I found a work around, if you CRTL-ALT-DEL you can go to Task Manager and then have access to your desktop.

1) Do not copy-pasta email details.
2) Use EMAIL login type, not OAUTH type (Google, Apple and etc).

After second try I got access to my account.

When I did OAuth login - I created NEW account for EXISTED GMAIL.

Feels like login type works in diff way.

After I logged into game with same gmail on same server, there was no data and not the matching ID wich is on perfect world. When I wanna try to link my data new again it only says I need an perfect world account but I already have one. i am so confused right now. Would be nice to get some help thx

I log in through Google; didn’t realize you weren’t supposed to do that as there was no warning in the game

So I generated a new account and I think I accidentally linked it to my email that I used for the server transfer. I then tried deleting that account but logging back in just makes another new account. Do I need to contact customer support to get my old account back (is that even possible)? I have access to the support through the game but is email better?

as far as i know, there isn't a way to unbind. some people are deciding to delete the level 1 account that their google login is bound to. you have to be very certain that you're deleting the lvl1 account though.

afterward, you should be able to re-link right away or after 7 days

Theres an issue rn where choosing to login with the gmail option doesnt log into the account synced to pwg.
The stop gap I(maybe others too) found was to: settings > basic > account center > switch > load screen > other login methods > sign in with email > type the email used for the pwg synced account > plus points if you remember which/what servers/characters you have
