I placed the flower in the wrong spot and tried to remove it but it seemed to have placed it in a place and it has disappeared and I cannot find it in my inventory or anywhere else

Playing on pc. Eric quest not progressing. Caught the nautilus and it check marked the quest, but then removed the check mark and didn't move on. Tried restarting game and untracking the quest, but didn't work

I now have both the Nautilus and the Shapeshifting Enchantment in my inventory, and it seems the quest has moved on to the next step.

As of 8:24 AM EST, I have had the fragment planted for 4 days. I heard the quest was buggy and took anywhere from 19-36 hours to fully register as done. I kept up on watering it, tending to its every need, and it didn't register as done or fully anything after the time period and STILL isn't ready. I haven't messed with time traveling or anything nutty like that, and has force locked me into this state. Sadly Mother Gothels questline is the last one I need to do for 100% completion on questlines until the new update, so restarting is not an option for me.

Quest : An Important Night At The Restaurant

When I use the watering can on the dirty dishes in Remy's restaurant, they just disappear and nothing in my quest progresses. They'll respawn after a while but always disappear when I try to water them.
I have the highest upgraded watering can - not sure if that could be causing an issue.
I tried restarting the game several times as well as my PC, no luck 😦

Hello. I'm having an issue with Elsa's quest 'What Home Feels Like'. Basically I caught the Glittering Herring before the quest told me to, I then foolishly made the Fish Pie before the quest told me to. I'm now stuck on the 'Cook a Fish Pie' objective even though I have the Fish Pie in my inventory. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. 😅

Platform: Xbox Quest: The Remembering. Moana is supposed to drop a leader shard but we were stood in the shop and now the leader shard is no where to be seen. This prevents me from finishing this quest and progressing into Moanas next quest.

Xbox- what home feels like quest. I caught the glittering herring before the quest told me to. It then glitches telling me to catch the herring again. So I made the fish pie. I now have the fish pie in inventory however it is telling me to cook the fish pie for the quest.

Xbox- what's bad for business quest. When I went to collect the catfish from ursula my inventory was full, so it asked me to drop something. It never gave me the catfish and is stuck telling me to collect the catfish from urusla. However when I go to ursula there is no quest dialog. Only the usual discussion and gifts.

I'm having that same issue on Xbox, I broke the ice in the cave before speaking to her and now she just wants to speak about the ice that's no longer there and won't progress past that. It also means we can't progress with Anna because we have to progress with Elsa to progress with Anna.

Problem: I cooked the recipe using items from storage, not inventory. So I cooked before it registered that I had gathered the resources. So, now I have a restored dawn fragment so even if I gather I can't re-cook the potion. I tried! I have the restored fragment, but Mother Gothel won't take it, as the game thinks I haven't completed the cook stage yet.

Short version: I got ahead of where the quest thought I should be and now it's blocked.

Issue with Ursula's final quest A Deal with Ursula:

Have all shards but cannot interact with pedestals. I had the first shard in my inventory before starting the quest. Then gathered two before talking to Ursula. When I did talk to her, she said that I had all four shards and that I should hurry and place them. Picked up the fourth shard after that, but can't place on pedestals.

Is it shiny emeralds you have? Just checking as shiny emeralds and emeralds are different so will only work if you have plain emeralds

Are the stones in the correct order? As you need to place them in the correct order for it to work otherwise it won't open

If you dig in the area I think someone said where there are dark stones or dark spots on the ground you should get some craggy stones to appear. Or just try digging in the area I've been told can also help dig some up

I actually found mine near my house and have seen others say they have found it around the map in random places. So maybe just go around your map and check everywhere. Annoying I know but it seems to be bugged and is popping up where ever it likes

Catfish from Ursula to give to Scrooge: End of this task was to obtain a catfish from Ursula to give to Scrooge, however, my inventory was full (didn't realize it), got option to drop an item, chose seaweed, however, it gave me back the seaweed and no catfish. It was not laying on the ground and now unable to progress Scrooge's friendship quests. Max level still obtainable, but not sure if friendship quest will affect Storyline. This was on PC

Yep. But, the task was for Ursula to give you the catfish, once I dropped the seaweed, it basically did not swap the two and just dropped the catfish, but I suppose it glitched and thought it gave it to me. I fished one out and tried to give it to Scrooge, but it did not recognize it as the quest item

If you move your well to the other side of the river with the build/moving furniture mode then you can go teleport to that side of the river. There are quiet a few mushrooms over that side

Platform: Switch; Quest: A Friendly Exchange. No matter what I do I cannot get WALL-E and Ariel to start the conversation. Making WALL-E follow me and taking him to Ariel doesn’t work and if I click the “continue conversation” option which should prompt him to go to Ariel, he won’t.

If you go to this location with Walle, they should start talking. Just make sure you don't have any houses in the way otherwise it won't work 😊

Xbox Series X (Ultimate edition) - Destroyed the Ice Crystals in front of Elsa's Cave before talking to her, she didn't get there first like most other characters seem to, and I only realized she was still on the previous part of the quest like after I went into the cave. So now the Cave is open, but she still thinks there are Crystals in the way.

Hi,
I am stuck on 3 quests (platform PC):

1. "Friendly Exchange": They won't exchange gifts at the end of the quest. Might be caused because Wall-e was following me at the time as my companion. This caused problems in other quests as well, but as soon as I turned off the following the quest went on, but not in this case.
2. "What home feels like": I cooked about a dozen fish pies already but nothing happens, it still wants me to cook more.
   3)"Demigod of the wind and sun": I already built the raft so it blocks the space where I should fish for the item.

So I know this has been posted about a bunch, even attempted to be fixed in the patch, but alas, for some like me, it just isnt fixed. I saw no post tagged under Playstation so figured I would make one for visibility/those in the same boat.

Like a lot, I too caught the Glittering Herring before receiving the step to do so in the titular quest. Unfortunately the patch fix doesnt seem to have triggered a flag in my game, as for 8-10 rain sessions now, during day and night times, the quest fishing spot hasnt appeared, and fishing randomly has done nothing (though I doubt it will, I assume the fish will appear with an orange marker at the bend in the river it did before)

In an attempt to fix this I have;

• Checked with Herring and Dandelion Syrup in inventory during rain, with and without Elsa, with and without quest tracked
• Checked without said items in rain, with and without Elsa, with and without quest tracked
• Stored items in WALL-E's realm, checked in rain, with and without Elsa, with and without quest tracked
• Stored items in Mickeys secret room, checked in rain, with and without Elsa, with and without quest tracked
• Cooked my Glittering Herring into Arendellian Extra-Pickled Herring to attempt to flag the game into spawning the herring. After which checked the Glade, during rain, with and without Elsa, with and without the quest tracked and both with all items in my inventory and all items stored in WALL E's realm

There isnt much more I can test, but id like this information to be out there and visible. Hopefully this can be visible and even a small help to the devs when patching this up further.

So I know this is in part my fault for doing this in the wrong order. Instead of putting basil and oregano in my inventory, I cooked the Stone Soup with those two items pulled from chests. When I realized this didn't trigger it to go into the next phase of the quest, I went to grab basil and oregano. Now the quest is stuck in the "Cook Stone Soup" phase, but I can't pick up more craggy rocks and I can't place the soup. 😭

So, turns out this isn't a bug, I just can't read apparently 😅 The quest asks for 2 kinds of sushi, not 1! It isn't exactly clear in the dialogue though, which is likely why I missed it, I only happened to realize that 2 were required when I re-read the quest requirements in my log. Issue resolved!

Minor issue, but you can pickup the dark crystal from the forgotten lands as soon as you get to that area. Yet the quest still points you to pick it up from the pedestal even if it's not there anymore. Getting it from your storage/chest/wherever it is, unlocks the next step in the quest thankfully, but it can be confusing for players who forget they already picked it up.

When I came back, I could no longer collect the stones and I can't cook the stone soup again because I don't have enough stones. I can't delete the quest item and I can't drop the quest to restart. Any ideas for fixing it?

||| The character asks us to "dive" a shard of dawn with some ingredients... I already had them in my supply, so I didn't put them in my inventory... So I "dipped" the object to get the next one. Except that the quest is to remain at "Collect the objects".
Even if I put them in my inventory, the next objective is to "dive" it... Except that suddenly, I no longer have the radiance of dawn...

Make sure no houses are on the beach where the Meadow and Forest meet on Dazzle Beach shore. This is where they meet. Use furniture editor to relocate Structures if necessary.

Help for those who are stuck on "The Spirits of Nature" quest where you accidentally cooked the soup too early and you need to pick up more rocks.

Use your shovel on the rocks you would normally pick up. It'll pop into your inventory!

Not sure if anyone else found this workaround, but I was definitely stuck for a while. 😤

ISSUE: Missing the crystal key to progress for Main Story Quest: With Great Power. Unable to progress in main story since I never received the crystal key because my pockets were full. I went to the Game loft support page for the game and eventually found a contact form to report the issue, along with giving them your email and player ID. I explicitly asked for them to send me the original state dawn shard as a quick fix, but we'll see... I did also point out that it's a universal problem for any quest with unique objects or events. One "wrong", or in this case efficient, step out of place and a whole story line gets blocked.

If you did the first upgrade it's only temporary, you need to do more quests to be able to unlock it permanently

I think you have to complete ALL of Merlins' quests to have a fully upgraded watering can.

Entered WALL-E’s realm to unlock him, as I can’t proceed with a few friendship quests without him at this point. I dug up all the shiny dig spots, no fridge handle. I cleaned up the trash to dig just in case. Dug every accessible dirt tile in the realm, it’s currently just holes. Can’t access the rusted fridge. Exited realm, entered again. Still just holes. Exited the game, restarted. Still nothing. Can’t access the fridge with the track to repair WALL-E. It seems the fridge handle didn’t spawn anywhere for me at all.

It asks you to ‘place a flower down near the entrance of the mystical cave’. However upon doing so I have lost it to the void. It snapped to an unreachable/un-retrievable place near the light and broken barrel at the caves entrance and now it is gone and i cannot complete the quest.

I tried closing my game down without saving however it auto saved and the ‘flower’ is gone and it advises me to go see scrooge as he may have my item. Obviously he does not ahaha.

Hi all, reported these back during week 1 and haven’t seen a fix or heard anything about a fix. When I first met Ursula, I talked to her twice and was give 2 of those crystal key shard things to open that cave off the beach. Now that I’m far beyond that quest, I still have 1 of them stuck in my inventory because I think the game won’t register that I had an additional one instead of just the one I was supposed to receive for the quest. Restoring the Sunstone - I foolishly crafted the restored sunstone with ingredients from my chests rather than moving them into my inventory. It created the restored fragment, but the quests still wants me to gather the ingredients. Which, I did, but now no longer have the regular dawn fragment as I've already upgraded it. Ideas? After that I was able to catch another and proceed with the quest as normal but now I have two of these unusable items after else gave me another one at the quests end.

I encounter a little issue with the final Scrapbook quest. Indeed, when you need to take a picture of all your friends with the scrapbook, it is impossible to change your dress and if you escape the picture mode without taking the picture, the game considers you already did it and you can't take it anymore. Really sad because it is a very cool picture.

Going to sound obvious, but are you looking in the right Biome? Hardwood doesnt spawn in the meadow - you have to unlock The forest to be able to collect Hardwood

ive cleared out the 3 biomes, the hardwood usually spawn, or use the furniture mode to pick up any remaining hardwood on the other sides of the biome i couldnt access to, moving the well to the other side also works or adding trees that contain the biomes hardwood also worked for me

Dang. Sorry to hear that. I hope something comes up soon to get it fixed. Just keep leveling characters up until it is fixed. You don't need the quests completed to still level up. Plenty of other things to do to hopefully keep you busy. I'm stuck on a Scrooge quests because of a glitch that can only be fixed by patch possibly, so been kept busy upgrading stuff

Issue: I completed the task of upgrading my shovel to remove ice blocks. When I went to the ice cave, I had Mickey as my partner and Elsa did not follow me. I entered the cave and broke the ice inside without her. When I finally brought Elsa back with me, the ice blocks are gone but the quest is not advancing. It's now stuck on the "Follow Elsa to explore the Ice Cave" task and I cannot complete the quest.

I tried restarting the game, but that did not help.

That was the problem. Since they wanted you to catch a special herring I thought it and the special oil were for the pickled herring. The quest doesn't tell you and just says "cook a fish pie". Maybe fix the quest wording to something like "cook Elsa's special fish pie".

If you use the boat and travel, it may take a few times but if you check the spot it should fix itself for you to be able to fish. Just go back and forth a couple times

I reached out to customer service and was given a canned email reply about there being an update, which did not address or fix my issue.

"I didnt build Ursela's house (lair sweet lair) before triggering the curse. So now, with scrooge locked in his shop, I cant build the house, and Ursela wont talk to me and I cant progress."
"The patch didn’t mention anything about not being able to interact with Scrooge building signs while the mother gothel curse has him trapped in his house, nor did the patch notes mention talking to Ursela about the curse when her house still isn’t built, which is the game mechanic I am having an issue with. I did not and can not build Ursela’s house (lair sweet lair) so the option to talk about the curse is not available, which means I can not play the game."

I literally can not do anything to progress the game at all. I believe I have a cloud save from before I started the curse I would love to go back to since there are no manual saves in the game.

Also if anyone can point me to the subreddit for this game so i can attempt to fix it myself, im down.

You need to do the level 10 quests to be able to get their level 10 friendship rewards. Wall-Es level 10 reward isn't in the game at the moment though

To aggregate some comments I have seen about the issue with not being able to hand in the garden village project for wall-e in case anyone has not seen the same comments or figured it out on their own yet:

The sum of it is that even if the log shows you have everything, you need to check that you have enough of the requested items in your inventory currently. When my wife had the issue, she had gotten the requested wheat seeds, and the log showed that she had them, but she accidentally planted them. The log, however, still showed that she had them

You have to make sure they are In order of the riddle. But you can just harvest the ones that are there currently and then dig 3 new holes to plant the seeds beside where the other planting area is in the cave 🙂 it'll help

You can actually go back and forth with the boat to the island and back and check the fishing bubble spot each time. It seems to work for people to make it easier to fish in the bubbles. It may take a few trys though with going back and forth on the boat

Before the update I had stored the items I found in Donald’s house in the storage in Moana’s realm because the quest wasn’t working for me to get the last item because it was bugged and not showing up and able to get so at the time there was a storage basket in Moana’s realm and I used it to put those other items in and now when you go to the realm the storage basket by the boat isn’t openable so all those items are gone and I don’t know what to do now to be able to get those items back to finish the quest

Initial Moana Quest can't be finished. I completed it initially up to the place a house point only for the game to crash immediately after getting back to the valley. When I reloaded the game, it says to give Moana my catch (weird place for a game to autosave) and so I go back to the Moana world and she is on the beach and I talk to her. Everything is fine up until she says she will take us back to the beach (where we already are) (originally you are still on the boat at this point in the quest). The game freezes for about 30 seconds and then immediately crashes. No matter which console I use or what dialogue options I choose it always crashes.

I think extra frustratingly when I reported this bug via the official website I got an email back saying they just released a patch so I should be good. However the patch notes didn't say this issue was fixed nor was it fixed when I retested it in my game.

I can't progress like 10+ quests with characters due to them requiring I unlock either Moana or Maui or both as a prerequisite.

This testing is way more extensive than mine (I've tried with the glittering herring in my inventory and in house storage and tried during the three rains I've had in both rain and thunderstorms). So this post is mostly a me also.

From what I've seen from other posts you can catch it again if you turned the first one into pie but then you are blocked on not having more syrup so I'm not going to do that.

Issue: Found all three missing map pages using the hints given by the memory. Started the dialogue with Scrooge and gave the map pieces to him but once I pressed 'Give', dialogue sequence ended. I could give the map pieces to Scrooge again but the end result was the same.

I decided to go back to main menu and load the save again, unfortunately that resulted to my inventory and chests being all shuffled and mixed in content. Also one page of the three missing pages was lost. I tried returning to the map locations but none of the locations had the missing page. I decided to double and triple check my chests and inventory but the missing page cannot be found.

Upon doing goofys last level 10 quest, when taking the photo the game crashed. Upon reopening game, everything is basically softlocked. Unable to move, even when teleporting. If you wait until they are ready and you harvest them. You can dig 3 new holes beside those ones and then replant the seeds in the correct order

Crafted gleaming stone recipe when she handed me the dawn fragment before the gathering ingredients quest got checked off since I already had the ingredients. Quest: General observation for various quests.

If you have multiple active quests requiring the same item - ie I needed Iron Ingots for Elsa's windchimes and something for Goofy - we noticed the tracking page for the quest keeps track of what you have made, not what is actually in your inventory. I completed Elsa's quest and then was told I could finish Goofy's, but when I go to craft the items, they are not available, obviously.
It is a very minor issue, but can get frustrating if you have to locate very specific/harder to acquire items. We noticed it during Moana and that same Goofy quest for rope/fibres as well.

Ariel is also very buggy and always jumping down in the water, she especially likes to do it when I walk up to her to try and talk to her. I can’t finish this quest.

I prefer to think of it as "efficiently" rather than "foolishly". 😉 I did the exact same thing and if there's anyway to fix it without intervention from Gameloft, I haven't found it yet. Sorry. As you say, you can't recook the potion without the unrestored shard which we no longer have since we restored it. You can't give it to her either. All sorts of quests are getting blocked by people accidentally skipping unnecessary quest steps, so they'll have to patch it eventually...

So I picked up 2 more rocks and went to the overworld thinking I could come back and pick more up. I picked the ingredients and come back to find out the rocks are not spawning anymore and now I can't continue the quest.

It's a known bug at the moment and I don't think it'll affect your story the moment. Some quests require levels for certain characters so should be okay since he's level 10

FOR THE CRAGGY SOUP - the rocks wont be glowing, but look on the floor around the spawn area for the Frozen Realm - hit or dig them with a shovel and you can pick them up

Description:
Currently at the stage of the quest where Anna requests the player cook a "Stone Soup". Recipe being 3 craggy stones, 1 oregano, 1 basil.

I picked up 3 Craggy stones and 1 Oregano from the frozen realm. Finding no basil (but remembering I have tons of it in my home chest), I used the Frozen realm's campfire stove to cook the soup anyway. Quest was still stuck at the "Gather ingredients portion" with basil being 0/1 even though I've cooked it.

Exited the realm, went back to my home chest to take out a single basil. Questline did progress to "Cook the stone soup".

The issue being that there are no more craggy stones spawning within the frozen realm. Unable to put the previously cooked soup on the pedestal either. So I can't cook it again and I can't place the one I've cooked on the pedestal.

I think I unlocked this by discovering a specific Memory. These pop up occasionally when you're mining, digging, fishing, cooking etc.

The quest tracker recognises that I've broken 4/4 of the ice chunks blocking the cave and tells me to explore the cave with Elsa, and when I enter the cave the game moves Elsa inside it with me even if she's not currently my companion, but she still just says "Can we talk about the ice blocking the cavern?" and doesn't do anything. Preventing me from progressing further in both her and Anna's quest lines

I know a few people who have taken the raft to the island and come back and sometimes it's fixed and you can fish there without a problem. Some people have to go on the raft a few times and come back and forth but It can possibly help

Yeah, I had to do it about 5 times, but the spot moves a little to the left each time you use the raft, and eventually you can fish it. It's a good workaround until it's fixed

I was able to fix this by reading around in the discord - THANK YOU. The fix to this is to use the shovel on the same SMALL rocks that you were picking up for the "scraggly rocks" (it wouldn't let you pick up more/sparkled). You can still get 3 more in your inventory and then make a second soup.

There was an issue of being able to catch a Glittering Herring (a quest item) before Elsa asked for it. I had the Glittering Herring already, so I cooked the pie that was requested, using the dandelion syrup that was given by Elsa.
The game is still saying to “cook a fish pie”, even though I have done / completed this step.
I can not “cook a fish pie” again without the dandelion syrup that I have (already) used in the first ‘fish pie’. I have caught another Glittering Herring but I have used the Dandelion Syrup, so can not cook another.

When I first tried to do the quest, I tried to dig up the spot where the recipe is hiding, but no matter how many times I pressed a it would not dig anything up. I close the game and when I went to start the quest there was nothing to dig up in the designated spot. I have read that people restart and start a new game. My only concern with this is if I lose my founders pack add-ons.

Clear all flowers on the beach. Sunflowers are part of a random pool. You limit the respawn chances of one type if you leave other types

Ps5 Elsa’s quest ‘what feels like home’ it will not acknowledge that I made the fish pie.

PC: part 2 of restoring the sunstone, i planted the dusk fragment and its just watering infinitely without any sort of plant popping up to bring the fragment back to Mother Gothel... hoping it just grows later but idk, i even restarted the game and its just completely stuck in the watering state

I had a similar problem, thought the flower was gone for good. I searched all over the valley and couldn't find it. 4 days later it showed up near the spot I tried to place it, but in the biome near to that spot. Hopefully your flower will appear nearby soon.

Is anyone else having a problem with the "Breaking the Ice" quest? Im stuck in the ice cavern because I destroyed the 4 quest related ice rocks inside the cavern before Elsa got inside. Now she is stuck on "could we talk about the ice that's blocking the cavern?"

Xbox- I have 2 problems.

1. The remembering quest with Moana, the memory is stuck in the desk at Scrooge McDucks store.
2. Elsa's breaking the ice quest, I made the potion for my axe, but Elsa is in the cave and won't come out I have no way of getting the potion to her because I can't get to the cave yet with the ice.

Help if possible!

I have all the items (luckily for me, I was able to get the light bulb), my current issue is that WALL-E and Ariel will not have their exchange. I believe they tried to, as WALL-E was on the beach, but he could not get to Ariel, and now they just wont do it. I've tried hanging out with Wall-e and taking him to Ariel, I've tried untracking and re-tracking the quest, I've tried talking to him about the quest in the hopes it might get him moving to go trade with her, but still nothing. I have also restarted the game and it still won't work.

I have made the Stone Soup but the step is not completed and therefor I can not continue.
This happened from me making the Stone Soup with oregano from my storage instead of inventory and then afterwards putting some oregano in my inventory to complete the have 1 oregano step. There is not enough Craggy Rocks to make a new Stone Soup.
