Its also about the fact that owning your own movies gives you more ways to enjoy them. Disney+ does nothing other than just catalog video files and the quality isn't even as good as home media. I have several thoughts on Hexed.

As much as I as I’m happy to see another “original” Disney movie and hope it succeeds, I can’t help but be a little frustrated that they changed the main protagonist from male to female. I guess this was due to the underwhelming performances of Strange World and Elio.

Granted, both those movies could have been better, and thus performed better at the box office. But I just wish we had more male protagonists in WDAS movies, is basically all I'm saying. What do y'all think?

Not sure what your local laws are, but I highly recommend you look into any type of residency laws to avoid issues. Set some boundaries, type them up, have him sign. Get stuff in writing whenever possible. A written agreement is very important even if it's supposed to be a short term temporary stay, and can save you a lot of headache in the future. I'm not a lawyer or even close but I've seen situations like this turn bad. Definitely look into what you can do as a "landlord" to protect yourself.

Never done with Donald - Mickey has always had a bunch of vague connections that we ignored. We eventually just said "Ah look, we're going to end up counting one of these at some point" and went ahead with the tree. We have a hard line on no Goofy, though. 😂

I have always hated going to the gym. I'm never comfortable using the machines on my own. But Wookie got me headphones so I can focus, we set up a workout routine, and he showed me where the machines are. So now I wander around the gym with my cane like a lost old woman, LOL But I have found that after being housebound for most of the last year for various reasons, and being so weakened after being couch-bound for the better part of 6 months, I am looking forward to the gym now. Time to get stronger, rawr! LOL

But oh man, does my old body make me regret it. Last week was my first week back and just one workout, not even a hard one, had me crippled for a week in pain. I was like oh...right...almost 50...gotta be extra extra careful.

But you know what? Even that pain was welcome. Means I worked hard. Between the stupid diabetes making me almost blind for 2 months and then the ankle surgery, I'm grateful to be able to do things again!

I know, rambling. Sorry! It's just been a very frustrating year. And we moved into this house a year ago on the 25th!! I can't believe it's been a year, but it's been a weird as heck year.
