Have any of you actually looked or paid attention to things within the game. Like for instance, if you go into a cooking stove and look at the categories and the items in them, don't any of you want to pull your hair out. Like um they call it Egg-Cellent FURIT it says Fruit b but also egg, sorry but it cant be both and eggs aren't a fruit anyway. Then Beans are also in the what I believe is the Dairy category and yet technically its a vegetable or protein. Sand Worm and Scorpion I would imagine would be considered a protein not dairy. Doesn't any of the things that could make sense but don't annoy or irritate you? I get some of you won't care and just want to play the game but for those who actually pay attention to detail, does it not bother you especially those with OCD? And those aren't the only food items that are wrong.

@sudden dawn since I can't reply over on the Scrooge's Shop page for another 5 hours, I just want to clarify here I wasn't talking about selling items back to him or about selling clothing. I was referring to his dialogue option, "I'd like to order or sell some items", and saying you'd have to pick THAT option to get to what I was talking about, because he has like 6 different dialogue options when you talk to him so it's cramped.

So the "Dairy" category when the game launched was Dairy, Oil, and Protein, likely because a lot of protein comes from Dairy. Meat wasn't in the game when it launched, it came a year later. They probably should fix the Ingredients menu a little bit.

The "Egg-cellent Fruit" doesn't exist in the real world, either. It's offically classed as a Dairy item, but counts towards Fruit-related dreamlight duties. Because it's for a not-Easter event, think of it more like a chocolate or gummy egg instead of a fruit or an egg. The same goes for the Spring v-EGG-etable and presumably the Wild Spring Egg is also not an egg and the upcoming Fishy Green Egg is also not a fish nor egg.

Also, that's not what OCD is. Please don't use it so flippantly. It isn't "I need to have things a particular way"; please educate yourself. I say that with kindness.

Hi everyone. I wanted to ask if anyone else experienced something similar.

For quite a long time my progression was blocked because I couldn’t open Remy’s restaurant, which meant I couldn’t complete the Christmas event duties that required the restaurant ingredients. Because of that I didn’t start the Premium path since I knew I wouldn’t be able to progress.

The issue wasn’t caused by anything on my side and it lasted quite a while, so it really disrupted my overall gameplay experience. I even unlocked several realms much earlier than I wanted just to have something to do while the game was stuck.

The problem was fixed with the latest update, but by that time the event was already over and I missed all the rewards. Support acknowledged the issue but said compensation wasn’t possible.

Has anyone else had something similar happen?

The last time we received compensation of any kind was last June or July, when a component of one of the running events could potentially prevent ALL users from being unable to complete it. At that point, the "compensation" was most of the materials to craft the item.

The last time we got moonstones as compensation was when I first started playing in 2023.

Your best bet is asking in #dreamlight-help, including as much information as possible. Make sure you mention which platform you play on and what controller you're using

Do you have the Rift in Time expansion? If so, there is an easy way to check to see if they are truly missing or just well-hidden:
||Place an Ancient Vacuum in a biome and check it to see if it shows any clovers available for pickup. If not, try another biome. If none of the biomes have any clovers after 10-15 minutes you may want to ask in #dreamlight-help for further troubleshooting||

If not, you can also equip any critter companion that picks up flowers or herbs because that will cause a blue paw print to appear over the clovers when you get close, and the companion will pick it up!
