Make sure you don't have a house near the dock. If you do, move it. If still no orange circle, you already fished it up and need to find it in your storage.

You have all 4 dolls and have talked to Merlin about them? If your Forgotten lands is crowded, the tree could be in a different biome, use furniture mode to look for a very straight, tall tree with few branches.

I play the base game through game pass, but I’ve purchased the DLC separately.

When I go into Microsoft Store on Xbox, the DLC don’t show up as “bought”. Although, when I check my billing and payments, there’s the receipt for the DLC.

I dont get new clothing items in my scrooge shop at all and havent for quite some time. My percentage is no where near complete, even accounting for various premium and star path items ive missed. I also basically only get the same furnishings every day- boring couches, tables, and counters, the same picture of minnie, etc. is this a bug? Does shop variety just suck?

There is only certain amount of clothing in Scrooges if the areas are empty you probably bought everything. Clothing doesn’t repeat unfortunately the rng for furniture is terrible.

No, you can use your cloud save on Switch, Also, each save would need it's own player profile though. That means if you want them all to be able to access online features you would need Nintendo Online Family Plan that let's you have up to 8 player profiles access online features.

You can use the gameloft cloud save with it no problem. To use the cloud save you just need to have a free Nintendo account attached to the player profile. However kid accounts can't use online services, so if it's set up as a kid account you can't do it.

I havent actually made him an anything yet, this is all very new to me. I just know that running around a valley he would love, and its really good for developement in controls and such. Ive played enough disney dreamlight that i trust him with this game. And he would not have access to buy anything, but that may just be cause we turn the console "offline"

Who knows, up to you if you want all your profiles to be able to do Multiplayer.

Im thinking i start without the plan, and if i come into an issue where im wanting more options, then the family plan seems like a very decent deal for only 35 a year. so its still worth looking into doing what i want to do.

In reality. My profile, and Saliks profile will only be played on Switch #1, (salik likey wont play at all unless i make him lol), and Lucas's(the three year old) profile will only be played on Switch #2 So retrospectively i feel like he wont need much. just my account on his switch. 🤔

I cant get my wind up racoon to come inside my house with me, Any suggestions?

I tried using the photo selfie with my pet to trigger him being there, but its grey'd out. I went outside and hes still there waiting at my door for me, i even pet him a million times to see if it would "wind him up" so he could follow me.

Not all. I dont use all the critters. But so far Zero follows me inside, and the Snow Racoon followed me inside (they were both in my snaps). Maybe only certain ones can. but if a snow racoon can, why cant a wind up !

Somehow I got those items on my PS5 version but I had the Ultimate Founders Pack so when this new version came out it was in the mailbox. If you have a founders pack for your base game I would check your mailbox 🤞

You'd have to know what you bought, but it sounds like you bought the premium as you don't have 100 extra tickets. The only advantage to that is that it allows you a headstart on collecting the items

It's a single save game so whichever you choose will overwrite the other.

Yes and no. If it's asking you to choose, choose the one that is appropriate - whichever has the most time/coins/whatever, the most recent. Will the local overwrite the cloud? Yes, if it's the most recent. Then, you can just cloud save again after. The only purpose of a cloud save is to move from platform to platform.

You should always make sure you click on the "sync to cloud" in game before you log off, making sure it's always up to date. But if you have the local save from after all that, use that.

Some people have put them in a chest, then get all 10 when they take them out, might need to relaunch in between and doesn't always work.

If it's out of sync by 5 days, then no. Go to your settings in game and where it says it's out of sync, click that.

When you do, it will update and it should say it's now in sync. It will always be a little out of sync while you play.

Yeah, it won't correctly cloud save while it says that in the shop, my Xbox has been doing that for a week, have to do a power off reset, fully close DDV, take the Switch out of it's cradle and hold the power button until the power off comes up, power off and leave it out of the cradle for 3-5min and then try again.

Try to manually back up to the cloud save in your settings on the Switch, then go back to your PC and be sure to click the right-side cloud save when the Cloud Save Conflict pop-up appears. It's not the switch. It should trigger for you, if you've met all the requirements, but it cannot be completed if you have the DLC.

To clarify, you can feed all critters as many times as you want to, but the feeds don't do anything after the first one. Once the green check is on the bottom of the screen, all food you give it does nothing. You can only feed them again in case you fed them the wrong food.

I own the DLC on both PC and Xbox. I’ve cloud saved on Xbox, then I logged in on PC — Steam —. After I logged in the GAMELOFT account on Steam, the DLC, which previously was shown as “owned”, now is shown as “purchase”. When I check my additional files on Steam configurations, the DLC is checked as installed.

I’ve tried everything. I’ve logged out of the GAMELOFT account. Reinstalled the game. Deleted all files. Logged out of Steam cloud save. Still nothing.

That's probably why. Check the mailbox on steam and see if there is rift in time letter. There should be two since you have it on two platforms. If there isn't, then the DLC was claimed on the other account. You can only claim it once per account.

Player level 5. Once he reaches level 5, he'll get a quest from Scrooge called the haunting of dreamlight valley. he'll then do her unlocking quest, and 15 minutes after he unlocks her he'll get a quest called valley visits which will unlock multiplayer.

You can access the isle on Switch but not PC & you have purchased the DLC for both Switch & PC right? If so I would save & quit on PC. Go back to the Switch & load up there. Save to the cloud on Switch & then quit. Go back to PC & hopefully you will now be able to access the isle 🤞

So I’ve had dreamlight since it was available and I was just on pc last night. I had around 14,000 moonstone still. Bought dreamlight valley gold edition with the expansion pass for Nintendo switch today and it says I only have 6,000 moonstone. I have not collected the moonstones I get from the gold edition and expansion pass from the mailbox yet cause I’m worried something went wrong with my cloud save. Anyone have this issue before?

When you get the Moonstones from the blue chests those will be available on both but the Moonstones you buy will only be available on the platform where you purchase them.

The 6K are earned moonstones that transfer from one platform to another, any over that on PC are locked to that platform and the new ones you get from gold will only show up on the Switch and must be spent from it.

That's probably how far back it put you, nothing you can do without a backup, you need to make sure you manually save to cloud before exiting the game each time, the automatic save often fails, especially on Xbox I've found.

I've had it happen several times but only lost 3 days at most, I now tend to change clothes before I shut down when planning to change platforms, that way I can tell instantly if the cloud save failed and go back to the original platform, open the local save on it and try saving to cloud again.

I told you the other day - Moana's boat is only accurate if you had gotten the catch from it while you were in the wrong time. If you didn't get the catch then, her boat won't be messed up and there's no way to use her to know. You would just need to know how far you skipped. You have two options:

1. continue to wait for an unknown amount of time and hope it eventually resolves, but you won't know if it does or doesn't because you don't know how far you went; or

2. #1105264756748726353 from scratch at any time, if you decide you don't want to keep waiting. It's not as scary as it seems. We will be here to help you through the process.

Yeah, that's a common problem right now. Make sure you have a backup save via #1047579586361311233 or have the game on another device. Then unlink gameloft account and then exit the game. Enter offline mode, open the game again to title, click settings, choose reset profile. When a new game starts make a new character and start the game, get to a point where you can save the game. Save and exit the game. Go back to online mode. Then open the game again, go to title, cloud, and then enter your log in info.
