In my case I did retransfer on 9th March and got today
it’s through the website
but you can’t unlink so you’ll have to delete your existing PWG acct and make a new one
Apparently my +7 account transferred fine. Did a test when my +6 went horribly wrong. So maybe a retransfer could actually work. Ill give it a try when im home
Maybe i should wait and see what cs responds first tho to my last email sent
Interesting fact is that i transferred the +7 to a unique mail. And the 6 back to 6. Maybe thats how it went wrong 🤔

if you log back to a deletd acct within 7 days you will recover it
if you don’t select the “delete permanently” option
so make sure you checked that box
ah the permanently delete option showed up after relogging in-game

My Ryu8 character transferred fine apparently which was transferred to a unique e-mail

yeah thats the best case scenario tbh. Means the character is transferred properly. Just that the account needs to be fixed

First time I did the transfer, it said the LI account and PWG account were linked succesfully. (batch 2).
When batch 3 started though, my character was still not found on the server. I did a retransfer yesterday per suggestion, as that resolved it for some people. Buuuuut, unlike their version, I got a mail response saying no data was found at all now

When you first time did transfer you got such mail?
Nah, back then I used to reroll with the "+" email method. And I ended up with email+6@gmail.com as my main account, which I wrote down in a notepad file, as well as server info, UID, etc.
When I did my first transfer (february 26th), I entered email+6@gmail.com as e-mail login, and it gave me the "OK, your request has been submitted succesfully". Since I was batch 2 I had to wait a while still of course. But when batch 3 started, and batch 2 had completed by then - My character Ryu7 (and I tried Ryu7$ as well), was still not found in the server. And the account itself made me create new characters.
So per suggestion I deleted my PWG account yesterday, and attempted to transfer the account again (since that seemed to have worked for some people), but this morning I got that e-mail I showed you in the screenshot instead.

you will need to fill out that form and email it to CS
if you are over 18, you can fill it out with your own name/signature
no way to change it on your own in-game sadly 😦 but that is typical for online games
the instructions are on the form
print, sign, scan
but digital signature is probably ok too
then send back as pdf or image
and explain that you are signing it for yourself as you are (your age)
the problem is i dont have printer here on my place

check if your acc exists by making a new acc skipp everything and find yourself in the friend list if there is ur acc and your current lvl it is transfered but you have the same issue as me if not than indeed not transfered yet

I transferred my data when it's started
is take a screenshot of this and your pfrofile and explain that you can log in but it wont show your actual account details and you get the starting custcene at the begining. Than tell them that it is indeed your email not google. and send pictures and video of your failed log in attempt inclouding the cutscene part.

yeah, the first deletion of accounts will only occur at the end of April. Before that, no accounts were deleted for no reason
we have learned a lot about how this works over the past few weeks xD lots of trial and error

check for old screenshots maybe? otherwise there are 2 options
changed all my pc recently and there are no images from old games D:
- check all 1 by 1
- make dummy acct on your region (new acct with different email/google/fb/etc) and make new char, then search for old char name in friends add
you’ll see the char’s UID
then use UID to find server (spreadsheet in #transfer-support )

after Batch 4 maintenance, the exact date of which is still unknown, is completed, you will need to log into your account, find your server, and check if your character is there. If it is not, contact PWG CS and provide them with all the necessary information

if you don’t remember your login email/method, just link everything you have to a new separate PWG acct
you can also look through your old emails by searching for anything from ToF/Level Infinite
sometimes they would send marketing emails and stuff

I advise making a new PWG acct for any email/3rd party acct you may possibly have
if you are that unsure
then try them all after transfer
you can make unlimited PWG accts (just log out of site and log back in with other LI acct)
you can fill out the form with your own info if you want (own name/signature if over 18)

I generally just advise it since if they do end up telling you to fill out the form for whatever reason, it is just one less step
