I mean if your IDs matched, you did log in using email then it was a LI issue. CS wouldn't be able to help if they didn't have your data but when you log in did you use any capital letters? two players I have helped had to use them and they did find their accounts.

The dollar sign was added because another player with the same name already exists in your region and logged into the game after the merge before you did.

Well, if you transferred the wrong account and you think it was the right one, your old one has probably already been deleted. If you are sure you transferred the right one, do it now. Create a new PWG account and log in to a server in your region and look for your character name. If it appears, it has been transferred.

Reinstalled the game three times. Have downloaded additional resources every time. And as I see it, they are the problem. I've stopped Kailo resources from downloading and textures were fine. hello, im having issue with twitch drops, i already binded my account and watched stream for 4 hours, hit claim reward but it has been 2 days and the rewards havent come yet, is this some binding issue? i have made accounts in 4 different server, 1 lvl 100 while the others are at lvl1-2, i assume the rewards will get sent to the lvl 100 one since the mail system unlocks at lvl 6

When you did the bind part did you choose the correct account and server? When I did it, it gave me the option of which one to choose.

Tell them everything and if possible show screenshots, like the one above explaining that the first time it didn't give you that option to select your server and that you checked your other servers and they weren't there. Of course ask them if they could send it to correct server.

To follow up if anyone cares, since I couldnt play on steam as it basically logged me onto a ghost account I tried redownloading with the windows version, tried logging in using google again, got another ghost account ; but this time on windows version at least the switch account button worked and once I tried with sign with email I finally get to play the game

Well... seems you transferred an old account and while waiting, made a new one on the same server, which has now being replaced by the old one. It's most likely gone now. If you were starting a new account, should've done it in a different server/login method 😦

Hi I have massive performance problems since the 5.0 update and it doesn't matter what graphics settings I set. My fps goes up with bad graphics settings, but I have fps drops to 18 fps and that constantly several times per minute so to speak unplayable through there. In version 4.8 I could still play smoothly with 120 fps at maximum graphics settings. Is this a known problem, will there be a hotfix or is there anything I can do? I play the game via the normal launcher, not via Steam.
