When they re-login back only email and password needed the first time.
The next time they switch accounts it should be saved in the login and easily switchable between accounts.

Hello, i don't know where to report this, but Turkish systems/IPs are getting redirected to non-existing /tr/ account link page when clicked on Account transfer button. This could be affecting other languages as well. The solution is replacing /tr/ with /en/ but this might cause some players to think that it's broken.

if your IDs are different that is an issue on your side
if it is the same but still no character after checking servers etc. then it is something the devs need to fix

In this window, you can gradually monitor each tab and track exactly what is disabled or crashes when the game is turned on, the disabled will be gray. You can Google how to use the program better, you can also track viruses and exploits through it, depending on what turns on and so on, I hope i helped you at least a little bit.

Unfortunately it's not always the case and chances are that support needs to be reached out to with a potential account/character recovery.

Well, in-game support is worthless. They can't help me and suggest to try each server and that's it. While I explained my character is on right server because I can add that one to my new character I made during logging because it forced me to, thought that was needed.
