to the Plaza. If you have an object blocking that location try moving it so that they can talk there. Someone also said that placing an object there & removing it fixed the issue. Hope this helps.

I had to keep watering mine even though it showed a water drip & was raining. Just keep watering it. Mine took 24 hrs so I don't know if you have to water it a certain number of times within 24 hrs but here's what it looks like when it's ready to harvest:

What you were doing when this happened: Merlin quest, The Final Trial. I was able to collect all the items, even though the mushrooms were tricky and moved the well because they would not respawn. I was able to take the purified nightshards to Wall-E and the quest currently says: Craft the enchantment. I can't! They disappeared and wall-e will not make them again...

While trying to complete Scrooges Bad for business quest, my inventory was full when Ursula was supposed to give me a catfish. It prompted me to drop an item for her to give me thr catfish and when I did, it showed her handing me the catfish but when I looked back into my inventory it wasn't there. The quest still says get the catfish from Ursula. Nothing happens when I talk to her again either.

Same. I destroyed the ice both outside and inside the cave. There is none left, but Elsa won't acknowledge it. Kristoff was following me around for some reason (not hanging out, but I think because his quest was active instead of Elsa's). Setting the active quest to Elsa's didn't fix it, either.

I'm trying to complete The Ceremony quest with Moana. I've crafted the Honoured Place and placed it, and the quest objective has moved to "Celebrate your leadership with Moana", but when I talk to her, the dialogue is the normal dialogue and 'The Ceremony: What Should I do'. If I select that option, Moana says "We need the materials for the Honoured Place". I can't progress past it.

Have tried moving it to another place in front of the house with fewer objects around it, to see if there was a problem with her reaching it, but she says the same thing when she's standing right beside it.

I have also tried reloading the game a couple of times now.

What does your tracked quest tell you to do next? If you take a screenshot of it & post in dreamlight-help channel there are a lot of players who will give tips. From what I remember you take a selfie with all the leaders of the valley.

I did because I had already edited the forgotten lands heavily for my pumpkin patch so where Donald placed the fountain, there was nowhere for me to place the ribbon. I moved the fountain to an area that had room for the ribbon and now it won’t register the ribbons next to it. Thank you for the screenshot! I’m gonna try it out now

Quest: Elsa - Breaking the Ice
"Follow Elsa to Explore the Ice Cavern"
Issue: Elsa does not automatically follow me to the ice cavern. If I have her in my party I can bring her to the ice cavern however, she just stands there. Elsa does not make the bridge like she is supposed to so I can continue on to the next portion of the quest.

Resolutions Attempted:

1. Pushing her to the area where she is supposed to make the ice bridge.
2. talking to her while she is in the cave.
3. selecting the quest and unselecting the quest and reselecting the quest.
4. closing out of the game.
5. reloading the game
6. starting the quest from different areas.
7. waited in the ice cave for hours while I was doing other things in real life in the hopes that Elsa would actually do something.

This is extremely frustrating and I'm not the only one who has this issue. Anyone who has this issue is unable to progress in Elsa story as well as Anna's story.

I have been stuck on this quest for almost 2 weeks. This was a major topic before all of the discord chats were combined and now I do not see it anywhere. Additionally I'm on a Facebook page where many people have this issue. It needs to be one of the priorities to fix. Most people do not understand why the glittering herring quest was fixed before this one because that quest takes place after this quest.

Thank you for trying to assist. This is for the part of the breaking the ice quest before Elsa upgrades the pickaxe. I know there are people stuck on the part that you are referring to also.

I'm stuck on the part where she upgrades the pickaxe you break the ice in front of the ice cave and she's supposed to follow you in and make an ice bridge.

Elsa will not make the ice bridge when when she gets in The cave and when I talk to her she ask me to do something with the ice that is blocking the cave, which I have already broken because we are standing inside the cave 😜

Playing on the Switch, just finished Donald’s last quest and everything was fine and I completed the quest and got his level 10 item, but then the game crashed and when I logged back in, the quest wasn’t finished and says “celebrate the fountain” but there’s no interaction to do that. I’ve tried removing the festival garland but it won’t let me get rid of it. I asked Donald what to do and he just says it time to celebrate. There’s literally nothing I can do to prompt the “celebration” and complete the quest

Take a digging companion to the Frosted Heights & dig. It's a random drop like the clay. @fleet jasper the hydrangeas grow on the beach. I recommend picking the other colors to give the Red & White more chance to spawn.

If your quest is telling you to follow Elsa then your actual problem is that she didn't create the ice bridge. You should report this to Customer Care. Can you untrack the quest so that he won't follow you? Then once your inside you can retrack it. @neat fiber Go into Furniture Mode & move a well to the side where all the mushrooms spawned. Then use the well to travel there.

I fixed the Eric & Ariel meeting by closing my game. When I reloaded they were able to find each other in the Meadow. If you have an object or building in this location move it so that they can have their convo. I also read they will talk in another location but this is the 1 I can confirm.

Do you still have your Dandelion Syrup? I think your main issue is the syrup because I read you can use a regular herring but no-one has the syrup anymore. @crude ledge I just kept watering mine because I read that's what to do. Mine constantly had a drop & didn't recognize as being watered, plus it was raining. Just keep going with the watering 🍀 Screenshot is what it looks like when it's ready to harvest.

If you made the fish pie correctly, you would have used the dandelion syrup as well. I made it correctly but the game still says to “cook a fish pie” - so am now without dandelion syrup (but I was able to catch another glittering herring).

The game has been running smoothly apart from little glitches, but now in endgame I'm stuck on two quests sadly and these are the only two characters I still have quests with 😦

First off, I'm doing Wall•e's level 8 (?) quest and as many others here, the light bulb in his house didn't spawn in the right place for me and therefore I can't grab it or progress. Been like this for a day and restarting doesn't help or anything. Sucks that it is right there and I should be able to pick it up, but I'm clicking and clicking in all angles and nothing is happening. I have plenty of empty space in my inventory too.

The other quest bug is with Eric and Ariel, in the Poor Unfortunate Prince. I'm supposed to witness them reuniting and I've restarted the game several times after it first bugged out, but they just don't start talking, and it always ends with one or both of them just going in a completely different direction, away from each other 😔

For the Eric & Ariel quest untrack the quest & then retrack it. Talk to Eric & click on the quest option to follow him to Ariel. When I was having this issue it was like they couldn't find each other even though I had them standing right next to each other. Someone just commented that she had to level up Eric & then he finally ran to find Ariel.

If you're doing two quests and those quests requires you to craft the same item (for example I had a quest for Mickey & Wall - E and they both required tinkering parts, when I crafted 6 parts it told me the quest was complete for both characters which wasn't true because I would have needed 9 parts to complete both quests) now I figured this out instantly but a child may get confused and try handing in both and not realize why they can't.

Apparently he went to the wrong spot 😅
He’s supposed to go to the beach, to the corner under the cliff of glade, but instead he went onto the cliff in glade 🤦🏻‍♀️

Issue: I had taken a picture of the pillar of friendship (peaceful meadow), Pillar of trust (glade of trust) and then pillar of courage (forest of Valor) but it's ticked the pillar of power (dazzle beach) instead of the pillar of courage and taking pictures of any of the pillars now won't progress. It's stuck saying I need to take a picture of the pillar of courage in the forest of Valor but no matter how many times I take a picture of it it won't check it off as complete.

In the mission "The spirits of nature", make the Stone Soup only having collected the 3 rocky rocks, since the rest of the ingredients I knew I had in the home inventory.
When doing it, he did not give it to me as valid, since it required me to go look for them in my trunk. When I returned to the land of Frozen with these ingredients, I no longer respawn Rocky Rocks and the soup that I have already made, does not work for Anna. I need to get 3 more boulders in my inventory, or have them respawn so I can pick them up.

The rocks are still there on the ground, just very hard to see. I know that there is one to the right of the spawn, between the two pillars, as well as one behind the spawn and to the right on the ground. Use your shovel and dig right on them or near them and you should receive the rocks. The rocks arent sparkling anymore but they are still there.

If anyone is having trouble with Remy's Recipe Book, the first book spawns in a stupid place that makes no sense if you think the book is by Mickey's house. Its at the top of the stairs that leads down to the beach.

It's a dig spot by the tree on the right side (if you're at the top of the stairs, looking down at the ocean).

The house you're looking at in Mickey's memory is Goofy's house. Doesn't help that a book spawns in a similar spot near Mickey's house, which led me to believe I had all 3 books and it was glitched.

I recommend finding out what locations these conversations take place & making sure you don't have a house or object where they need to talk. I know for the Wall E & Ariel conversation it takes place on the beach by the water close to the cave Ursula was trapped in. If you have a house placed in the water on the beach in that location move it so they can have their conversation.

You need to let them know your issue is that Elsa didn't build the ice bridge so you can not follow her across it to continue the quest. Ok, maybe you already grabbed that 1. Ursula also gives you 1 Dark Crystal at the beginning of the quest so you only need to find 3 out in the village. Try next to Mother Gothel's house or around a pond in the Plateau.

In the quest „frozen memory’s“ you need to place the icecube in the village. I accidentally put the icecube in my house und hit it with the pick axe to let it be Anna. Yeah, I've seen a lot of people commenting about that quest. The thing is when you report it let support know that the issue is that Elsa didn't build the ice bridge so you can't follow her. https://gameloft.helpshift.com/hc/en/66-disney-dreamlight-valley/contact-us/ Depending on what you told them in your 1st report you might need to re-do it saying that you figured out it's not the ice blocks but actually you need the ice bridge.

What lead up to the issue: I don't know for sure if this is related to the "Lair Sweet Lair" quest, but my character suddenly stopped moving when I reached the exit. Elsa finally unglitched and came outside of her cave. I was able to talk to her and I was able to clear out the ice and I went into the cave. She never followed or has went anywhere near it. If you dig where other stones are, you should be able to pick more up. They won't be marked but it worked for me when i ran into this issue

Did you exit out if the game? If you haven't, exit out of the game. And load back in and try again. It worked for me on my Xbox.

I can confirm that for Donald's last quest that I you move the banner from the forgotten lands down to sunlit plateau exit build mode then reload and put the banner back it works. That's what someone suggested to me earlier on

Issue: When I placed the flower, I got an infinite loading screen and had to restart. When I loaded back in, the quest is now stuck on the 'Watch Ursula's Spell' step, and I cannot trigger the cutscene again. I can move the flower, but not pick it up or put it down.

UPDATE: I have fixed the issue and continued the quest. It worked when I reset the step by moving the flower away, then putting the flower down further away from the cave entrance, away from the loading zone of the cave.

Sometimes they have to be in certain area to work. If you have kristoffs stall I've found that if you go up to it with Anna as your buddy and click onto it so kristoff spawns then click off they seemed to trigger the quest for me. Walle and Ariel try this and go to where it's circled but make sure there are no houses in the area of the circle

GLITCH FIX for The Singing Ice, platform switch .... If anyone else gets this. When you go back in the cave to break the ice the furthest one will disappear, if you walk down the side of where it should be and take out your axe it will highlight and you can break it to get to unveil the orange segment you need ... wahooooo!

You’ll have to cook it again and make sure you have the herbs in your inventory this time. You can get more rocks by digging on or near them. They’re still on the ground, just hard to see and you can’t pick them up, you have to dig them

Go into Furniture Mode and place the well on the other side of the biome where other flowers have spawned. Then use the well to travel over there. Hopefully a Blue Star Lily will be growing over there. If not pick up the rest of the flowers giving the Blue Star Lily a better chance to spawn.

Issue: I’ve gone to the forest of valour and lined my location up with a couple of screenshots that show where the dark crystal is, and the only thing that’s there is a little piece of rock with grass on, that I can’t dig up or smash. Not sure if I’ve picked the item up and sequence broken, or the rock spawn has broken it. Because of this, I can’t get the watering can upgrade to remove mushroom barriers.

What is your tracked quest telling you to do now? Unfortunately if after talking to Minnie it's now telling you to "craft" then it's not going to accept the clock in your inventory. I know it's a lot of materials but I think you really do have to craft another 😢 Going forward in this early access period of the game pay extra attention to what the tracked quest is telling you to do & don't jump ahead even though you are super excited that you finally can craft/cook something. 🍀

Ok, so you moved the house away from the circled area? I would then track the quest if it's not tracked or untrack it & then retrack it so that Wall E will hopefully realize that he can now go to the beach location. If after you get it tracked he still doesn't go close the game & reload. Talk to Wall E & select the quest to hopefully get him moving.

Something sounds bugged with your Wall E if you can't get him to do his normal routine either. I was thinking it over & maybe if you pick up his house & move it he will get reset. Then once he is fixed you can move it back to the location you want.

I have a few quests where I've accidentally gotten an extra item of a quest specific item (like the stone soup) and can't get rid of it. I think a mechanic allowing you to sell or otherwise get rid of quest items once that quest is done might help this issue

After reading the thread about work arounds since I used basil and oregano from my inventory, I was only able to collect 2 craggy rocks in my current inventory but the quest keeps saying I have 3, so I can't make the soup or progress in any way. I have dug up the entire frozen area and my game is still stuck.

Village Project: Restoring the Sunstone - planted the dusk stone but it won’t harvest. Breaking the Ice - Elsa says that need to clear the cavern but I have already cleared the ice.

What does the tracked quest say to do? I'm playing on Xbox and my quest is The Unknown flavor. After bringing Remy the Ice Slushie he says okay let's make vanilla ice cream, here's the recipe. I read it and went to cook it, but it says I have no Ice Slushie in my inventory. When I talk to Remy he says I just need to learn the recipe. I tried to remake the ice slushies, but Wall-E has no option to crush the dream shards anymore. I cannot progress further on this quest without that crucial ingredient. Any help would be appreciated.

Got the craggy rock bug. However, without using the Oregano and Basil from my storage, I did leave the realm to grab them. Once I entered back in the realm, cooked the soup it still says I have to cook the soup. I did have an extra craggy rock in my inventory after cooking. Now, no matter digging or anything I cannot attain more craggy rock to make the soup again to trigger the advancement of the quest.

It's a random memory drop. Just keep playing & you will get it eventually. I get memory drops when I'm farming or digging a lot.

Issue: The Dusk fragment has not grown after over 24 hours of it being tended to. Its stuck in it dry / watered states. The quest itself is saying to "bring the gleaming dusk fragment to mother gothel" but I cant get the fragment from the ground. No way of digging it up either

Any Fixes for this yet?

Keep watering it. I know it shows a drip & never asks you to water it but just water it anyway, a lot. Even if it's raining still water it. Mine took 24 hrs to be ready to harvest & I was watering it a lot through out that day. @minor lily move Maui's house over a bit to the right more. If you scroll up there is a picture showing the area Wall E & Ariel will have the conversation.

If you are having issues with crops I heard that reducing the amount of them fixes that. Maybe your farm is too big 🤷‍♀️

But like i said thats not a huge problem as that can be sorted out by using other seeds in different places. I just need the dusk stone :/

Ursula's house can get in the way of the pathing for Merlin and Ursula in this quest, Move Ursula's house in the Furniture menu and this should allow them to get close enough to each other to begin the conversation

Yep, but maybe if you have a lot of crops reduce them down until you get that Dusk Stone to grow/gleam. Then you can add them back. @hollow compass If you have a house in the area circled move it so that Merlin & Ursula can have their conversation there.

However my quest step no longer says "tend to the dusk fragment in the forgotten lands until it's restored". It now says "bring the gleaming dusk fragment to Mother Gothel". When will it finish and turn into the gleaming dusk fragment to harvest? I just keep watering it even though no white outline is shown.

Didn’t register I have the soup, collected the Origano from storage chest and added to inventory. Just keep watering it a lot. Even if it's raining just keep watering it.

Quest "Magic Moments" from Ursula - I´ve given the requested meals 3 times to Mother Gothel but the quest doesn´t progress :(. Ive done all other quests from Mother Gothel. Now i cant progress in the game - its a game breaker after 50hrs of playing 😦

Does the time on your console/PC match irl time? If it does you need to contact Customer Care. If it doesn't that is what is considered time traveling & you need to go back & read the link I gave to see how to fix it. There's also another scenario that everything did spawn it's just on the other side of the biome you can't reach by bridge. If so go into Furniture Mode & move a well to the side where they spawned. Then use the well to travel there.

Ok, well this is an early access game & I don't think they have the spawning worked out exactly right yet. If you want to wait that's your decision but if it's completely locking you out of moving forward you could be waiting quite awhile before they get the spawning issue fixed. 🍀

I went to get ocean water then went back to my house because I already had all the other ingredients in my chest. I go to cook the ingredients together and fix the fragment. Then my quest is asking to gather the ingredients again. And I realize I just messed up. I don’t think I’ve had a quest do this as I’ve skipped gathering ingredients before. So I went to gather the stuff again and now it’s asking to cook it all up. But I can’t because I already did. So I have no idea what to do about that.

Playing on switch for Elsa's A Taste of Home quest. I fished up the arendellian herring and went to cook all required items and when I made the fish pie first, the auto add ingredients button used up the special herring instead of the other fish I had. Now I can't make the pickled herring and it still shows a check that I have the special herring. I think I'm stuck 😭

Once you catch a sparkling herring you're good, you can use regular herring for the actual recipe!
