I have a visible lump and very clear memory of exactly what happened to cause this -caused by a doctor non the less- but my doctor kept telling me that I was faking my pain that it's just scar tissue there's nothing they can do about it. It's clearly not a scar tissue problem as it's 3 inches above the scar tissue and there's a 2 inch lump. I've very tiny so the lump is bigger than expected even when it's not as swollen as it can get. So I went to the WIC office in tears they took one look at it and freaked out asked me why I didn't get this taken care of sooner as it could be even more serious then we thought cuz the location is like ¼ inch from where I would be able to have kids at which is also causing me not to be able to have kids. 😭 It's so painful but I finally finally got a doctor to believe me. Bc I've been trying for years to get my doc to actually look at it. The WIC doc is setting me up w an ultrasound to see where we go from there but surgery is def in my future

That's understandable. I typically just have a protein shake for breakfast most days, a large lunch, and a lighter dinner. I've also been on an almost year-long fitness journey that started last March and I've made a LOT of progress.

I used to work out like crazy, I started dead lifting and then one day I just stopped. I do yoga now so I'm staying active but thankfully I don't have to go to the gym to do that

Yoga is better than nothing, which is what I was doing for about two years. Then I took a look at myself, realized I didn't like what I saw, and decided to change it. Currently down 70+ lbs since.
