Cant enter the game with my only character on the Alintheus server since yesterday at 21:00 GMT+1
Other servers work fine as the opening sequence with Frigg comes up right away while Alintheus server only works on alts.
Tried repairing and using my phone but none of that worked. A mate from a different country managed to log in just fine though.
How do I fix this? Currently reinstalling the game but not very hopefull it will work.

The following is the info on how my problem happened and how to fix it if it happens to you the same way:

-When you get to the welcome screen where you choose a server, you will be able to enter every server other than your main one.
If you try entering your main the game will freeze. This is most likely because someone sent you a chat nuke ingame via Whisper/DMs option.

-You can find your logs by using win+r > %localappdata%\Hotta\Saved\Logs
Hotta.log is the latest one. It might show as a text file for you. Someone more knowledgeable than me can check the file to see if you have the problem.
To fix the problem delete Hotta/Saved/SavedChat directory. You can delete everything the Saved directory if needed except the config file so you dont need to setup your settings again.

So if there is anyone who can’t log in, with social or Apple, hopefully you have your account linked with level infinite still. I did and I was able to log in that way. I still have my LI account set up for transfer when that happens, but you can still log in with LI for now if your account has come up missing. If you didn’t have it linked, not sure if that will work. But at least this is a start. Hope it helps

did you bind it before or after the problem?
if you bind it before the problem, the LI account should point to the right account, if it is not then contact support.
if you bind it yourself after the problem, then you bound the empty account your ios currently pointing to into your LI account I guess. !ml just means that Windows used a machine learning algorithm to flag the file as a Trojan. So it could very well be a false positive. If you wish to be on the safe side then I’d recommend to submit this in Microsoft’s forums and the read as a false positive. It’ll at least get a human to review the case.

The link leading to the download has always existed in ToF’s launcher and web services. It’s been there since the beginning of the game and Level Infinite has been using it to connect to Hotta’s stuff.

That just mean Level Infinite no longer open up the servers. Go to Perfect World Game website to Re-Install launcher, BUT AFTER DELETING your old launcher. Old Launcher are from Level Infinite. Get launcher through Perfect World Game website

understand my point, the game is not as its best state in terms of players, they do a change in publisher make the game off for almost 2 days, without counting the players lost that dont know about transfer, imagine people caring for the game and expecting to be getting better with this new publisher and having trouble installing/unistalling and installing again just to get to the same old game
