But it is the answer. You cannot purchase a bigger version on a platform you already own it on. In order to get the magical version if you already own SBV, you must do so on another platform.

For anyone having trouble on PC! I couldn’t find it in the store but if you update the game and reopen it, (you might also have to restart your PC) you should be able to click on the DLC on the main screen for the game and it’ll take you to the store to purchase!

The $80 is only worth if if you have never purchased the game. The ultimate edition is the base game and extras.

You misunderstood. That's not how it works. One DLC does not include another. You buy a BIG edition of wishblossom and you can get the other editions included. But it's still not free, the cost is bigger.

That is fairly normal. Some games will have an "update" that already includes DLC data. Buying the DLC will simply unlock it

When you're in the game page on the right side there's a gear icon, click on it and go to the last option you see, then go to File and click on Verify files, once it completes it start downloading all missing files or DLCs

hi im unable to get the quest to begin the new dlc would someone be able to guide me on what i gotta kick to get it working

i started a new run of the game this morning (a couple hours before the dlc dropped) and bought storybook vale and wishblossom ranch in the same cart

i have completed all the required quests to get there, after which i got my storybook vale invite so im assuming i did it right but ive got nothing for wishblossom, i can provide a list of required quests i have done if needed but im certain i did get them all

ive also done the storybook vale intro just in case, i completed welcome to the vale but left to check before i got the bind as that is technically a different quest i cant see it mattering??

im on steam and bought the standard edition for both dlcs, i already owned eternity isle prior to starting my new save
i dont think this matters but because i know games can be funny abt these sorts of things my eternity isle is standard and i have a basic founders pack edition of the base game

obviously i cant help you because we're having the same problem but if youre on steam then heads up while ive never had to refund anything for ddlv should you pass the two hour limit and decide you want a refund you can still apply for a refund on a case by case basis ("it doesnt work" is generally a pretty valid reason)
if they say no you can still push for credit theyll usually give it to you lol especially if you cite smth being wrong

naturally you probably dont want to refund it but just giving you the heads up so you dont stress too hard abt the 2 hour deadline ^^

Hi guys- quick question. I started playing DDV this morning for the ranch update- and when I did the required quests it told me to for the DLC I still don't have anything in my mailbox- did I miss something?

cant say for certain but it could be that your cloud save is tied to your husbands steam account, when it says another account is registered it could mean your husbands account is registered to that cloud save
i actually did steam account scumming back in the day for the bunny pet you got with the disc edition of terraria as a kid when i got my own pc haha so while i dont know thisll work heres what id try

1. if your games installed, uninstall it - idk if this does anything but its always best practice when bugfixing in my opinion

2. log into your husbands account (note: now would be a great time to set up steam family if you havent already, its just a very good free service i poach all my partners games lol and it means you have access to the games on his account so dont have to rebuy everything)

3. download the game on his account

4. retrieve your cloud save

5. go in the game and save it, you dont have to do anything else this creates whats called a local save which is a save on your computer

6. go back to your steam account

i hope this works for you! :) its not an official fix i am literally just spitballing but maybe this would be helpful to you

unrelated to the ranch - im finishing up my routine quests for the star path and the Equip a Level 5 Critter Companion quest say 2/1, but i cant complete the quest? i tried unequipping and re equipping and it wont let me complete the quest. is there something im doing wrong here?
