During the transfer you did. YOU
YES YOU. **YOU **enter a **email account **and receive a code from PWG. **THAT email **is used to create a NEW PWG Account where all your data is transferred from your OLD level infinite account to THAT EMAIL
SO after patch, when YOU login, click on the first option with the PWG icon "login with Email". Enter your THAT EMAIL account into it, to login. NOT your google login or whatever facebook or steam login

Still not receiving code? Check your email inbox to see if you have past PWG email sent to you when you did transfer. If you don't, congrats you are in the wrong email account.

hi, asking for a friend, when doing the transfer they logged into pwg with their steam account and then transferred - they had no prompt to enter an email at the time, which is proving to be an issue now that they're trying to log into tof again. does anyone have any ideas?

Have the exact same issue, I have a PWG ID, but no binding to any mail address, so Steam only. But now I got a new PWG ID during the in-game login which is not matching the ID from the transfer...

yeah that's the issue, their ID isn't matching either, so there's no way for them to log in right now into that account with the same ID as the transferred profile
I have the issue where my character just isnāt anywhere when I have the same transfer id and I know what my sever is but when I go in that server it appears as if Iām staring a new character

if you do that, you will be on the wrong account. login using the PWG email address your used during the transfer

Because they logged in via steam, they didn't have to, it logged them in through that, so no verification code was needed. It wasn't clear that they had to use an email address as it offered multiple ways to log in

Only that it may be a false positive. It was suggested to send the file to Microsoft to verify. Even if it is a false positive, I'm not sure if we can bypass the block as I haven't tried yet.

When we should transfer data to pwg acc we should log in in level infinite acc first, i can receive code's from this company, but when i try to log in perfect world games acc i can't get code on the same email lol

ok. i think if the PWG ID matches in the transfer webpage and in the Account Center, then it should be the right account. but it may not have transferred yet. some people are getting their accounts transferred slower than others :c hold off on this now and i'll keep looking for answers

on the transfer webpage, you can go through the authorization again and it will say "unlink" instead of link or something like that. there, your UID for LI will show too and hopefully you'd have saved your LI UID for your correct account. if the LI UID of the account you want to transfer is the right one,, then you're good to go!

did you authorize the transfer to your yandex email? if so, try to unlink the transfer from that email address and relink to a new one. but if it let you get a code to yandex before when you authorized then that's odd it won't now
it's at the end of the transfer page. but it might be different now that it's transfer day. it's worth checking though

Say, one of my friend said his UID number is mismatched with the one he got when transferring the account.
I told him that he login on a wrong account.
Apparently he login using his google account, the same google account with the e-mail address he used to transfer.
When he logout and login using the e-mail he said it is still mismatched.
Is contacting support the only thing he could do for now?

they made this game very hard to even start u have to look tho 40 some server just to find your character and there mite be a chance it was straight up deleted

so I deleted it to unbind it

when you get the prompt to say you need to get parental consent, thereās a box on the screen to input your parentās email address. they need to check that email for the form, and send the form back to the email address that sent the form

my game downloaded all the files, etc, then i launch the game, has a couple loading screens/titles, loads to 100% on the tof thing then i get sent to a black screen. tried doing all of the 3 options here and i got no luck and still the same results. should i do a hard uninstall to maybe see if it works? thank you for your help and please take your time. account transfer is fine here but just trying to launch the game is an issue

then you can login using your facebook account

if you've logged in with the "Login with EMAIL" option, and if the PWG ID on transfer page and Account Center settings PWG ID are the same, and you're choosing the correct server in the correct region, and you've tried logging into all the servers in your region just in case, scrolling down the entire list, and NONE of that works. the best thing you can do is wait.

I made a new toon when forced to when logged on my server. My old character is right there, can inv her as friend with my new made toon. So all our characters are there just not bound to our accounts for some reason while the transfer page says so.
