No devs here. They have a quest marker because they are technically quest items. You can convert them into gold nuggets or save some if you want, just to have them. I saved some because I'm a collector type, but there's no other purpose for them.

Although the little entry way near the ramp to the Forest Valor is there, I cannot find the white rabbit, so not able to enter that realm. He should be waiting for you somewhere, normally he goes from the castle straight by the well and down the stairs to the meadow, behind Goofy's house to the pillar then up the ramp to the hole, he will drop his watch by the hole and you pick it up to continue.

cross save transfers everything over, the only things are purchased moonstones such as buying the game or buying directly from the shop will not transfer as well as access to the expansion islands, but all progress and content will transfer over.

Moonstone is how much they are when they are in the premium shop.

Star coin is how much Scrooge charges you for extra ones!

That's fair, if you haven't seen that before. But a lot of the star path items do eventually (eventually ....) return to the premium shop. If a star path item can have more purchased, it will also list the star coin cost so you know.

The well is not big, you need to check the other areas of the forest too. Move stuff if you need to, but you need to search it all.

Shouldn't have to and need to are often two very different things. If you don't want to that's up to you, but you may miss out on the well this year if you don't. So you have to decide if getting the well is worth moving your buildings briefly, or if you'd rather wait and try again next year.

I understand that, but what I mean is... i shouldn't have to move my buildings daily in thought that the well will be underneath them. Especially since every other friend ive spoken too has said it spawned in the middle of the forest and they had no trouble seeing it

Its a glitch for sure.
Ive only just put my valley back together...for the past 5 days I took out EVERYTHING, I put everything back into my inventory, my forest was empty and still no well showed up

You don't need to search for the well daily. It either spawns or it doesn't, another day won't change anything. You need to move buildings and paths out of the way in each area of the forest just in case, then reload the game after moving them, and then check for the well. You only need to do this once, not every day. If it doesn't spawn with buildings gone it is not going to spawn. Mine spawned near the ice stairs to frosted heights. It spawns in different locations.

After you removed paths and buildings, you saved the game and fully closed the game software, then relaunched the game? If so, there's nothing more you can try. And searching every day is totally up to you, I was only saying you don't have to because you were saying you shouldn't have to move stuff everyday and you don't have to move stuff every day.

Hopefully they can resolve it for you with the ticket.

I think that's the first time I've rage quit this game, and I've been playing since launch

No because that's not a glitch, it's a performance issue, and it's been that way since launch. You have to do short sessions, you can't stay in furniture mode too long or make too many changes at once. You have to close furniture mode frequently to save progress, then open it again to continue decorating.

Go into your home. Open furniture mode. Look at ceiling texture.

If that doesn't clear it, then it's a unique quest item that needs to be picked up.

There is no "spot". They are RNG. The pickaxe polishes don't increase the rate of gems, they just guarantee that you will get items with every swing - which can mean more gems, just based on more chances. Buddies don't increase your chance, they just give you extra.

There's no glitch, but crashing can cause some issues. Untrack your quest, then properly close the game down. Relaunch, go back to the Rock, and retrack it.

If after reloading the game and checking skull rock again as well as the dark castle just in case, if you still don't find him then unfortunately you had a catastrophic crash. With a catastrophic crash, a quest regresses to an already completed step that then cannot be completed again. The only fix for it is to recover a backup save. If you don't have a backup save the only fix is starting your game over from the beginning via reset profile. Support has never helped with a catastrophic glitch. However, there might be a chance if instead of telling them your quest issue, you just tell them that you lost progress and need them to recover an older save for you, then cross your fingers.

Just to reiterate though, seriously don't mention your quest glitch if you contact support, they will give you a reply about forwarding it to the devs and needing a patch they will never implement. Just say exactly that when you loaded the game you had lost progress and can they please send you an older save.

The shadows snippets yes can respawn, though think cause you didn’t finish you may not be able to get them to spawn so you can try asking support to send them to you, you could try crafting them as I believe they can be crafted from white owl snippets or you can see if someone could give you the snippets as If I remember right they were normal

You can use a crafting station to turn it into coal ore. Same for the gold shards you find in the realm.

Yes they do. They stock items that are available in those DLCs - but that does include things like "iron ingots" or stone, because those are available in all areas. The flowers are specific, since there is no crossover. Moana's boat will give primarily DLC fish but you WILL also get ones from main valley because they are available in the DLCs.

But the Eternity Isle items will be different from the Main Valley and different from the Storybook Vale.

But you aren't placing Goofy's Stalls. Those are already there. It's exactly the same way they work in the Main Valley - Beast's Greenhouse gives you all Main Valley flowers. Tiana gives you Main Valley dishes. Kristoff gives you Main Valley resources. Moana gives Main Valley fish, and Wall-E grows Main Valley crops.

So when you place those items in the DLCs, you get the DLC version of those (plus sometimes whatever crossover they have as far as resources and fish)

If you have 5 in gardening specifically, yes, they will occasionally drop +1. 6 will guarantee +1 always.

For other roles, 3-4 will give occasional, with 5 guaranteeing +1

If it's a shard in regular storage the crafting table will find it when you try to make the jewel, a shard in realm storage (in the castle) or a bottle will just have to be searched for, many things besides chests are storage so you have to check them all, wardrobes, fridges, cabinets, etc.

Sadly no, it will only generate up to 3 blue chests in total for the entire valley. any other chest spawns are clothing furniture or money chests. The only way to not have them spawn at all is to play on apple arcade as that version has no access to moonstones

If you are putting in multiple tickets, all that does is close the previous one and move you to the back of the queue. Ticket times are a week or so on average, and we have a spot where you can check the status of your ticket. Okay, looking through the server: It looks like the holes are there, they're just stupidly invisible right now. So you'll probably want to look up an old guide, see where they should be, and then wander around the area until you get the little interact popup.

I would still definitely post this up in #1422893076707278908 because they should be visible.

As for your ticket, you can check the status in #ticket-support to see what's going on with it. If it's been a week since you put it in and you check, it will automatically escalate it for you. However, because this isn't a "missing items" quest bug, they're just going to tell you that they'll forward it to the devs and close the ticket. This is, however, a commonly posted about bug right now, which means that hopefully with the next update, the holes will be visible again.

So I’m on Jafar’s The Serpent’s Gift quest and my last step is to confront him to off him “one last chance”, but I can’t find this dude anywhere. He’s not in the ancient ruins, he’s not in his palace and he’s nowhere to be found on Eternity Isle. Any tips guys?

He should just be wandering around the map somewhere, not in anything. HOWEVER, during certain times, he is in the Palace but cannot be found - much like when some characters are in their homes, only Jafar refuses to be seen. So you'll just have to wait for him to come back out.

Go to Scrooge, see if you can find them. Wiki should tell you what universe they are so you can narrow them down that way when you search. If you have them, he will have more for you to buy. If he has more for you to buy, then they must be somewhere - either under hidden, or you've placed them down already, or something.

okay - go to scrooge. Only filter by Disney. Look through all the items because they are all Disney (and there aren't very many disney items). If they don't show, you'll have to contact support. Show them these screens, show them the disney filter at Scrooge. Ask them to send you the items.

Explore the island, you can't miss them. It's not a big island, so it won't take you long to find them if you walk around.

If you follow the paths on the island you literally can't miss them, there are really only 4 small areas to explore. The potion house is the only house on the island besides the mansion, so can't miss it. Zero's house is in the graveyard.

If his main save is on switch and was connected and got unlinked, logging on to his account should not mess anything up unless he linked a new save to that Gameloft account on PC which then could mess it up. Before trying to move to PC you needed to make sure everything was right and logged in on switch first.

Nope, just by focusing on dailys and metas. You CAN craft it, but it's not very efficient - good for a boost, not for a main source

It's not for no reason - it's because it's a progression thing. As you follow the storyline it will lead you to the various places and you'll be earning the dreamlight along the way to open the spaces as you need them. You'll still end up grinding a bit, but this game is designed for you to take your time.

They've made it really clear, tbh. It has it broken down into sections for you that tells you what things need to meet what tags. For example, she will say "back item" but obviously furniture can't match that so that's a clothing only thing, so it will just be under "clothing". But Mickey & Friends has both clothing AND furniture, so it will be under "both".

There is a challenge platform for the challenges. And then display items for displaying your own creations.

Go to a cooking table and go to the ingredients and go to the quest section . The extra dried ginger looks like a normal ginger, any quest item cannot be dropped sold or consumed in any way, only stored in any storage unit including fridges wardrobes realm storage and mickeys hidden room, if you go to a cooking station and scroll down till you see Ginger and see if you see 2 different ones

If you double checked the chest in the mines to make sure it isn’t still in there, and you cannot find it via your cooking station then it is stored in a realm or Mickey hidden room storage as those do not get reached from crafting and cooking stations or a stored storage option double check to make sure no storage units in your furniture collection had a unique symbol attached
