Critters drop orbs, not every dried flower does. Only Tony’s technique stopped me from going insane.

I literally got 7 florbs in 5 weeks, as opposed to 140 crorbs before I was told the technique.

They can ask once you've purchased ive found. So having some crops planted and some resources gathered while exploring isnt a bad idea

Its what I did. Next to each goofy stall placed 10 of each crop
Gathered the fruits. A large chest next to each goofy stall too. Prepping

Honestly this, I remember when I first bought EI in like august and I didnt even bother with the quests until october then i got burnt out and only started playing again in the last couple weeks and have finished EI questline now and have SBV to work through, its all about pacing yourself and enjoying the game

The gold pathway kinda changes colors depending on the location sometimes it looks brown sometimes it looks more gold. I have it in several biomes and each location has dif vibes of the gold pathway

It's probably the shadows / lighting or filtering effects. Since they're in shade they don't have light to reflect and maybe the player nudged the "shadows" slider down one notch. Metallic things change colour more depending on the lighting.

It's really not. 30s is nothing. Updates get high because the chat flies and makes it harder to moderate. Stays that way for about a week, then drops back down, usually.

The eternal question. But it also wouldn't matter - people have lives and cannot be expected to sit in a chat all day every day and monitor everything, even moreso when it's a volunteer position. It's unreasonable. And I don't think you understand just how fast the chat goes. Even if you had a handful sitting in just this chat, it's too FAST to keep up with.

Does anyone have tips for leveling up characters quickly in the base game I just brought a bunch of new characters from realms and I’m a bit overwhelmed LOL

Check their daily gifts for easy extra xp, after lvl 2 give them a task that is easy and doesn’t take much time(farming, gathering), purified dream shards and flowers can give good amount of xp as well

If you choose gathering try to rearrange all your fruit trees and bushes to the same area so you can get all in a relatively short time

I wanted to unlock the rest of characters after finishing the base game before moving on to the DLC just so it felt complete before starting something new if that makes sense 😅so I grinded out Dreamlight and brought everyone into my valley and now I’m like 10 new characters to reach level 10 lol

But that’s a GREAT idea ! For the gathering I’m definitely going to do that after I finish leveling up Belle 🤍

This is what I was trying to do too when I first started playing (6 months ago) but at one point the first two dlcs were on sale for so low I couldn’t not get them, so I was overwhelmed quickly

And since I was already overwhelmed I grabbed the third dlc asap, cause why not continue to be overwhelmed lol

We think alike lol I was like I am so close to beating the base game main story line so I mine as well get the next DLC right now than I was like now I finished I can move on and start A Rift in Time but my brain than decided I needed to unlock all the characters in the base game and level them up fully before moving on

I had NOTHING left to do in the base game for a little while because the rest of the side quests were locked due to characters I hadn’t gotten from their realms yet now my list is never ending again but at least I am stocked up on materials so all I need to really worry about is leveling up the rest of the characters today

Being stocked up doesn’t always help to get quests done faster unfortunately, some will require you to gather the materials after you start the quest

Honestly, this save has soooo much more. But the old one I only had The Rift DLC. I was playing when that was released but then took a break for a long time and came back with the WBR release and thats when I switched to PC and got all 3 DLC with the base game. I also had only done one or 2 star paths prior. So all I had was what few things I got from the star paths plus what few things i got from the premium shop. which is why i was ok starting completely over.

My method is to get the friendship levels to max and then breeze through their quests so I'm not constantly questing then leveling, rinse and repeat till level 10

My only piece of advice. If you want it. Unlock all areas of new dlc asap. Then you can get your stalls in there. That significantly helps collect the stuff needed for the character quests. I.e I have 150 Jasper stocked up so I won’t have to worry about it when I decide to finish those friend quests. I hardly ever have to grab more than one or two things for a quest because I check those stalls every day.

I think my Glade of Trust is my most beautiful biome. I had to make it extra special for my girl Tiana. I didnt even decorate it until she got added to the game.

once you upgrade your timebending to level 4, then its a rng chance to have one type of fragment a day. then its just timebending until you get what you need. Using a timebending friend and companions help too.

Google "Magazine Street". It's a cool eclectic part of New Orleans, and we've got a lot of stuff in game that would work for it. I wanted to do it but went for Hollywood instead

It's genuinely my favorite part of NOLA. It's much quieter than Bourbon/Canal and is so interesting. I highly recommend people visiting the city take some time to check it out
