Unknowingly, I thought that the Steam link was preserved - I logged in, and there the game started from scratch, then I logged in through mail and everything was fine on the spot, But now I can't link the Steam because it has already been created, I wonder if it is possible to reconnect it by deleting the account (steam)? The game has an account deletion feature. Or won 't it help ? Perhaps you can solve the problem by deleting the steam account inside the game? So that the link of the incentive can then be linked to the transferred progress.
guys i need help what does this mean?
the steam binding seems to have disappeared, and when I first logged into the game, I unknowingly entered through steam, and not the mail to which the transfer was made.
I logged into the account that I linked at feb 3, I logged into it via email running the steam version of the game and it started from scratch so am I right that they messed up the transfer and 3 years of playing is out of the window? (I checked the account number matches)

It was fishy from the start tho you had to do no account creation just linked it to a random number and in theory it created the account for you, now we can see how well it worked...

if you sure that you clicked “sign in with email” button; UID same as transfer page, then the things you can do are only wait for CS or search each server 1 by 1 (if tutorial = close)

ah, once you completed the online transfer stuff and got the confirmation email, was there something you were supposed to do in game back then prior to the transfer

Not that I can recall. I just gave it an email, it sent a verification code to said email, I entered the code, it said transfer was submitted.

I really hate PWG service for such transfer, for lack of authorization by phone number, for refusal to work with all mails (such as Yandex) and all countries. The only thing I'm waiting for an answer from the support service is to demonstratively delete my TOF account. If they send me a Verification Code, of course.

I had my original account linked to Facebook. When I made the data transfer and used the other email on the new version, I originally didn't know how to do the transfer yet.And after some silly mistakes on my part, I still get that damn message.

you can try to appeal through the CS email. im not sure what information you need to privde, but likely your PWG ID and any government ID that shows your age

Hello! Did you enter the server the character was in before and got the Frigg cutscene but afterwards it just seemingly synced itself?
I'm asking because my character was in Eden before and when I entered the server, I was reset back to the Frigg Cutscene TwT
yeah! since yesterday i tried every server multiple times, kept getting the same new cutscene, but randomly when i tried again (i kept trying every few hours) and it took me to a loading scren instead and i heard water noises and it loaded me in!!!

there is a form you have to download and email back. in the email you received, there's actually a line that says something to the effect of "click here to download the form" ^^

when I went to the official website and logged into the account via Google, then at the end I had one ID and when I entered the game, when I entered the mail that I created for PW, a completely different one is displayed in my account settings

I've been trying to dig into this a little more and it appears that your data isn't actually "transferred" - it's just copied from LI to PWG
so by that logic, you can make and delete an infinite number of PWG accounts and it won't cause a problem?
each time you make a new account you can re-link/authorize the LI account and it will generate a new ID that matches your in-game ID (since you use the same email)
since you can only link your LI account to one PWG account, once you delete it you just start again
you still have to wait for the next batch transfer ofc
I guess only at that point it leaves LI? (or does it stay there til end of april anyuways?)

Hello, I have already made the account transfer and everything up to verification and even so, when I start my PWG account it appears as a new account and it is the same ID number that appears in the transfer and my character does not appear.

If Glory has different PWG ID, but same email = 1. Glory used wrong email; or 2. Logged in with FB/Twitter/Google before trying email

Wherever i log in with email or google, it gives me a lvl 1 on aeria. There are only 2 emal accounts with anything from PWG and none of the PWG IDs are matching the one shown on transfer.

I did everything as described to transfer my account to PGW. I created an account in PGW, indicating the email to which the verification code was received. However, after installing a new launcher and trying to enter the game, the code does not arrive in the mail. It's not in spam either. I tried it several times at different times of the day. yeah it's a bug so don't worry. when i did it, i filled it out pretending to be my parent. you can do the same and you should be fine. there's a part that says "child's name and email address" -- put your name and PWG email address. for the rest, put an alt name and email address. make sure you send the form from your alt email
if it doesn't work, you can email CS (their email is in #transfer-support as well)

Well, it says submitted rather than successful, as some may put it, the transfer could of failed at some point. Also regarding the first issue of seeing the transfer screen, I had the same issue so I just signed out and back into my lv infinite account and it immediately brought up the link transfer screen, if your pwg matches your in game ID, best you can to is email customer support or try to contact through discord(somehow? I haven't done that at least) with your Pwg ID and maybe your last known UID before transfer
