I was playing in my account from LevelInfinite that i played before, now is PWG but my account transfer never happend, so i start playing with it being lvl 1, then i got lvl 64 and had new better SSR than my old account, and now i got the transfer and lost my new progress because the old progress replace de new one.

I had multiple accounts of the form xyz+1@gmail.com, xyz+2@gmail.com ... xyz+6@gmail.com.
After migration, i can see the characters in all accounts except one xyz+4@gmail.com. And this is the only account in which i had progress. Is my in game name required to get help? I dont remember it. Level infinite support said that there is no character is associated with this mail, but that should not be the case

There is nothing we can do
Poor communication was probably the biggest issue. It's surprising to see such an important notice to not be posted through email or other major communication channels besides in game, discord and game site. This essentially means that people who aren't keeping up-to-date with the game updates/notices and aren't actively engaged in their social media don't even know about this transfer.
Not everyone uses discord. And even more people don't have everyone or role pings enabled by default

But yeah this is exactly my scenario.
In my case it was xyz+6@gmail.com that was my main account. I got a response back stating that there were no characters found on that e-mail.
I mentioned my character name to them (Ryu7) in the previous mail sent to them, and they mentioned that it was bound to a google account, and that I should log in using the Google method instead. They also provided a partial ID number of what should be the correct transfer information.
This was really weird to me, because I never used that before, but I gave it a try anyway. Upon logging in via Google, I chose my regular e-mail instead (so without the +number attached to it), because Google itself does not allow you to log in via xyz+6 method. And surprisingly, the ID that they gave me that was supposedly tied to Ryu7, was showing up on THAT account.
So I gave it another shot with transferring, using the Google sign in method on the transfer page, instead of the "via e-mail" method that they always kept telling you to do originally. And in the next batch my character was finally there.
"via e-mail" is during in game login.
For reference, this was the mail that LI (not PWG) sent back to me after I provided the following details about my account:
Account: xyz+6@gmail.com
Character Name: Ryu7
Character UID: 1200755750
Server: The Worlds Between
We've found that the character you provided is logged in via a Google account. Please log in again with the correct Google account for authorization. After authorization, you can check whether the LEVEL INFINITE ID is "1695*******4324".
PWG told me to contact LI after awhile, so that's how this was found out.
idk if there's still time to transfer now, but I would provide that sort of info to them, and see what they can find in their DB.

That's a bit troublesome. It's a minimum requirement I'd say to have the character name -and- UID attached to it. That way LI can look it up easier, and it also better proves that it belongs to you. (Combined with the e-mail provided).

For that I'd say send them a email and show them that issue. As for sending stuff here go to rules and scroll to the bottom where it says "Getting Verified" and follow through.

Does anyone have any tips for dealing with CS? I've been trying to get their help without any success. They keep telling me the account I transferred doesn't have any account data attached to it. Before the last batch went through they told me to check with LI to make sure I had the right LI account and they confirmed that it was. But even after sending the email chain with LI to the PWG support team as proof they are asserting that the account I transferred doesn't have my character attached. The most frustrating thing is that others have searched my character name and can find my old character after the last transfer batch (Thank you Clara and Luxvad). CS is driving me insane.

maybe try doing a reinstall or downloading the PC launcher
you need to send them the screenshot of your char showing up in the friends list (including their UID)
then send a vid of you logging in and selecting the server
the tip for dealing with CS is to hold their hand as much as possible, never assume they already know anything
it’s possible the char has been transferred but the issue is they can’t be sure that char belongs to you
if so, you’ll need to proove the char is yours
send them old screenshots or even better, receipts from past purchases if you spent money

I've done friends list screen shot and video of logging in. They seem to ignore that and just repeat the same thing, that there's no character data to have been transferred. They close the ticket too so I can't respond for more help without submitting another ticket. It's just super frustrating!

you have to reply to the previous email you sent to them (even though they respond from a no reply email address)
and it counts as the same ticket

because UID is for character (you need to click on a server to see it)
and PWG ID is for your account (which you can see from those settings too)

if you know it’s the same email and you logged in via typing the email (not copy-paste, also it’s case sensitive) then it should be correct
you will need to send an email to CS, include Clara’s screenshots of your char and its UID and then make a video screen recording of yourself logging into the game and selecting that server
put the vid on youtube (can do unlisted) and send the link in the email
they can remap the char to your login (they might also want proof that the char belongs to you, eg. old in-game screenshots or past purchase receipts if you ever spent money)

Having an issue with any kind of interaction in menus being really sluggish like 2-2.5 seconds to respond it just started doing this today
And some of my other crew mates are starting to complain about it as well in the crew discord.
Only menus I had trouble with before was weapons would take around 8 seconds to switch to the set you selected but now just goin in and out of backpack is taking almost 3 seconds to respond.
Also having trouble with weapons in combat not responding properly network ping isn’t outside of it’s usual range so I don’t think it’s that
I don't know if this is the right channel to ask this but I did the account transfer during the first few periods. And now when I go to the server I played on, it starts me off like I was playing for the very first time.
I remember my past account's username and I have the UID of my lv. 100 character on hand but I feel like my past account is gone after I put in so many hours on it since I used the email address from the old launcher for the PWG log in.

Oh when you put your email are you typing it or copy paste? I helped a player out and turns out they had to capitalize the first letter of their email. Although for everyone else it has been lowercase which is indeed odd but don't panic yet 😅
I am using the email I have used with the old LI launcher with the new PWG launcher during the transfer. I also have the email telling me that my teacher request was successfully submitted.
But the UID of my lv. 100 account and the UID that is tied to my email is different and not the same. And since you mentioned caps, I don't think I used any caps and just kept everything lowercase.

Yeah do dimensional trials using the bulk option quick clear in conjunction with vitality potions can get 5-6m exp a run
But to be honest it was recommended to me not to do fast level and I did it anyway now my stats don’t match my level
I’m at level 95 but I’ve only been able to build my stats to around that of a level 55 player
theres no issue with leveling as fast as possible

For those who messed up with first time authorisation. I figured out if you used wrong first time log in method in the game and account number did not mach to your account do not worry. Try logging in tof.perfectworld com and press top-up and log in, then check if it's your account. Log out from Tower of fantasy game and from top-up then when you log in back to top-up copy verification code and use it in firts time login step (sign in via email) and use there your email and verification code. Thats all>

If you download the steam client your stuck in doodoo city I’ve tried it twice now and it’s bricked use the official install from the global website
IMO steam isn’t that great in the first place 120gb to download tof + all the extra crap for steam itself made the game almost 200gb on my laptop
theres no extra crap, my steam version is also 120gb. but yeah currently the auto update doesnt work, so except counting your playtime steam is worse because of that issue
this game makes it easy for me to want to drop it.

i downloaded the game about 3 hours ago (standalone), it worked, i closed the game and came back an hour later, now it wont let me log in and i doesnt even reopen the launcher when the game closes

when you open it again, try using dx11
ive done that already didnt change anything
imma try a repair now to see if that fixes anything
didnt fix it but a reinstall did
it might happen everytime you open the game for the second time after reinstall if that make sense
