it feels like if im in the menu, then quite literally everything is being rendered and at a higher res

At a higher res is actually 'possibly' true. Whenever DLSS is enabled {if you're on an RTX Series NVidia card, on by default-}, it's not applied to UI elements, including the inventory page and its rendered character portrait within it.
Or rather, the menu systems are exempt from upscaling.

Don't get me wrong, this is a valid observation {the optimization front -- with the embedded browser, menus, inventory system, and all forms of UI overlap that take place}. Best that I'd recommend is to point out these issues during ingame surveys, and in filing #932914069395091456 .
i mean the world textures, not the menu. For example Id have the same idle performance in both domain 9 and vera. But my gpu load and temperatures are signifcantly higher if i open up the menu in domain 9 as opposed to vera
which is consistent with what im observing, since domain 9's world is much larger than vera (the desert and miasmiac swamp region)
Hi, can i get some help from the support? the game keeps crashing after 1 ~ 2 minutes logged into the game, playing on iPad. Is there any fix for this? also tried lowering every graphical setting and didn't help.
There's a lot less that we can recommend trying on the mobile side of things {and you'll probably have better luck contacting the ingame support directly -- see #game-support }. That said, which variant of the iPad are you running on specifically?
Assuming the crashes are abrupt game closures? [dropped to home screen]
it's an iPad 10th gen, and it indeed crashes to the home screen after a certain short period of time
To clarify on contacting the ingame support, any of those methods would suffice detailed in that channel. Don't mean to imply that you need to race in the client itself when it's closing, unless the client is stable before log-in.
4GB {RAM} model? 1-2 minutes isn't sufficient time for the tablet to really heat up, yet is the behavior the same if power management is engaged and performance constrained?

Oh yes, you're correct on everything. All new PC, nothing added, all new Internet equipment, correct on everything you assumed from my description. I'll also add, that my wife can not stay connected on her machine either. Same internet, but obviously different PC all together. We have Alienwares that run killer software, and ive had an issue with that when Valhiem first came out. Took some trouble shooting but my lady (family tech support lol) is very good with computers fixed it as she often does, but can't understand what the issue is here either. We are just glad we never put any money into this game. I also remeber when this game first came to the west, i had huge graphical issues aswell as crashing. The community chat in game helped me learn that there was a DLSS issue and to change that setting. It helped massively. That the way i got about 40 hours in. Set the game aside for years, and now it doesnt work again. The ingame community is about 50/50 when i talk to them about who has constant DC issues. They claimed their issues started when a server merge took place. I also read some things online, claiming this merge caused a congestion that kicks people a lot. Seems likely because, when i'm playing, i can NEVER enter a door or anything that needs a loading screen on the first try. It will always say "failed to join server" i think it was. So i will keep trying the door over and over, and sometimes it will go through and other times it kicks me back to the title screen. But, getting into the game is NEVER an issue, just cant play much or at all when i get in. I've been coming back from maybe month to month for the past 3-4 trying to play, hoping it will work some day.

I've not used Killer's products since Bigfoot Network's K1 before the acquisition, yet most of the features are no longer offloaded through a Linux install on the network-card, and implemented instead ontop of the OS through software layers. The Killer Software Suite (at least last that I'd read up on this topic), carries a custom firewall and traffic shaper {bandwidth prioritization for games and VoIP software}. While I've never personally tested the game with the Killer Suite, I have encountered LSP's that do cause connection issues. Mostly curious if there's any device that's been tested that lacks the Killer Suite.

AFAIK, ctrl is to let go when climbing while L is diving but only work at Innar grand sea, to access innar under water from the sea portion.

Logout from launcher and close it, make sure it is not running at background.
Find and delete content of these folders :

At launcher, use top right menu -> system, set direct depend on gpu model. If support dlss / raytracing, choose dx12, else dx11.
Start the game, set display - post processing to low. Will need to find your character at server selection and set all in game setting again.

yes the shield is one of the strongest active skills in the event, you can still win with any skill if you know how to play. the person with shield skill will have it on almost 1 minute cooldown after using it

That does indeed sound like a bad experience. Unfortunately, Tower of Fantasy "Global" is only offered on PC (Windows) and Mobile (iOS / Android) platforms. There is no PlayStation client offered for the Global release of the game.

Apologies for the response being in English here {as I don't speak your language}. Most of the time the error that you've shown on launching the game implies that the game's installation is corrupt or damaged.
Damage could be caused by an AntiVirus or other security software interaction, hardware fault, or just some random / unfortunate fluke occurrence. Have you attempted to perform a verification of the game's files (a "repair") through the launcher already? {or alternately a reinstallation of the game}

Since you already did an uninstall and reinstall and you're getting errors when attempting a repair. How certain are you that the disk-drive the game is installed to is in good health?

If you have a secondary disk-drive that you can try installing the game to, this might be another good diagnostic attempt.
My pc came from a repair and it's just getting errors, it has a zip folder that you can't delete and I think that's what's not letting the game open!
If a file can't be accessed and if that file is within the game folder, that may well be the problem. I'm a bit weary of trying to explain how to use SysInternals Process Explorer to find which program is holding that file open with just the help of DeepL (machine translation), yet we can try if you'd like.

Fantastic. Hopefully the error that you've been facing is also related to the integrity of the game. If it's not, I won't be much help on quest related issues -- the ingame support team (ticket system) will likely be more aid in that respect if there's indeed some quest related bug that's blocking progression.
For anything account-recovery you'd need to #game-support . That said, most of the time these cases of an account being reset to zero are not being on the correct account, or region / server.
Especially in the case of something like "Google" as your sign-in method, make sure that you've tried both logging in with gmail (plain old email) and also "Google" the external sign-in provider (Google Icon at the bottom of the login screen). It may also help to try any other sign-in provider that you might've linked.
If the NPC is just straight up missing. "Hopefully" asset corruption on the client-side is the cause. If it's not, you'll also want to followup with the ingame support team.
It's just that I saw on the net that there are other people with the same problem and it was with some updates that this happened, but yes I will contact the support system in the game, thank you for your attention! 🥰

Hi, how do I get in contact with Tower of Fantasy Live chat support? I followed the #game-support and it's completely different to how it shows there. I noticed someone took my name on Tower of Fantasy and mine has been changed with a "#a" at the end of it.
There isn't a live chat support. Your name was taken a long time ago when they merged the servers together. Whomever created their character on the server with the earlier existence keeps the original name, everyone else got a #a suffix added and a free name change.
Can't believe this... Considering I've been signed up since Day 1. Appreciate the response. Just very disappointed since I now have to change my name in the game.

Touch a person 3 times with the bomb in the event and still lose because the event is coded with the ass... really stop the events, when you don't know how to do your job you ask competent people
If your wanderer render setting is too low that can make the bombs bug visually. Like if set to 5 then 6 people are invisible for you and if you run into them with bomb it gets transfered but the bomb will still show on top of your head
Same happens if player that you havent rendered gives you bomb then you do not see the bomb on your head, you just get stunned for 1second when you get the bomb
Setting wanderer amount to 11+ would fix most of the problems
if that happened again :
- restart modem / router so isp can refresh your ip.
- set dns at network adapter setting to 8.8.8.8 / 1.1.1.1 ( google / cloudflare )
- open cmd with run as administrator and type

Okay, maybe this will help me. This is the SECOND time in a row I've had a download problem. The traffic doesn't change, putting on stop or rebooting resets everything and starts downloading up to 2GB. After that the download stops, the speed doesn't change, but it doesn't show the download rate. I have fast internet, 500Mbps. Updates are also all in place, with packages all in order, reinstalled the launcher, logged in/out of the account. Maybe someone had similar problems?

If you do, it's an alternate way to acquire and patch the game through an entirely different set of update-servers with different routing characteristics. You may find that you get better speed through Valve's CDN, and less issues / download stalls.

The Steam client is very mature and has fantastic resume support as well in the case that the download gets interrupted for whatever reason.
Just as a little forewarning to prevent potential issues: When you start the launcher through Steam, clicking on the Steam Icon (for sign-in) will instantly log-in via your Steam account with no further prompts. If you wish to use Steam as a sign-in provider, make sure that you first sign-in via your current method, then bind your Steam account- {via the launcher's account-center}
Hi there, is there any other way to fix the blackscreen? tried to launch the game, and few sec later the game is gone. I have tried installing the driver, installing the tof-client launcher (originally using steam), deleting hotta file etc.
for some context, this bug happens when I am using my steam deck (windows) . I can play normally using my pc. This happens on patch 3.2 I believe.
Is the game insalled at removeable disk or extra micro sd ? Heard it is not that stable and better to be put at steam deck own hard drive.

If still black screen, open windows event and find timestamp realted to the game launched. Windows log -> application or system.
There should be error / warning message there if a driver or something causing black screen.

not usre if 3.2 update make the anti cheat able to detect window on steam deck and make the game unplayable, but usually if the anticheat is the one reacting, should not cause black screen.

Solved: Broken driver install with dysfunctional OpenCL. We managed to get game starting via an Amernime 23.9.1 install on the Deck following a wipe of display drivers with DDU.

So i noticed something, the exploration side missions random NPC give, like defeating certain monsters for a Joltville Guard. I cannot find the mission to track them in my list or in the Missions Menu under the Terminal of the game menu. Will this be added so we can complete them or should i accept and keep wondering how to complete them. I took on me around 5 of those missions in D9. And for some reason. When i selected Side Missions, they did not get listed there.

those random gathering mission will be deleted if not completed by the end of the week.
since every week, there will be different gathering missions.
for pointer on where to kill the monsters, actually it is marked at world map. But due to how world map being colored, it's hard to find the little blue circle which represent the location.
best bet is to memorize where are the monsters clumped or if mini boss, upgrade the statue or use interactive map.
Are you playing on device ? Specially ios like ipad / iphone ? Since those devices have hard time accessing large world map and will crash.

I play on my 12+3gb ram snapdragon 7+ gen2 but why does it still laggy? Should I play on pc? I have 8+8gb ram for pc
lag or fps issue ? if lag, you will suffer lots of rubber banding, i.e being moved to your earlier position or after telporting, take a while to load hp bar + ability to attack.
if fps, might want to change device display if available. Like from UHD to HD or 1080, etc. Better if there's option for certain app display choice.
Is there any specific settings that could make the game much smoother? Like maybe shadow settings or anything else?

its interesting that the game is not even starting but to hold this short I suggest to wipe the configs (which were not removed after u uninstall the game)
95% of the time it fixed such issues
we just delete some files so it generates default config after starting the game
u will just lose the settings like volume, camera, controls and so on but this should not be a big issue for u to change it again

This depends completely on the hardware and configuration... Here, in case you haven't seen the minimum requirements yet (I know there are no standards but you might get a good direction with this)
I've seen players with GT 7XX-1XXX generation who can play with extreme on 60 fps without any problems... but I've also seen players with new RTX who have fps drops. You can check on yt benchmarks of the game but just because the video shows for a certain gpu = X fps, doesn't mean it will also be for u 🙂
I would say from Nvidia 900 series to 10 series are a good middle point where u dont have any issues with desired generation of cpu, ram, ...
do you have any other anti cheat running at background ? maybe from games like valorant, league of legend , fortnite ?

Crashing due too many teleport is normal.... yes, normal, this game is not optimized enough for that.
If the crash wasn't related to the loading process ( entering instance, teleport ), might want to delete your shader cache : #technical-help message
Also depend on your connection bandwith, might want to lower amount of rendered player. Test it against famous world boss fight, see how many players rendered before things start to get very laggy.
Personally, won't recommend extreme setting except view range, you will make things harder for yourself.
Your screen will be filled with so many effects and no way to spot enemy attack.
Or when gathering, those grass will prevent you from finding the herbs / plants / other resource.

yea, don't think you only get 30 fps xD - some players also think you need higher specs because of old bugs and performance issues but nowadays it runs smoother (not perfectly optimised, but good enough)

Far as the idea that GespenstMkI had of seeking out corruption -- that's the correct train of thought here. Most of the instances of this that I've seen thus far are damaged Windows installs. Usually DISM and sfc are not sufficient to remedy the situation unfortunately.
A reinstall of Windows (upgrade install) of Windows ontop of Windows "usually" works in cases like this.

If on WIFI / no quota concerns, and a fast connection. Honestly I'd suggest going straight for a reinstall. Since otherwise if that doesn't work, you might need to get in touch with Customer Support to report an issue that started with that Carrier's OTA update.

I see that you mentioned DLSS. Is there some reason that you believe DLSS is the cause here? Any detail / anything you've seen might be relevant.

The codes you're viewing on this Discord are for Tower of Fantasy "Global". Tower of Fantasy Global is for the PC [Windows] and Mobile [iOS / Android] platform, with no PlayStation Client.
The PlayStation version is entirely seperate, with its own social media, Discord, and web presences. It's a separate game effectively, with its own codes.

In your case, you should use the android to bind your google to apple login, not the other way around.
Because what were you doing is creating A NEW ACCOUNT using apple login and then try to bind said account to your old google account.
If you don't want to redownload on android, just download TOF official launcher at TOF website and installed it at your PC. No need to download the game, just do the account binding process via pc launcher.
Login at pc launcher with your google account and then choose account menu at top right launcher window to start bind process.
A bit of warning : this game requires heavy resource on device, if your ios device only have 3-4 GB RAM, most likely you will have lots of crashes and unable to continue playing once the game expanded further.
What was your original login ? The basic launcher or steam ?

Hi! I am new in ToF and I am playing on PS5. I am with an issue that doesnt allow me to get inside Ruin A-01. I had to leave because irl stuff and when I tried to enter the ruin again there is not a way at all for me to do it. The is no button that allows me this and this is a mission from the story , around level 10-15. I already tried unstuck but didnt do anything. I tried to reset the mission and dont fix the issue either. At this point I send a support ticket asking to delete my account because there is not a single way that allows me to continue. Is someone familiar with this problem that has an idea if I will run with this again? It just feels so bad to be stuck like this.

if your ipad model only have 3 GB RAM or 4 GB.... you won't be able to play using that device for long. The game already require large resource, and will require more as more content implemented. Domain9 map will cause lots of crash.

You'll need a new device for this game, 3 GB RAM won't be useful.
Current version require large resource, specially when playing at large map like Innar or domain9.
Don't actually have much experience with x86 Chromebooks in the game. It'll be relatively hit or miss, though I have managed to run the game on FydeOS on low powered Ryzen APU's. Ultimately it'll boil down to driver support for that HD 500.
Bear in mind that ChromeOS is technically not Android, even if it's Android compatible -- it'll be an unsupported platform.

Like with Mobile devices, you're more or less at the mercy of the distro's patches for hardware support. Without going in depth and custom building a kernel.
Repeat binding means that the sign-in method in question already has a "game-account" associated with it. Or, that you've signed into the game and launched the game during a sign-in on that account at some point in the past. [doing this creates and associates a 'new game account']
If that's an accident and you really want access to that method, the best bet would be to #game-support and explain the situation / what you're trying to do. In the case that the account is 'empty' (no characters associated), they might be able to assist you with getting it properly bound.

the current recommendation for disk space on device without game file :
- 16 GB for game files (for current patch )
- 5 GB when the game operating
- 16 GB when the game is patching ( the files are downloaded 1st before extraction and deletion of downloaded files )
can only recommend to keep making space while restarting device to retry the process again.
Bit of advice considering you are on iphone 14 with bionic chip, while the RAM is 6 GB, might get lots of crashes at larger map like innar or domain9.
The game require lots of resource and most likely unplayable at your device in another patch or 2 which will enlarge domain9 map.

I have many JRPG games downloaded via Epic Game Launcher. This is how I discovered the games and I intend to keep them in my Epic Game Library for "Time Played" & other achievements. I usually load the game, then check Task Manager to see which exe (sometimes it's the actual game, sometimes it's the JRPG game's launcher) is running from the game's folder. Games like: Genshin Impact, Honkai Impact 3rd, Honkai Star Rail, Snowbreak Containment. I then find the exe file and create a shortcut in my desktop. As long as I have Epic Game Launcher running... I can successively kick-start each JRPG's launcher to see if they require to auto-update/download. These JRPG's frequently have new updates in the gigabytes so it's nice to kickstart several of their launchers and leave them all updating.
NB: in comparison to not using desktop shortcuts, I would have to start the game via Epic Launcher. Upon starting the game via Epic... Epic Launcher minimizes (it takes some time to minimize)... then I have to restore Epic Launcher, which is a nuisance.
All those above JRPG games I mention are Epic-versions and can be launched from a desktop short-cut I manually created.
However, Tower of Fantasy doesn't like this. It complains and tells me I MUST start the game from Epic Launcher.
One possible reason for that prompt is age-verification on the account. e.g, if your account is flagged as being under-age.
This is probably one of those things that you'll want to #game-support {open a ticket on}, just incase and to have the account inspected / make sure that's not the case. I notice that you're a relatively new user on here, have you ever been able to chat on that account without restrictions?
Haven't tested with Tower of Fantasy, yet does EGS' built in "Create a Shortcut" option work? To my understanding you're attempting to create a shortcut to the Tower of Fantasy launcher directly from the installation folder.
e.g, ripped from Epic's Support pages:

My game keep freezing and stutters a lot that always ended with crashing whenever i tried to click/preview/use Rubilia simulacrum. (This crashing issue never happened to me before Fei Se update btw)
Any other Simulacra is fine, it just Rubilia that keep crashing my game (I need Rubilia avatar when I try to capture some grayspace mobs)

I wouldn't say that you should be worried persay, however if errors start spontaneously that didn't exist before / immediately following a game crash- often the cause tends to be corruption of some sort.
It'd be a good idea to inspect your drive's S.M.A.R.T. records with something like "Crystal Disk Info": https://crystalmark.info/en/software/crystaldiskinfo/
Also to check the Windows Event Viewer (System section) for any disk related warnings. If there's any warnings reported for the drive, then it'd be time to start worrying.

Certainly we can at least see if there's some engine logs, or some leads to rule out if it's anything serious.
That said, pushing max settings usually wouldn't cause a crash in and of itself {unless on Intel Graphics}. Even if beyond what a machine can handle well.

I just downloaded on PC and got to the wanderer selection/naming screen. I’ve tried a ton of different name combinations, and I always get “Server not available” with one exception - one name says it’s already taken. Any ideas? Internet connection is fine, and I’ve tried selecting a different server within NA cluster.
oof if ur talking about naming a wanderer if someone else in the server e.g Ur in a na server and u wanna call them hero. If someone else in the same server has the name hero then that name is unavailable I think so I could be wrong

try to hard reset the client 1st, delete content of these folder :

then at game launcher -> top right menu -> system -> set dx12.
will need to find your character at server selection and set every in game setting again, also make sure the gpu driver is up to date.
Try with the game at 30/60 fps and all setting to low with raytracing low/off, full screen then alt tab out and return, check if it still blurring.
Looks like you're running on Adrenaline 23.8.2 distributed via Windows Update (from the Windows Driver Store / Repo), based on that version number. Ever used "DDU" (Display Driver Unininstaller) in the past?
Initial recommendation would be to try purging your drivers, then installing the latest drivers straight from AMD's site. {I've seen WUA [Windows Update] maintained drivers get into weird states where symptoms like you're seeing occur}
The actual 'problem' could likely be mitigated by toggling "Disable Fullscreen Optimizations" under the properties (Windows Properties) of QRSL.exe in the game's distribution folder. However, what you're seeing shouldn't be happening to begin with.
-- There's two things that happen on a window reaching full size of the display {be that borderless or true fullscreen}. The OS bypasses the compositor [a direct game-mode of display presentation], and AMD's profile service engages "Freesync" if a monitor supports it.

Usually this happens if the launcher is left running for a very-long-time, or the system is slept with the launcher active {e.g, if you don't shut your machine down}. Closing the launcher completely tends to be all that it takes.
If that doesn't work, completely logging out, closing the launcher, re-opening it, then logging back in and re-starting the game.
Rarely, but sometimes, it's also necessary to flush the launcher and client's cache.
I found a gold nucleus on disctrict b when i got exploration for district c, please move it a tiny bit towards c so people know that its for c not b

Unless there's something wrong with the setting file under %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Hotta\ folder, it should just save setting normally on change. ( could be broken file permission or broken read only file attribute )
Logout from the game and launcher make sure launcher not running. Delete the whole content of %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Hotta\ folder. Files at that folder will be re-created, and hopefully this time with no permission or broken file attribute.
Launch the game game again, will need to find your character at server selection and set every setting again.

If you have purchase history, and you know the name of the characters that you poses coupled with the region you play on, it's likely possible to search for yourself ingame and recover your UID. That said, Customer Support "will" assist you if you have the login method {even if you don't know the account 'specifics'} and proof of purchases (transaction ID's or bank statement records).
Unless you're very early on in the game, I would still recommend trying to go this route -- albeit it does take some time in that responses from support may take a few days during investigation.
Could I ask what client you're using for trying that Facebook login? Given it won't permit you to change input account. Just to make sure that's not something on the client side we're dealing with here.
I do note that Gespenst already had you flush the Hotta folder, yet there might be a few more locations we can purge. The Hotta folder is for the client and not the launcher -- if you're explicitly being prompted for the wrong account (on each sign-in), that's likely more to do with the launcher (just going off the description).
-- It could also be browser cache related. {meaning that it'd be a good idea to flush all cache in whatever browser is being opened for the external sign-in from the launcher}
Technically yes, since that's not supposed to persist / be cached.
However it's also a bit more complicated as there's many different applications and systems involved in the web-based external logins. (at least on the PC client) Flushing all involved cache should un-stick things. Different browsers (such as Chrome), may behave appropriately if you're willing to set such as the default to be invoked by the launcher.

For account recovery, that's something that'll need support's assistance. (e.g, if you forgot the sign-in method that you've used)
That said, if you're using something like "Google". The most common thing that happens (especially if it's been a really long time) is forgetting if you signed in with the "external" Google sign-in method, or through the launcher form directly (Google as "gmail", or if you used email salting). -- Make sure you're trying every combination.
When I say the external sign-in method, I mean the Google Button at the bottom of the login fields prompt.

Yes, even early on the Google external login existed.
Some options were added later, such as Steam and Epic.

Another potential here if this was over a year, is if you played pre "Vera" (2.0).
It sounds like that's the case, so if you don't remember the desert-planet then your leave was before the changes to the account binding system went in-to place.
After Vera's release, the binding system was altered with the ability to unbind accounts 'removed' (for user-safety). This made cases of account theft much more difficult in that the only way afterwards to unbind a sign-in method was to go through customer support.
Either way, that's not saying this is the case -- yet it's a possibility. Support will assist in that instance if you can provide them the needed info just the same. (be this account recovery, or just needing the sign-in details returned)

Sadly there is not, yet support would be able to provide you the sign-in method associated based on the username / UID. (after proof of ownership)

Far as ccleaner goes, does ccleaner display the browser that you're using? Some obscure custom browsers do not have ccleaner entries.

Well, one thing that's changed significantly since you've left is that each region has had all of its worlds "merged".
The server selection still exists to some extent, yet in the game itself (after sign-in), that's one unified world so to speak.
From this context if you're searching for yourself ingame and you have any idea what your character name was. This will be quite easy even if you don't remember the world you came from.

This is delving more into the general gameplay topics, so it'll be something you'll want to ask in appropriate channels {also under the help-center}. During the prologue / introduction to avoid making a mistake though, you'll encounter a section of the game where a male and female character are dodging an attack from a monster. Make sure that you choose the appropriate of these characters as your basis.
Actual customization comes later in the game, and you'll be presented an opportunity as you advance the story.

Correct, you can customize your character to create a preset before this point -- from the character creator in the menu before signing in completely.
However, you won't be able to load those presets until later on into the game's introduction.

Correct, in the case of iOS you'll need to associate {bind} another sign-in method.
For mobile clients, this is something that you can do whilest ingame on your other device from Settings -> Compliance. Or, if from the launcher on a PC client, you may do so from the "Account Center" -- before entering the game.
If it's a new account, same deal-- a game-account can be associated to multiple sign-in methods.
e.g, you can have Google and an Apple ID concurrently associated with one game-account, to use either login method across two or more devices.

In jist, you (presumably) have some other device that you play the game from already, and you want to access that account from a new Apple Phone or Tablet.
First you need to access your account how you have been before that device was acquired. So, for example -- let's take the PC Client here as that's the most common case:
Log in via the launcher using your Google sign-in method. After that's done, from the main launcher dialog 'before' clicking to launch the game, you'll note that your sign-in method's user-name is displayed in the upper right corner next to what looks like a downward facing arrow. Clicking on that arrow {or the name next to it} will expand a drop-down menu, and under this menu, there's an option labeled "Account Center".
From the Account Center, click over to the "Bind Account" tab. Under here, one of the options listed will be "Apple". So assuming that you want to bind your Apple ID, click on the bind button to the right of it. Complete signing in to your Apple ID, and it shall (hopefully) be associated to your account.
-- With the new sign-in method associated, using that sign-in method from your iOS device will access the same game-account. e.g, it'll function as if you signed in via Google.
I say hopefully, in that this only applies so long as you've not signed in via an Apple ID already on the iOS device. If you have launched the game already on that ID, then the ID will already be associated with a new game-account.
^ If that's the case, you'd need to either bind a different sign-in method that's accessible from iOS, 'or' #game-support and explain the situation -- asking assistance in binding your Apple ID.

Android Client can use the Google sign-in that you already use, yes.
iOS is an edge case where the sign-in methods aren't mutually usable far as mobile goes. Yet you can work around that by having two different sign-in methods.

Tower of Fantasy "Global" has PC [Windows] and Mobile [iOS / Android] clients. Tower of Fantasy for PlayStation is an entirely different game with separate social media, website, servers, and respective game presence / publishing.
You'll have more luck asking PlayStation specific questions in the respective Discord for the PlayStation variant of the game. You're welcome to remain here of course, yet those players from Global are less likely to have knowledge of the PlayStation version of the game.

if the 90% resulted in manual close via task manager rather the game auto close, that could indicate connection problem.
if have to force close via task manager :
- restart modem / router
- change dns at windows network adapter to 1.1.1.1 / 8.8.8.8
- open cmd with run as administrator and type
ipconfig /flushdns
if force close / crashed to desktop :
- delete content of these folders :
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Hotta
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\tof_launcher

- start the game normally again, at launcher go to top right menu -> system -> set directx to 12 and then start the game, will need to find your character at server selection and set every setting in game again.
if you're still crashed to desktop , go to %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Hotta\Saved\Crashes folder, if there's crash report generated, dm it to mod @radiant edge . Could be anything like driver failure, storage failure, or os require repair.

My girlfriend jus looked it up (i couldn't find anything) and said that accounts not used in a certain amount of time get deleted to "Save server space" tsk. I want my friggin stuff back! While we on the Discord side of things don't have the ability to handle account related issues (this is something that'd need the ingame support team to launch an investigation), let me review your post history to try to get an understanding of when you last played.
The most important thing here is the account age. Back whenever Vera (version 2.0) released in the game, the account binding system was changed for the sake of user-safety. The automated method to unbind accounts (either under compliance or the account center) was removed entirely, mandating going through support for any request to perform an unbinding. e.g, if you played "post-Vera", the odds of account theft {rebinding} are much less likely here.

Vera launched more towards the end of the year in 2022. Doesn't mean that this is what happened, just means that rebinding is a possibility -- details like the last sign-in time are important to mention whenever you ultimately #game-support -- to give them a timeline of events.
The most common culprit is still as Aria indicated just not exactly recalling the login details / the method that you used to access the game. In the case of Google especially make sure that you're trying 'both' the Google Icon at the bottom {external sign-in provider} in addition to gmail (as plain old email). Since you've mentioned having bound the account already, please also try every other method of signing in that you might've bound if you've not already done so.
Rest assured that Customer Support will assist in both cases of account recovery or locating of proper sign-in credentials (the method and account used). Note that you will need to prove ownership during this process, so it would be a good idea to preemptively dig through your bank statements and find any special currency reloads that you've done. Support will let you know what they need as you proceed.

All connections from the game are outbound. Normally an exception shouldn't be needed unless you're using some third-party software firewall beyond Windows Firewall, and or have an advanced firewall that does more than blocking inbound traffic. {I've seen a few cases with an AV's "web-filtering" also can interfere}
Anyway, per the portion that you're concerned with, that'd originate from QRSL.exe.
In that case you're a pre-Vera player, so an unbinding is technically possible. {Still uncommon though}
If you're unable to locate a sign-in method that works, unfortunately you'll need to contact support. The key distinction of being pre Vera is that there's a chance that your login methods used are correct.
Did you bind any new method of sign-in within the last two days?
Or, has the account always been that way?
In either scenario, you'll likely need to #game-support and have them check to see if there's an age related restriction on your account. If there is, they'll be able to assist you in getting that corrected.

You could try adding an exception for QRSL or completely disabling the AV services (in entirety), however, AVG isn't known to cause issues like you're seeing- so I doubt that's the case here. Issues would be more expected with COMODO or KiS {Kaspersky Internet Security}.
Gotcha, if it's on a fresh account and if you're uncertain / if there's a chance that it's always been that way -- the recommendation would be to open a chat with support and simply have them investigate. Sometimes whenever a new sign in method is bound, specifically Level Infinite Pass -- where a person mistakenly enters wrong age information -- what you're seeing can happen as well.

also do a disk clean up for windows directx12 cache via standard windows disk clean up.
then hard reset the game client by deleting content of thse folders :

before launching, make sure gpu driver is up to date.
test the game, will need to find your character at server selection and set every in game setting again.
since the game is re-creating shader cache again, it will take some time to enter the game after server selection, just wait and it should allow you to enter game rather crashed to desktop.
what's the fps setting you are using ? 60 ? mine is using gtx1650 and the worst drop is... 55-56 something, although with all low except view range and number of wanderer on screen is 7 max to prevent lag.
and the fps drop into what number ? somewhere below 100 ?

If an exception is already added, you could try a full folder exception in the AV or under other whitelist categories within the software {firewall explicit ones}. That said, since your messages prior I've gone ahead and re-tested AVG, finding the updated versions of AVG do not cause issues with the game.
-- As a last resort if you want to be completely certain it's not AVG, you could temporarily uninstall AVG from the system and re-test. Then-- reinstall AVG if there is no effect on the game.

Yes, the Steam launcher (when logged in via Steam) -- uses "Steam" for the distribution and integrity checking of the game's assets. e.g, the launcher does not do these tasks. When using the Standalone launcher, the launcher itself handles updating and acquiring of all of the game's assets.
Additionally, the Steam launcher can use Steam sign-in, whereas the Standalone cannot. The Steam rendition of the game can also make currency purchases via Steam-Wallet, which is not offered in Standalone.

During times that the ingame menu's are open, the background scenery in the game (your normal view with the menu closed) is still being rendered. The ingame menu's are additional work and drawn ontop -- which causes increased load when within menus vs otherwise.
Shader Compilation might indeed be the cause "if" this is something that you notice immediately after a driver update or game-update. However, the game's shaders should normally be cached by the drivers and the stutter thus drop over time.
I do notice that you have RTSS (RivaTuner Statistics Server) displayed in the upper left corner of the screen. Do you experience the same stutters if all D3D Injection / OSD's from third-party software is disabled / closed down prior to loading the game? In some cases, excess stuttering is caused by interactions of overlays with the engine.
-- Side note, RTSS shows CPU utilization at 100%. Is it that high during the drops?
The main reason that we're opposed to those Reddit threads {"optimization" ones}, is that the suggestions within them have a high tendancy to cause other more severe problems -- e.g, the engine to completely crash, especially within the new Domain 9 region and Vera.

77 is certainly warmer than I'd like for a 3060Ti. Also, what's the age of that card?
Age question is with respects to if the thermal paste has pumped out / dried out, basically. If the card is over 3+ years old, temps probably would be significantly improved at the same fan speeds with a re-paste.
Could you also let me know what your ambients are in the room?
If it's relatively new, and not a refurb, case internal temps, and ambients are 'low', then the main question would be what the fan RPM's are.
Since the 3060 Ti isn't a very power hungry card.
If the fan speeds are high, talking 70+%, something is likely wrong here with contact with the cooler.
Typically when a person says that the fan noise is bothering them, that means the card's fans are really going to be louder than the case's.
Also, one more thing I'd like to ask of you here. Could you provide the brand and exact make / model of that card?
(so that I can see the cooling solution it uses)
Just the same, a 3060 Ti would be capping out normally well under 200w in ToF.
Any AIB cooler that's not a blower, should be much lower in temps.
Gotcha, doesn't look like a ducted design. Dual fan.
In that case, check the RPM's / speed of the fans in RTSS. If the fanspeed is indeed high, and the temps are that high, and the cause isn't just prioritization of noise-levels over thermals. (e.g, if you can't get the temps down considerably with a custom fan ramp in Afterburner)
Then -- you probably (just based on the Winter Description, assuming the machine is well ventilated and the card isn't taking in recirculated air) have a contact issue with the cooler.
Normally speaking, with a card like that, I'd expect ToF temps to be 70c or less. That's even in a relatively warm room.
It's not enough to cause thermal throttling, so this isn't with respect to your stuttering problems, persay -- just with the concern on the temps. You may be correct that something is up there.
It's well within the operating limits, don't get me wrong. 77c for instance won't harm a card. The concern is mostly that you mentioned the fan speed bothering you, which implies the fan speed might be high.
Game is stored on an SSD, right? If they go away with a bit of gameplay, it might be that the OS is pulling in the pak files to disk cache, and subsequent cache hits are fast.
In principle, factory / stock fanramp from most AIB's will prioritize keeping noise low over temps. You'd mostly just need to take a look at what the fans are ramping up to and add this information to your RTSS overlay.
If the card's fanspeeds are low, let's say under 60%, then I wouldn't be too concerned as a whole.
Yet-- most people also don't really notice the sound of graphics cards when gaming until the fans go above 60%. {since the noise has to be loud enough to not be drowned out by the game music and SFX}

If you can acquire (borrow) another device, that'd be another way to go about that. Tethering a cellular connection is also something that you can do without violating any clauses of the user-agreement.

With an OEM copy of Windows, you probably have a license written somewhere on the computer (e.g, on a sticker). That license key can be used again on the same hardware for a reinstallation.
All that you'd need is a USB FlashDrive loaded with the Windows Install disk, and potentially a copy of any network drivers. Assuming the PC did not bundle a disk with these.
You might also have a recovery partition on the machine to 'factory reset' it.

If multiple devices behave the same, that makes it very unlikely that it's a software issue, basically.
If on the otherhand another device can upload a character profile no-problem, on the same connection, then that implies it's an issue on the software side.

Similarly though, far as the wipe goes. If a clean Windows install does not work with the game, then the assumption is that it's not on the system side of things.

For a wipe, yes. Minus if you had another drive that you can swap in.
Alternative would be installing a different disk drive that you do the installation to. If the same outcome is observed, you swap back the original.
