is There A Way To Delete My Tof Account?
Under the "Account Center", Basic Info tab, there's a portion at the bottom titled "Manage Account". In this area there's text that reads "Close Account", and when moused over -- a CLOSE button shows up.
That said, might I ask why you wish to close your account? Just to make sure this isn't something Customer Support can assist with -- given account closure is not an instant process, and takes time.

On the mobile side of things, I'm not certain where this is located actually. Was refering to the Account Center in the Windows Client's launcher.

every 80th pull is 50/50, basically you need to spam black and gold nuclues 1st to max SR.
every 1 red nucleus usage will earn you 1 flame gold, a duplicate after maxed SR will further grant you 1 flame gold, 10 if duplicate of maxed SSR.
you will need 120 flame gold to buy weapon from banner store, 120 flame gold can be achieved by 110 red nuclues usgae if you already maxed SR

- at in game set rendered amount of other player to 7, then test at boss fight , how many more can you load before start lagging, if you want to load more player

3GB RAM, yes, you will crash a lot at larger map.
if the ipad have developer mode, maybe you can do a work around : ( IIRC it require iso 16 ? )
- enable developer mode
- at setting or developer mode menu, find an option about increase buffer size, increase it to the max ( prob 16/32 ), but make sure you have enough storage to support this.
restart device and try again. If still crashing, find more menu :
- find activity saving or keep activity, disable it
- find limit background process and change to none
- also check auto run background app and turn them off

Oldest server got priority. So according to sort list from oldest to youngest, you're number 6......
But that country/region at account page does not represent server region. Not sure why it says Singapore.

the location where you stand does not matter. You just need to open the menu, terminal -> story -> domain9.
then access quest log and click begin domain9 quest.

Controllers need to expose an XInput interface to be supported by the standalone game-client. Whenever Playstation Controllers are Bluetooth paired [to a PC], they don't normally provide such as it looks like you've found out.
-- There's an official Sony USB Wireless Dongle for PC's (which handles the Bluetooth to joystick translation, a bit expensive), alternatively something like the "Magic-S Pro" [a third party controller dongle] would do the trick to avoid the need for special software on Windows. [to get the controller just-working in a plug and play fashion]
There's more options with wired connectivity, yet I'm assuming you're going for wireless here.

I'm a returning player, who played on the phone and now wanted to switch to pc.
When I opened the game on my phone, I saw the LI pass login. When I last played the game the login method was different.
If I try to log to the game via this LI pass thing on my phone with my mail that I used (I'm 100% sure it's the same one), the game says "Incorrect email adress format"
When I try to log in into LI pass with the same email adress on pc via the website it works, but creates an entirely new account instead of logging me to the old one.

keep increasing and test it at boss fight to figure what's the maximum possible before started to lag. ( skill not responding / cannot attack / weapon icon is wrong / etc )

In jist, you're trading image quality for higher rendering performance, and that checkbox reduces the target resolution of the game. {causes rendering at a lower resolution, and then upscales the image to the desktop / display resolution}
Like everything with display settings, if you don't observe a difference in visual fidelity or if the performance gain is subjectively worth it to you-- then keep it checked. However, it's worth pointing out that upscaling (of any kind) can induce some visual artifacts, especially in certain cutscenes.

this usually happened when you crashed / disconnected and then just relaunch from launcher without re-login at launcher.

TOF resource requirement is going higher, the device 3 GB RAM is not good enough for the game.
Unless you have developer mode there, you won't be able to play without crashing on larger map.
So I was finally able to save some overclock chips to get my final piece of the zeke matrices 4p set but when I picked the one I needed it gave me a piece I already have is there anyway to reverse this error so I can get the correct set I need as I spend close to 100 bucks just to get the 4 piece n now I only have 3 pieces
For any situation like this where you believe the cause was a 'bug', you'll want to #game-support and explain what happened / what you observed -- so that it can be investigated. Per the other part of the question, there's no system in the game that allows reversing matrices exchanges. [or any item exchanges for that matter in the shop]

Hey, I used to play a lot of ToF about a year ago, I decided to reinstall the game, but now I don't know what email I used for my main account. Is there any way I can check what email is linked?

must be some different thing since i tested that on 3 different account and cancelling has no effect on stats. Also that big atk difference cant be from cancelling , most likely someone on team using neme/coco in benediction in your party and your other stats also changed so likely that you actually accepted the change in stats or got titan rare stat which doesnt give save option and that changed the ele atk augment
I also have many receipts of purchased stuff, but the email the receipts were sent to is not the one used for the game
I am guessing your augment equipment had only one ele atk stat which wasnt volt and then you uagmented it again which changed the extra augment stat from volt to frost
you can contact customer support. only they can help if you have already tested all possible email, google or other possible different login methods. A lot of returning players mix google login and level infinite account since they can both use same gmail but are separate accounts

hey has anyone ever had the problem of their account data basically getting wiped? I've been playing since launch and around like 4-5 months ago i stopped because i ran out of storage space, but recently I had enough to start playing again. When I attempted to log in with the email I used for my account in the past (and I have emails proving i've used it), it has genuinely forgot my account existed. When I tried to log in, it said my account didnt exist, but when I went to reset my password that worked for some reason. When I reset my password, i logged in only to find that my entire account was wiped and I have nothing, including purchases I made on the account. I have emailed customer support but I want to know if there's any way I can fix this myself. I don't remember my old UID so I dont know how to get that data back. I was never notified of a ban of any type (and i dont think i couldve been banned considering i never used world chat or cheats)

Most of the time , this is server related issue, which will get resolved on its own after 2-3 days.
Alternative/temporary solution is to bind your account to something else like google and then play using google login. Or hard reset the client by deleting content of these folder :
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Hotta
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\tof_launcher\
If you delete the content, will need to find again your character at server selection and set all in game setting again.
The website already turned into that when the time limit was reached. ( around 10 days after patch 3.1 arrived )

Hello, have problem this enter in any server (have char on server Elypium). Recive message "Server connection failed", this problem occurse only on PC. On PS5 i can play, but dont realy want start from zero after some money spendings in PC version 😢. I am from Ukraine and maybe we just region blocked, but why i can play on PS5?

hi i cant get in to the game it loads up to 90% then it takes me back to the log in screen. ive tried clearing cache, restarted my device, reinstall it but it just didn't work. ive managed to get in the first time but my character has the default look so i restarted the game then the problem occured. can someone help? thank you

Hello i was playing tof recently and made a new clean installation of both windows same OS as i used before windows 10 pro and the game, for some reason when i launch the game it gives me a full black screen and close both in steam launcher and Hotta launcher.
all my drivers have been installed, no windows update left , i tried a lot of thing from google a few things that're pinned here but none seems to work.
weird because i used to play in my old installation but can't go back now, also i've all ready tried verify files and restart my pc a lot of times, and uninstall.

turns out i was missing a few optional tools from windows, "windows media player" and "media feature pack" ,download both and now don't get black screen anymore.

Tower of Fantasy "Global" does not include a Playstation Client, and is an entirely different release of the game, under a different publishing agreement, with separate operations. The game-codes listed on this Discord are explicitly for the global-release.

Removal of the game from Steam will not remove the game account that's associated. Steam Accounts behave similarly to other sign-in providers in that they're loosely associated.
That said, for safety sake you can simply "hide" the game from your library rather than full removal.

Just an alternative note, my issue ( which also similiar ) was tied to internet connection rather hardware.
Have to limit amount of rendered character and keep switching dns. Also set the game to use dx11 at launcher top right menu -> system.

Indeed, loading screen stalls don't have to be hardware, they can also be more on the connection side. Essentially either the client takes too long to load, at which point the server has given up on the connection (timeout), or the connection itself just times out.
[this is with respect to being silently dropped back to the server-select on login]

clear the game cache from setting -> app, not the game files, just cache.
If using wifi, restart the modem router so isp can give fresh ip. If the modem support internal dns setting and working ( isp is letting user set them ), use 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 ( google / cloudflare ) as dns.
if using mobile data, try to change to wifi or the other way around, from wifi to mobile data.
Go into game setting and reduce amount of rendered character to 7-8. Test the maximum by joining word boss battle for bandwith stress test.
Due to smart servants implementation, will need more bandwith if want to render more characters.

Usually those are signs of connection problem. If it something related to device specification, then it is hard to find solution.
Maybe you can check the amount of background program running or run on auto when device started, make sure all of them are off in case they have some telemetry function which can disturb connection or burdening the system RAM usage.
The problem is on tof side... when i loging successfully into the game after many attempts..n tried to join JO, i couldnt use any weapon n then tried to exit ...the loading screen stuck at 90% n sent me back to login
That second part of the description is interesting {as observed in JO being unable to use weapons}. This tends to imply that your problem is not the device and is instead connection oriented.

Since you're playing on mobile, that could even be at an Internet Cafe {or anywhere with a public hotspot} just to narrow things down.
It's interesting that it started specifically with a game update, yet I've also seen this reported in the past with various updates. [where it ultimately was connection oriented]

Would be more routing than bandwidth or latency here -- it's possible that both connections tested share some overlapping gateways in their path to the game servers. There's ways to test beyond just trying other ISP's, yet unfortunately not that we can recommend due to the user-agreement.

I've been playing on and off every now and again, but the main reason why I kind of stopped playing ToF was because of this annoying bug where whenever you'd open the window your screen would begin glitching and tearing with bright colors.

Hello i have a problem. I have been using google login with my game and i wanted to bind my email for faster login. But every time i entered verification code it gave me an error and the binding failed. Then i tried to login manually with my email instead of google login and it started the game with a completely new character. My google login account still exists. My question is can i close the level infinite pass account to try and bind it with my google login later or will closing the level infinite account also delete the google login account?

Didn't experience it. Although maybe what you experienced was lack of jetpack charge. Those wings require jetpack charge, if no charge unavailable, sometimes can become quite unresponsive after failing to use the wings.
But if that's not the cause, try to do a file repair via launcher, menu is below launch button.

i had an account that was made the day the game released, i try to log in and the character itself is gone.
i use gmail, had 2FA on, and used the direct login.
i don't really remember it's ID or username that well, i believe it was something like "minecraftismylike".

Hmm, if the account was binded to playstore ( and played via device ), you should be able to check at playstore -> user profile -> manage app and device
it was on the pc version, and i read somewhere about hackers "unbinding" accounts to their original gmail and then binding it to the hacker's gmail. (in reddit), don't know if i can trust it though.

Under impression that the game choose your onboard rather the amd one.
Try to disable the onboard one via device manager , restart pc and then at launcher window -> top right menu -> system -> set directx to 11.
Just in case there's a broken file somewhere, do a file repair at launcher, menu is bottom of launch button.

I'm a steam player, and right now I am doing story chapter 2.5.
The problem started when I had to get crows toolbox. I went to his place at banges dock, but when I got there, Crows NPC was missing. I used the spacerift next to the building, and when I came back he was there and gave me the tools. Then, for some reason, I was told to continue the main mission, going to vera, but when I tried to reactivate mission 2.5, in the memory folder stood „You haven't accepted any missions“ and the mission wasn't there. Ported to the closest spacerift already and also restarted the game but nothing works.
I always missed the details on how to do old quest which skipped due to fast forward implementation.

IIRC you need to be at asperia, then hit T -> there should be continue asperia quest at top right quest log.
If not available, try via terminal -> missions -> memories

If your terminal -> mission -> memories section bugged, yes. And have to report to support.
But usually this is gameplay problem due to fast forward implementation.

yeah, it was changed, back at 2.4, a player can just simply teleport to asperai and follow older quest which rendered as sub quest.
but at 3.0 it was changed, and 3.1 probably changed again. : /

Reduce the amount of rendered people.
- Restart the modem router
- set 1.1.1.1 / 8.8.8.8 as dns at network adapter setting
- open cmd with run as administrator and type ipconfig /flushdns
test with showing 5 people, if still good slowly rising it.

No, they need to choose at least other NA server to play at NA region.
Current condition is 1 region 1 interconnected server.
So if you play in glades and he is playing at polar ( another na region server ) for example, you'll be able to meet / interact / enter dungeon together.

Apologies for the delay, I've taken a look at your provided log and export with respect to those load-in times that you're experiencing. This probably won't help with the inability to attack as that tends to be more on the connection side of things, yet there may be multiple separate issues that you're facing in tandem.
Which graphics card are you using specifically? Since it looks like you're on older drivers there, yet raytracing options are presented -- meaning that should be DLSS capable hardware. {This is interesting}
Alternately if unknown, another way we could go about this is by collecting an msinfo export to delve a bit more into what you're running on hardware and drivers wise.
Despite that we understand the frustration here.
As stated prior, and per the user-agreement [Player Conduct, clauses {c} and {h} ]: Emulation, sandboxing, VT, {including any other / any phrasing thereof, of technologies under this umbrella} cannot be discussed, hinted at, or recommended to other players for the use of running Tower of Fantasy.

to remove it: server settings > integrations > channels followed
if you don’t have the perms in that server tho then you’ll have to ask whomever does
it’s just a discord feature that the server owner/perm holder opted in for manually

Although will recommend to check your device model RAM size, this game is no longer resource friendly to ios with low RAM like 3GB with no access to developer mode.

iPad Pro (12.9-inch) (4th generation) has 6GB of ram so would think it would be fine. My partner is on android and having the same issue. Looking around online there has been minimal suggestions on the issue. Thank you for you input, thinking might just need to delete the game and find something else to play at this point.

Emm, currently it is 1 region 1 interconnected server.
So as long as you and your friend is at same region, both of you can interact even if different server.
Just need to be under same region.

@hasty tide – There used to be an automated method from the Account Center to remove other login bindings that were made to a game-account. This system was removed back in 2.0 (the release of Vera) -- in order to better protect customers' game-accounts from theft, and the only method to do so now is through Customer Support.
If there’s a reason behind why you wish to remove the other bindings, such as for example if you’ve lost access to an email address or other social-media account – then under situations of this nature support would be able to assist you. -- We’d recommend that you #game-support and explain your circumstances essentially.
@polar gull – Most of the time all that’s needed to resolve “login status exception” type errors is to fully sign-out and sign back in.
e.g: Close the game client, sign out from the launcher, close the launcher completely (make sure that it’s not loaded in the system tray), re-start the launcher, sign back into your account, and then re-launch the game client.

@vernal jay – Could you describe what you mean by “laggy” here exactly? For instance, some people use ‘lag’ to describe network delay (delay in execution of skills or character movement) .. yet others may use it to depict low framerate, stutter, or choppiness of the game.
Since you mentioned having a high end PC, I’m assuming that you’re feeling something on the framerate side. Is that right?

Anyway, if you don't have access to the game-account, which it sounds like you don't. Do you have images of your characters that might contain UID, sales history (charging ingame special currency) -- bank records, or anything else of that nature that you can provide support?

Without details on the account {name, UID, server, timeframes}, and especially without the ability to prove ownership over it (if it's re-located), this will be difficult. If I were in your shoes I'd just elaborate that you cannot contact Customer Support "ingame" and make sure that they understand you do not have access to the account.
Provide everything that you can, and if they still cannot locate your characters at that point, there might not be much more you can do in a situation like this.
If the machine wasn't wiped, screenshots "might" still exist. They wouldn't be purged with removal of the game.

It would help, support could see where you're connecting from, and if you're still on the same Internet Provider in the same region, that's a datapoint that lines up.

Do you still have that laptop? If you do, you could open the machine and remove the drive to get at your files.

Just something to consider. If you can locate the machine, remove the drive, mount it on another PC -- you could check under "<drive letter>:\users\<username>\AppData\Local\Hotta", and see if you can dig up either logs or screenshots to recover your character name, world, and other associated details.
The system screenshot folder might also contain something if you used external tools.

@visual onyx – Is there any chance that you can reduce the system’s peak-volume {reduce master-volume a bit}, rather than purely using the ingame audio settings?
Understandably not ideal and may require adjusting the audio-settings in some other software on the machine.
@wraith flower – Which platform are you running the game under? There’s two possible causes for ejection, one being on the hardware side [client not being ready in-time] and the other being connection oriented.
When loading issues are map-specific {in the overworld}, it’s less likely to be connection caused. If you’re on the Windows Client, I’d definitely like to collect more info on your hardware w/ an engine log.
@frank island – Thanks for confirming you’re no longer having issues without any workarounds.
@silver flower – Windows Client? If it is, close the game, then try a factory-reset by wiping the contents of the following folder:

Other thought that comes to mind is that '15 fps' is typical for the minimum GSync range of displays, if you have a GSync or Freesync display, it'd be worth experimenting with disabling any form of adaptive sync and seeing if performance improves.
@north cloak – Similar to the recommendation above, try a factory-reset for the client.
If performance is still abysmally-low afterwards, feel free to shoot me a DM, since we'll probably will need to collect more details on your hardware and take a closer look at things. {I do note what you’re trying to point out in the Task Manager}

depend on your gpu model, the likes of rtx 20xx series or higher will need to set directx to 12 at launcher -> top right menu -> system , otherwise will need to set to directx 11

Because if simply stop loading at 90%, most of the time it is the isp being unstable :
- restart modem / router
- set 8.8.8.8 / 1.1.1.1 as dns at network adapter setting ( google / cloudflare )
- open cmd with run as administrator and type
ipconfig /flushdns
just complete logout and relogin via the launcher will fix it.
You need to do vera main quest until opening daily quest menu ( cross swords icon ).

Is that "white box" at the end of your video a "monitor" OSD / prompt stating signal loss? Does the machine ultimately recover, or does the display stay blank? I've also shot you a DM asking on the ini file sent from your crash-dump folder.
If that's a display signal loss, these might be TDR's {or even a failed TDR into a BSOD where you can't see the bluescreen}. Usually there'd be more dump files generated- an engine log, dmp file, and xml summary, yet not necessarily the case with hard driver crashes.
Clean install of Windows implies this might be on the hardware side. 11th gen system, DDR4. Usually would hope to see a 12th / 13th gen system with DDR5 memory in scenarios like this, since borderline memory {or an unstable OC} can cause crashes on 5000 or 6000 series AMD cards where it's not actually the graphics hardware. [<-- and this is a lot more common on DDR5 in general that the out of the box profiles are not 100% stable]
What type of RAM is installed? XMP in use? Stock voltages, or is this a 3200 kit with tightened timings?
Also would be curious what your other GPU tried was. For instance, was that a 5700 XT or something of that nature?
Update: Solved by using additional modular cable from PSU to Graphics Card. {likely was caused by how the rails are internally wired in the supply -- initially card was configured with one daisy chained 6+2 pair on a single connector}

10 months ago would put your leave pre-Vera, which makes the chance of account theft more possible. Whenever 2.0 (Vera) was released, the account binding system was re-worked and the ability to unbind a sign-in method (via the account center) was removed. [for account safety]
That said, the most common cause still tends to be simply being on the wrong account, or having the wrong server / region selected. Especially if you're using "Google" as your sign-in method, make sure that you're attempting login both via 'gmail' (as plain old email), and via the Google External sign-in provider (e.g, clicking on the Google Button).
If you're dead certain that the sign-in method is correct, that you're on the right server / region, and so forth -- then unfortunately you'll need Customer Support's assistance here as GespenstMkI suggested. However, since this will take time (for support to investigate) it'd be worth trying all other signins, even if you don't think you used them.

In this case their machine remained running and had to be hard powered. Supply of power to the graphics card was insufficient for impulse-load whenever kicking up from idle to high power states, resulting in the GPU dropping out -- and the system more or less hard crashing [on PCI-E disconnect]. Specifically the card was dropping, not OCP kicking in with the supply.

The scene behind the inventory overlay is still present, despite being out of view. The backpack menu also does not go through upscaling and is always rendered native, even if say DLSS is active.

You could use an external tool such as RTSS {part of MSI Afterburner}, your video card driver's built in frame-limiter, or vsync to set a limit. What type of framerates are you recording in menus, and how are you measuring it?

Is anyone having issues with TOF loading screens in gforce now? Its a challenge every time to make the game open, once you're in its fine but the launching process is painful
I know we all have problems in the chat with bot users using an advertising about free gold and taniums, though these are clearly scams or hackers, they primarily use Line as their login, my request is that the game its login via Line will have some scans going through there to be sure the login method there is truly safe, since most of the ads on chats started to moment it was added to the login menu of the game client on the PC and also on the executable program for the tablets and phones.
All these advertising bots are using different contact phone numbers and Line login Id's in chat all with the same message.
So i am hoping the admins, mods here and possible the developers/programmers can be sure the Line login has not been compromised. If it has, maybe find either a way to better secure it against these practitions or close the Line login option completely.
Since many of us on Europe found out it creates delay glitches in the rewards option and also causes the server to somehow overload upon entering either challenge instances or changing map areas via transmitting from lets say Vera to Domain 9.

Cannot help much, never use that cloud gaming service. Afraid you need to find more help at geforce now forum since it is a cloud gaming setup and don't think it is possible to extract crash report from cloud platform.
Best recommendation is to lower all of the in game setting while maintaining 60 fps, lower the amount of rendered character to 7, that should help with loading problem.
Also, in case there's slowdown in loading due to connection issue. ( it is cloud gaming )
- restart your modem / router
- set dns at your pc networkd adapter setting to 1.1.1.1 / 8.8.8.8 ( cloudflare / google )
- run cmd with as administrator then type

Sounds like you're facing complete instant closures of the game-client, explicitly during startup. Windows / PC client, right? Is your use on Geforce Now / streamed? -- Or are you using Geforce Now due to problems on another system?

If still stuck, proceed to delete the whole tof launcher, not the one at appdata but at your game folder. ONLY the launcher, do not touch the other game files.
Then reinstall launcher from official website, then when asked about game files, just point to the old folder.

Did you check that you selected correct server? since after re-instal it chooses random server, which might not be the one your character is on
Probably your old account is not a google account, but just using your gmail email as user.
And then when you switched to phone ( android ? ), ended up using google playstore account.
This will result with 2 accounts. Logout at your phone, see if you can logged with standard infinite pass accoutn using your old gmail email as username along with your old password.

It's just some thinking, by default your system also support dx11 or dx9 stuff, just odd why reinstalling old dx redistributeable won't work.

I just started a new game, and my game won't progress, my quest keeps saying "Enter the ruins" i've finished it like 6 times already, feels like a bug. How do I fix it?
guys, i have a problem, i am a pc / steam player,
when i booted the game it do see my resolution of 5120x1440, but there are a few problems,
- when i run in that full screen mode i can not scroll in menus
- top and bottom are cropped instead being ultra wide ,
- when i play windowed mode i can not play at 1440p because my taskbar is in the way
- when playing windowed mode my mouse go off screen and or randomly activate mid battles

I do not know if it is helpful, but Europe Region has Server Overload messages and Connection Errors the moment you try to use the transmit option to teleport from one part of a map, to the next either via Vermillion Statue in Domain 9/Teleporter at Vera, Innars, Confounding Abyss Beacons or even Hykros/Aesperia portals. It also happens when you try and do a weekly challenge like Bygone Phantasm or Joint Operations.
So i do not know if other Regions have a similar problem, all i know this happened after the Region merge. So i hope it can be fixed soon. Because Europe server has massive lag spikes, glitchy quests/rewards drops with huge delays and even wonky combat.
And this is on both PC/Mac and Phone/Tablet

There is no automated method to unbind an account, you'll need to #game-support and explain your circumstances / why the binding needs to be removed.

Most of the people that I've seen with errors like this thus far went to various websites and downloaded files manually that the game needed. Not saying that's what happened here, yet generally a good idea to avoid doing that. The Microsoft runtime installers typically won't replace files if they already exist. {which perpetuates the situation afterwards}
Or rather, as long as the signature and version match -- the files are left alone when runtimes are installed.
I have not downloaded any .dll files or otherwise from any sites. Only using the downloadable found on Microsoft's site.

The Steam Client is able to log in via other sign-in providers, yes.
The only thing that you really lose is the convenience of being automatically / quickly logged in via the Steam button.

There should be no problem in that respect. Accounts are linked loosely to sign-in methods, and it's possible to use a different account with Steam bound to a game-account already.
Nevertheless, I'd still suggest reaching out to support to see if they can help you properly bind your Steam login too. [this would be required for Steam Wallet purchases]

@sly karma – Wiping out the contents of “%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Hotta\” will factory reset the client, including any graphics settings that you may have changed.
@surreal wyvern – If you mean in fullscreen mode, the client uses whatever your Windows desktop res is set at. If you lower the desktop res before launching the game, you’ll in effect also reduce the game’s resolution.
If you’re on a laptop with an Nvidia RTX Graphics Card, you could also use DLSS to achieve similar performance gains.
In the absence of DLSS (Kepler, Pascal, etc) there’ll be an ”unnamed” checkbox where the DLSS settings would otherwise be. Just a question of curiosity, yet have you touched engine.ini or performed any 'tweaks' to the game's config files? I've not personally witnessed leakage there, yet most of the time leaks tend to be caused by either third-party tools injected into the game {usermode hooks from AV's, D3D overlays, and so on} or tinkering with the settings.
It's interesting that it's only for the Oasis Club, yet I've seen similarly people report only leaking when fighting the monkey boss in Domain 9, or only leaking when in the dimension rifts in Vera, and so on. {where the symptoms clear up after a settings factory reset}
