Hey I have a question, I already requested a transfer last batch 5 but after I knew there was no exisiting data in that level infinite from CS even though I am 100% sure that it was the same email I used before for my old account and I recently asked if there was also any existing data that is on my google account (logged in the g acc into level infinite, idk if that counts). I have asked cs multiple times now even provided my old uid, username, in game purchase receipt, region/server etc. Now idk where I could possibly find my old character data. Anyone could help me?
check both level infinite id. if both not same, that means u use wrong login method.
login method can be different even though u use same email. it will create different account
whats ur ign. mods will check if char successful transfer

Try searching for old tof news in your mail. If there is nothing, you can either transfer everything or ask Level Infinite Customer Support if they can help you

how do i make sure my uid matches when transferring? cause i have my id but it doesn't match the "current account" one. It just shows a really long string of numbers. also my PWG id and old uid don't match, are they supposed to?
account id and uid is different
account id can hold multiple uid bcoz theres many server, each one on created get new uid
pwg id is different to level infinite id. bcoz obviously they different company. it also different bcoz it created when u doing transfer

It was regarding that I created a new character on the same server with the account I was merging with, and that I was unsure if i should delete the account (to leave it empty - but the account will also be deleted), or to not touch it and everything will sort itself out

I made 3 account transfers.
1.) Email using LEVEL INFINITE with Verification code [This is the same LEVEL INFINITE Account ID they showed me that has my character]
2.) Gmail login (Same email address as 1.) ^ )
3.) Steam login that I used back when I was playing.
Is it possible to cancel transfers for 2.) and 3.) ??

Hello hello! I think I found out the whole server shutdown - transfer recently and I probably linked my accounts on April 6th. It might have already been April 7th in Asian time, I'm from Europe. Is there any page where I could check officially which batch I'm in? Because if I log in now, I only get the intro scenes for brand new accounts. I'm not sure if it's because my acc hasn't been transferred yet or if there are any issues. 😦
If other players cannot find your character in the game, then you are in batch 6
you can check for your confirmation email to find the exact date/time you transferred

either:
- ask CS to check for you (send them the LI acct number)
- just make new PWG accts for all your emails/3rd party logins and check them all after batch 6 transfers
people who made a bunch of reroll accounts kinda got screwed in this process

Do you mean "If you make too many characters under the same login before batch 6 is out, does the system find the correct character, server, and region from the account you last played on since you stopped playing"?

All I can say is that creating other characters on an account that hasn't been merged (with LI old account) yet is not recommended. If you want to play now, it is better to create a new account under a new email
But if you accidentally created a character on your main server, it will be overwritten by the old character in Batch 6

For some reason, my friend was saving for Nemesis VP matrices after getting her. After making the gimmick, which is have 80 matrix pulls and 50 character pulls, get one nemesis matrix, lock it and get another matrix for 2pç. After that, he got her third piece (emotion(heart) piece) from the box. However, as he got to pick the last piece from the shop, for some reason the third piece, heart piece got from the box of nemesis VP matrices just dissapeared and the fourth piece counted as 2 Owned piece (the Faith one, two hands). I dunno if this is a bug, but certainly is something to consider

the PWG account number after transfer should match the number that was on the transfer page.
this is different from character
after the transfer the character uid on bottom right corner of the game should be the same as your character uid before transfer.

but the character's uid is 9 digits and the account id is 8

Could be because Rainbow Road is a new server, disconnected from the others so there's no option to change

Hi, I found my character, the issue was that I tried logging in with my old email and I used a newer one for the transfer. As soon as I noticed that I found my original acc just fine. Archie has been transferred safely. 😄

I'll get on this when I can. I ended up downloading the pwg launcher version and it works fine. Told me it had some old data that needed to be deleted. Gonna try re-downloading the steam version soon. It's alot easier to use with remote play

You can ask CS to confirm it for you (send them the LI acct number) if you want
Otherwise just have to make separate PWG accts for all your logins

Yes, the account logs in normally but there is no character and the ID is different from the one provided on the transfer website.

if pwg account id is different compare to in game account id, that means either u use wrong login method or link with wrong email

So I got a question...I haven't logged into my account since...last year. I only found out about the transfer about a week ago. I don't know if my account is going to be transferred. Would it have failed if my level infinite account doesn't have a profile linked to it?
there isn't a way to see that on the website
you can either:
- email customer support (tofcs_global@pwrd.com) and ask them to verify the LI acct number for you (the one on the left side) and/or
- make new PWG accts for all your emails/third party logins
when you go the transfer page and try to log in with your LI acct, is it giving you an error?

I don't think it matters but you should check to see if it's the same account or a different one:
log out and sign in with email -> write down/screenshot the LI acct number
then log out and sign in with apple - > write down/screenshot the LI acct number
if the numbers are the same = the accounts are already linked (it's the same account)
if the numbers are different = they are two different accounts and must be connected to two different PWG emails

The only thing I'm not completely sure on is how I used to log in to the game (mostly if it was by email or by Google).
